My daughter has been receiving her treatment for a few months and TWICE in 3 weeks her device has partially fallen off of her teeth. (One side, while still attached to the other side, so it is literally hanging in her mouth.) The second time it happened was last night around 6:15pm. The wires were cutting her mouth and obviously this was extremely uncomfortable for her. She was crying, couldn’t eat, etc. Gladwell advertises their “emergency line you can call after hours. We called .... three times (the first time at 6:30om) well before 9:00 pm and received NO call back. My daughter had to spend the night with this and with the amount of money being spent 1. It shouldn’t keep falling off (attached at her back top teeth across the bridge of her mouth.) 2. Someone should be able to call us back and fix the issue so a child doesn’t have to be uncomfortable. I’m so disappointed and disgusted.UPDATE: My daughters bracket fell off today. We were instructed to use NAIL CLIPPERS in my 9 year old’s mouth to clip the wire because the person on call didn’t feel like coming in to the office for an emergency. After raising hell we had someone meet us and fix this issue. Once again disgusted.

I made an account just to leave this review, the staff here is unbelievably unwelcoming and rude. They refuse to answer the phones and when I walk in I’m viewed as an inconvenience. The lady with the brown hair disregarded all my questions and acted as if she didn’t know what she was doing when I asked for a scan. I will not be returning for a consultation and will let all my peers know to steer clear of this company.

I was able to get a hold of this office immediately. I am thankful for their service.

I cant give them enough stars! Beautiful office and the doctors and staff are so friendly and knowledgable. I have my entire family starting Invisalign treatment with Dr Gladwell.
