After years of being disappointed by this office, our family is finding a new pediatrician. Poor communication between the office staff and doctors, poor bedside manner on the part of Dr. Mathieu (Sr), and a lack of warmth displayed by really any of the office staff and doctors is unacceptable. This was not always the case. However in the last several years this has consistently been our experience. Our only mistake is waiting as long as we have to leave this practice. DFW is a big area- there are dozens of talented pediatricians. If I could go back and tell myself something as a younger mom, it would be find a doctor who truly cares for your family and conveys that, even in a 15-minute doctor visit every 6 months. It matters.

Dr Mathueu is thorough, caring, patient, and I wouldn’t take my son anywhere else. Every time we visit he takes his time to make sure everything is addressed and taken care of. They go above and beyond any other pediatrician we’ve been to in the past. I’ve never had to sit and wait and the staff is upbeat and helpful! I’m grateful we found such an incredible doctor duo.

My two kids are in great hands. You will always see the same doctors everytime. They will explain to you very well and let you know the diagnosis too. They will be very calm and reassure that we dont need to worry. Their staff is nice and very professional. You are in good hands.

Dr Reese Mathieu, M.D. has taken care of my son since the day he was born and there has never been any delay or long waiting periods to be seen. Dr. Mathieu is so very genuine, gentle kind and caring. My son is almost (18) years old and well both miss Dr. Mathieu dearly, as he is one-of-a-kind.

Dr. Mathieu was my childhood pediatrician and is now my childrens pediatrician. We really think he is amazing. He is so kind and gentle with the kids. He is calm and soft spoken and answers all questions I have, no matter how crazy or silly they sound. His recommendations are always spot on and I value his advice. His staff is amazing as well. They are always so helpful and my kids just love the nurses (until they come in with the shots).

Dr. Reese Mathieu has been outstanding. He and his staff are always so friendly, informative, and accommodating. The way his office is run is exemplary. Theres never a wait, everything is always clean and orderly, and best of all they have their own in house lab. Sometimes we get the results of blood work before the appointment is over. Dr. Mathieu has been our pediatrician for nearly a year since our babys birth.

Switched my kids over to Dr. Mathieu about a year ago and have been very pleased. He explains and checks everything, listen to any concerns, friendly staff, and at appts we’ve never had to wait to go back to a room. Great doctor. Great staff. Get you in and out.

Great Dr. He is very laid back and great with the children. I love the nurses and I never have to wait very long to see anyone.

Dr. Mathieu has been our pediatrician since 2007. He is very kind, and gentle with my girls. I have never had any issues with getting an appointment the same day I had a sick child. I almost never have to wait for a room when we walk in. We couldnt be happier.

He was very punctual earlier, now more than half an hour wait for a sick visit. I am totally unhappy about the attitude, shown by him and his staff. I went there to show my child with fever, I got surprised ,neither him nor his staff checked the temperature. I am totally disappointed with this..

He has been my pediatrician for 4 different children starting in 1990 when he was over off Beltline in Richardson. Hes the nicest guy youll ever meet and Ive never had a problem.

Dr. Matthieu has been my children’s pediatrician since 2001. Despite how far we move, I refuse to use anyone else. Can’t say enough good things about him or his staff.
