I missed the call to confirm my appointment that took a month to get. Joanne Johnson said she would call me back the next morning but that I had to pay and confirm my appointment by noon at the latest. She never called back. I called her four times and left a message. She still never called back. I called the general number and complained and they said they couldnt take payment. What am I supposed to do?

Positive environment with great staff who truly do care.

Love the new dosing area. Have to say it smells better. Much better lighting. Staff has a positive outlook. Kudos southlight staff.

This place is a good place if you use it for the right reasons it is not very organized and there is a long wait. But about every place nowadays you got to wait to receive good in life it’s very hard to talk or get an appointment but other peoples experience might be different in mind everybody’s is different but if you’re using come in and it will change your life

Slow service is costing money in lost hours at work

Very long wait times.. Tons of hoops to jump through.. Take your hard earned money somewhere else that can better help you

The staff turnover is very high,I started going there in 2013.I have been through three therapist , one nurse practitioner and one Dr.When my last therapist,who was great told me she was leaving,then I knew it was time for me to go too.I have never seen a place of business,so unorganized.

This place really helped me but YOU must do the work to succeed. It help build my confidence and understand addition and how to get through it to become the person I am today

If you do what youre SUPPOSED TO DO, AND THE REASON YOU COME HERE, this place can be a GREAT place..... Only people who use this as a backup plan have problems here......

The building is a lil run down but the I.o.p. Staff & counselors are awesome & put in the necessary amount of effort to help you along your journey

They changed my life!!! Very good place to go if you need help, they offer a wide range of services including individual and group therapy they also offer methadone and suboxone maintenance treatment and now they even have a primary care facility and the best part is that its all provided in one convenient location, no more traveling here and there just to get the help you desperately need, its hard enough even going to get help and trying to quit! Plus the staff is caring, patient and understanding, I have never once felt judged, they all have a lot of knowledge and all specialize with master degrees in what they do! So, if youre struggling with addiction of ANY KIND, good luck and never forget that There is ALWAYS hope, so PLEASE NEVER give up, no matter how bad your situation may seem or may be, YOUR life is worth so much more than what it has become! And it can and WILL change as long as u take the first step of getting help! God is with you and will be every step of the way! THANK YOU SOUTHLIGHT, my life is SO MUCH BETTER because of YOU!!!!!!!!

This place is so corrupt and its a sad excuse for a training facility. Our health is no concern only the money they get. If you can find somewhere else to go please avoid this hell hole.
