I would have given them no stars at all. My son has not been cared for the entire time he has been in their care nor has his care been a priority as far as making sure his needs are met, all they wanted was the money for this case. Please, if you have other options do not let this be one of them. I did not want my son to be placed here from the beginning and Daphne out of the Greensboro office lied to me and my sons case worker telling us both that Michael would get great care and they would implement everything we asked, well to make a long horrible story short there was no truth in nothing she said. The supervisor has refused to do anything in this case that made sense and would have been in the best interest of my son, especially since they let him fail the first semester and no one knew until I went to the school myself nor did they know any of them which is sad when you have children under your care and you are not even involved with the education aspect of their treatment. Tonight, was the straw that broke the camels back, and Im being told miles away that they are refusing to place my son an emergency placement for tonight until he can be picked up tomorrow after a foster parent tried to assault him and then he told me they were not concerned about him leaving and suggested he do so. I am so disappointed that after all of these years companies like this even exist. Please do your research prior to considering this as a placement for your child.

The staff at this agency are very unprofessional, disrespectful, the biggest liars, plot and scheme, lack in communicating, lack in following up, lack in marketing kids for placement, lack in communicating agency policy, talk bad of foster parents to other agencies which is against the law, removes kids from homes and lying on foster parents just to make them look bad during transfer process and theyre approve of kids getting molested while in foster care. They do not have their own resources and you are not allowed to claim the kids on your taxes.
