Took 1 month of back and forth emails to inform me that they could not work with us due to prospective client having severe mental illness. We were only requesting a thorough neuropsych evaluation- we were not requesting treatment. Information of diagnosis was given in first email- they should have informed me in the beginning. Mental health organizations need to stop cherry picking who they chose to work with- more need to be willing to work with people with difficult mentall health issues.

At first, we were impressed with our experience at the FON Rd location. The doctor got our son off the wrong med and onto one that seems to really help. But, it turns out the doctor doesnt seem to be competent enough to submit scripts to the pharmacy correctly, or to correctly schedule an appointment, and she also seems to have a poorly-treated mental condition of her own. Top that off with nonexistent front desk staff (at least when it comes to answering the phone). We had to call the Apex location to get them to contact the FON location to respond to us, and had to threaten to report them to the attorney general to get anything done. If the doctor wasnt leaving this job in a month, we might have reported them anyway. New office management and a competent doctor needed. Yikes.

Amazing people who will go above and beyond to help you. I had been shuffled around for 2 years going from specialist to specialist without any answers and honestly i was starting to lose hope anyone would fight for me. That all changed when I started coming here. I genuinely feel like they want me to feel better as a person as opposed to being just another name on a chart like a lot of places.

3 stars while I wait (which is generous, they deserve 1 but I dont have enough info to judge). So far, not impressed. I called in early January 2021 for neuropsychological testing. They would not schedule my child without medical records and a faxed form from our other doctor. Doctor sent these on Jan 22. Its Feb 17 and I had not heard a word from them, so I called to inquire. The person says that they will pass my message on to the new patient coordinator, but that its usually a 6 month wait to be seen for the first time! Now, why they didnt tell me this in early January, perhaps I would have found another provider in the meantime.Disrespectful of our time, for sure! Will modify this or submit a new review if things change.

Very bad experience. Doctor would not treat you. You will be treated by PA in this clinic. Doctor only sees new patients. If you request to commuicate with the doctor (even 10 minutes), they discharge you

After years of outpatient offices not being able to help my son, this one does! My son loves the staff and he always feels accepted. They are caring and know what theyre doing. A favorite for med management in our community.

I’ve been seeing Lauren Wright for some time now and she is phenomenal!I’ve never had an issue with the front staff. I typically check in with Tiffany. Wait time has always been short, unless I make a last minute apt or am squeezed in, but that’s expected. They offer patients without insurance a reasonable discounted price. $200 less than what I was paying to a psychiatrist that I barely liked.I was given the Genesight test and have been on the right meds since. Flat out skipped trial and error. I do not feel like a lab rat anymore.

Extremely intelligent staff; some of the best and brightest I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! However, they will deny contact when trying to renew a prescription that cannot lapse without serious physical and mental consequences.

3 hour wait, after 3 hour drive,15 min with doc, terrible bedside manner, just push in and out. Come back in a month .Front desk staff are rude. Terrible experience. Avoid if possible. There are much better in the area . If I could leave no stars I would. No help whatsoever. Does not care for patient only what insurance will pay. Stay away

Referred here by my PCP in July. I called to make an appointment before I left my PCPs parking lot. Had to wait a week for a callback just to schedule an appointment. On that callback the new patient coordinator Crystal asked for all of my insurance information which was BCBS. That was two months ago. I went to the long awaited appointment today (9/18/18) only to be told for the first time that they are out of network with BCBS and that it would be $400 for todays visit. The next patient in the door was also BCBS and was not told about the $400 prior to arrival. We both left without seeing the doctor. I wasted about two hours on Sunday completing there paperwork and online testing and two months waiting for the failed appointment. Extremely upsetting.

I have been seeing Katie Myers (PA) for years and I just adore her! I have been seen in this practice since 1998 (initially by Dr. G) when I sustained a traumatic brain injury. Theyve always been very responsive and Ive been a difficult patient with lots of complications.

I came in to talk to the receptionist and as I was walking up she was texting on her phone, then I went to talk to her and still proceeded to keep texting as I was talking to her! For at least 30 more seconds she was glued to her phone. Ridiculous .

A hour and fifty minute drive to finally get treatment. I didnt know that damage from head injury would cause major issues. I want my life back..Dr G said they can. Katie Myers listens and is concern.
