I was prescribed 8 vision therapy sessions to address convergence issues. My therapist was great! They were patient, supportive and professional throughout my sessions and made sure I understood the purpose behind each activity and how it would help my vision. After my 8 sessions I am no longer experiencing headaches from focusing on the computer or experiencing fatigue in my eyes. Definitely recommend!

The eye doctor is nice and professional. Eyeglasses are very expensive though. Mine were $400+ without frames. I also had to ask for my prescription which they are supposed to provide without asking.

Dr Barnes has been taking care of my eyes for almost 20 plus years. She and her staff have always been the greatest. I would highly recommend Dr Barnes for any and all your eye care needs.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this practice. If you need glasses, this is the place to go! I have had glasses for almost 40 years and have never met anyone who is as comprehensive and helpful as Crystal! Dr Barnes is also wonderful and she is especially with kids. The vision therapists are extraordinary and really helped my son! Albert did an excellent job not only with my sons vision therapy, but also encouraged him to be confident!

I had been experiencing double vision for many years and thought I would never have “normal” vision again. I am 48 years old and this was very depressing to me. I had to wear prism glasses all the time but I didn’t like the way they made me feel either. Then I heard about TrueVision on Leesville Rd and eye therapy. I was willing to try anything so I figured I would call them. I have now completed several months of therapy and my vision is almost back to normal! The staff at TrueVision Eye Care-Leesville are professional, caring, attentive, and passionate about their work. We have been working with Lynn, the vision therapist, and she is amazing. She keeps the therapy age appropriate while engaging my child. We have seen such an improvement thanks to her hard work. Crystal is passionate about helping her patients find and select the right frames for fit and function. The front desk staff are welcoming and great in communicating future appointments. Dr. Barnes is a phenomenal communicator of knowledge and takes her time to explain your vision needs. This is the best eye care office and team in the Triangle.

Crystal was amazing! From the moment I called to see if she was able to fix my glasses til the end. My glasses were stepped on and she helped me repair them and also sold me on buying a new pair of glasses. She is the definition of providing excellence customer service. I love my Kate Spade frames and well return next year for my eye exam.

Our family has been using TrueVision for several years and we were excited that they opened this location on Leesville. We recently had a great experience when we went to choose eyeglasses for my daughter. The eyewear expert went out of her way to really listen to what my daughter wanted and because she basically had the entire eyeglasses catalog memorized for every major brand in the store (seriously - this woman knows glasses) she was able to recommend the PERFECT item that wasnt even on the wall. Everyone in this office is personable, knowledgeable, and kind.

Dr. Barnes is very thorough ,and informative. Super friendly staff. Had great testing experience. No anxiety about the different tests. Everything was fully explained. Crystal is the best!! Ive never had anyone in all my years of wearing glasses as thorough as her. And a call back later to make sure all is well. I wish I would have switched to this office earlier... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Dr. Lyerly was very knowledgeable and patient listening to my concerns at my yearly eye exam appointment. She also picked up on a few concerns about the health of my eyes and was able to schedule additional testing to make sure there was no eye disease developing.I was grateful that her office and staff were so friendly and helpful as I was ordering my new glasses. Crystal in optical paid a lot of personal attention to my needs and preferences on new glasses. She measured my glasses very thoroughly and precisely and had great attention to detail.

I went to Truevision Eye Care - Leesville Office for an annual eye exam. Dr. Lyerly was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. As Dr. Lyerly went through my retinal photos, I had several clarifying questions and Dr. Lyerly patiently listened to and answered each of them. I have had trouble with dry eye for many years, and Dr. Lyerly advised me on daily home treatments. Ive also been worried about cataracts, and Dr. Lyerly was able to relieve my concerns about needing surgery.
