Everyone was very kind and professional. I was nervous and they made me feel comfortable. Their price was very reasonable for a permanent retainer removal and making a new removable retainer. I would highly recommend and will likely come here if my kids end up needing braces.

Dr. Engstrom is the absolute best. His staff is so amazing. I actually enjoy going there . Who says that about an Orthodontist office… Dr. Hamilton is a great addition to the team. Dr.Engstrom is always so patient and takes the time to answer my hundreds of questions. I had my braces put on as an adult. Everyone always made me feel so comfortable. Especially when you’re sitting in an office of children and you’re the grown-up. I highly recommend this office and this team there is no better.

Absolutely love this office and everyone in it! I started working with Dr. Engstrom in February of 2020 and he was very helpful in getting me started on my journey toward what we thought would be jaw surgery. Dr. Hamilton came on while during my treatment and has stepped right in and made himself an expert in my case from day one. Between the two of them I’ve had such amazing results I no longer need the surgery! They’re very open to listening to my concerns and explaining everything to me as we go.The rest of the staff at the office has always been incredible as well. They actually take the time to get to know you and keep up with your life between visits. Always a friendly smile and never make you feel silly for having a million questions.Getting braces as an adult was never something I hoped I would need, but this office has made the experience as wonderful as possible!

Staff friendly, professional, and welcoming. Older boy finished braces, now in retainer. Younger boy just got braces. Hamilton taking on more of the patients. Like Engstrom, Hamilton is very patient and explains things clearly to young and old. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Hamilton and his staff are awesome. Everyone is so nice and helpful! I came in for Invisalign with a fairly complicated case and I love the results and felt so comfortable with the treatment plan throughout! My girls are former and current patients at Engstrom Orthodontics, and so far we are very pleased. Dr. Engstrom is an experienced, friendly orthodontist and he has a great team working with him- from the front desk to the actual assistants, they have all been friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my sometimes anxious kids. One daughter had an expander and partial braces, and is now waiting to see if she needs Phase 2. My other daughter currently has a full set of braces and I can already see things are looking much better about six months in.Theyve never run late during appointments, and they are usually in/out pretty quickly which is helpful. Nice waiting area with toys for little ones... and my 4 year old (not a patient) loves that she can get an ice cream treat during the summer, too!They have two locations, but weve never had a problem getting an appointment time that worked for us at their North Raleigh location.

Highly recommended!Everyone you will meet is wonderful, from the front office staff who remember who you are when you call in, to the assistants who are as gentle as possible and wonderfully sweet, to Dr Engstrom himself, who remembers all of his patients, even those he saw years ago. The staff rotates between the two offices, so you always see the same excellent team, not matter which location you use. Dr Engstrom and his team have fixed many Triangle smiles and done it expertly, competently and they even make braces FUN. They really try to get the children excited and involved by giving them t-shirts, raffling movie tickets and each office has a chest freezer full of popsicles that you can select from after your appointment.
