The staff was nice but there was no actual therapy, and I am still mentally unwell so..

Horrible place. They scam medicare and torture people. They have had lawsuits due to false imprisonments. Do not take your loved ones here for any reason. Lawyers say they are terrible

If I could give negative stars I would I was calling for a patient and think that place is extremely incompetent!! They lost my brother all weekend and on Monday I called cause I thought maybe they are short staffed during the weekend the not so pleasant lady that answers the phone was a nightmare!!!! She said they didnt have a patient there by that name explained I was unable to get him all weekend cause they couldnt find him women on the phone got shifty with me Saying I done told you he aint here! Arw you sure ?? (All I said )she got extremely rude with me and hung up. I called back she then demanded I put her on speaker phone which I already did and cussed me......,????? What ever funding this place is getting is a joke!!!

Doctors told my mom that bipolar people do illegal and immoral things

Most of the staff are correctional officers from Central Prison working a second job. They treat patients like inmates. Don’t send your loved ones here if you care about them and have any choice in the matter. This country needs to do better for our mentally ill.

I will be reporting your facility to the North Carolina State Board.
