My both eyes‘ vision being severely affected, I needed cataract surgery. A friend referred me to this facility located at Oxford (they have an office at Raleigh as well).Doctor Vinod Jindal turned out to be an extremely caring, experienced and competent Ophthalmologist . For the time being, he replaced my right eye lens with least pain or discomfiture. There is so much improvement in my vision... no more eye glasses, even for reading.The staff including the surgery coordinator Ms Janelle too were comprehensively helpful.

Dr Augustino is beyond amazing. She is very personable and takes the extra time to make sure you, and your child, understand and are comfortable with what she is explaining. I also love the fact that she gives options and explains the difference so you can make the best decision for you. My son has Type 1 Diabetes and recently turned 18.He went on his own to the Dr, and I loved that after she did the exam, she asked what his blood sugar was and then showed him how much the blood sugar levels can change your eye site. She took the time to educate him, which alot of doctors dont do. She This is one Dr that my kids look forward to seeing, even though its usually just once a year. She recently moved to a new location in Raleigh and is very well worth the drive from Apex! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had my first visit with Dr. Augustino today, and I could not be more pleased! She was very knowledgeable and attentive. My regular eye exam was quick and easy, and she answered all questions I had. Her office staff was also friendly both over the phone and in person. I’m happy to have found my new eye doctor!

I am very dissatisfied with the service at this providers office; they are disorganized and they do not prioritize patient follow-up. The doctors snarky response to my question about a previous doctors advice was so uncalled for that I considered walking out. Then, I had to ask for an itemized receipt numerous times, and I also had to ask for a copy of my eyeglass prescription (twice). I received only a partial order of my contact lens, and I am unsure when I will receive the remainder of the order. I spent $800+ of my own money -- out of pocket -- for contact lenses and eyeglasses. Regarding my eyeglasses, I waited a full month for the glasses to be made -- they told me when I ordered them that the eyeglasses would be ready in one to two weeks. I waited a full month. When I finally reached someone, I was told my eyeglasses had been received by their office the prior week. They blame delays on COVID, but Im unsure whats to blame for the poor service.

As always, Dr. Augustino provided me with excellent care. I began having problems with my eyes after switching to working from home. I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Augustino and she no longer was at her old office!!!! In a panic, I was able to easily find her (thank you Google) and schedule an appointment. Although a different environment, I am happy to see she is still providing the same great care and conversation. Shes thorough and efficient, yet personable and fun to chat with.

Poor experience. Incompetent office staff. Couldnt even schedule an appointment properly. Suspect integrity as well.

Dr. Bianca Augustino is absolutely amazing!!! I don’t leave reviews often but she did such a phenomenal exam I just had to!!! If you’re looking for a thorough down to earth eye doctor, she is it! Stop looking! She is it!

So I have had lasik surgery and my eye care insurance covers an opthomolgist appointment. I asked for one and they scheduled it, but I did not get any confirmation, so I called to confirm and they did not have an appointment. I rescheduled for opthomolgist, and I get a 20 something year old, arrogant optometrist, who said I could reschedule after I told her my intent. I told her since they dilated my eyes I just wanted to move forward. I told her the reason I preferred an opthomologist after since I had lasik. She said she was insulted andvrefused to the exam. There was a complete lack if professionalism, and an eye dr. With a huge ego. I will not be back, theres 3 hours of my life I will never get back ( I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room, eventhough I had all the paperwork done, and another 20 to see the snippy dr.) I do not recommend.

Great experience! Ive been looking for a new eye doctor and Dr. Jindal was wonderful. I was in and out, including eyes dilated, in an hour. He was thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Had an appointment for an exam scheduled for a year. I received a text message reminding me and I confirmed. When I showed up for my appointment, the office was closed. There was someone inside who opened the door and told me I was in the wrong place because they dont send text reminders. Confused I stepped out and double-checked, I was clearly in the right place. I knocked and she opened and explained that she had been told they didnt send text messages, but that my doctor was out on maternity leave and they had already called all her patients. I showed her the text message, and she said she was sorry, took my information and promised a call back for a reschedule, which never happened. I was fairly happy before, the doctor was competent. However they charged me $10 to give my my inter-pupillary distance measurement (which they already had, it didnt require an extra measurement) since I wanted to order my glasses online. Unimpressed and looking for a new eye doctor.

If I would like to describe my experience in just one word, there is no word can fit EXCEPT the word WONDERFUL!! every one was amazing, very nice personality, friendly, smiles fill up the place, every one do his part proudly and happy to provide you with a convenient service. Dr. Dhebaria was extremely great, so talented, smart and give you all the options you looking for, plus the BEST recommendation. very helpful. Thank you all. will be back soon with a couple of my friends! : )

Excellent service, I came in as an emergency patient having scratched my eye (fairly severely) and Dr. D was very quick to help me. She provided me with numbing drops to immediately help with my pain and then went on to do a thorough eye exam. Dr. D and her staff are very kind and the service quick.

Dr D was instructive, professional, and excellent. Going back a year and a half later. Very happy here.

Excellent care! I had been to 2 other eye doctors over the years, and neither could get my eye glass and contact prescription correct. I literally thought I was going blind! My mother found Dr. Kajal Dhebaria and had a very good experience, and given her bad vision, I gave her a try. I used the groupon with no problem. Dr. Dhebaria is very pleasant, sharp, quick, and in an instant figured out what the problem was. The last two doctors made my prescription too strong, and fit me with the wrong contacts!Ive been to Dr. Dhebaria for the last two years, and this year will be the 3rd. Ive recommended her to two others who also had a very positive experience.So glad to have a great eye doctor finally!!

Originally scheduled my daughter for an exam at their Oxford location but was told that there werent any doctors on site on the day I wanted to schedule it for. So we ended up going to the office on Creedmoor Rd. When I was dealing with the staff at the Oxford office, she sounded very professional, but once I started talking to the Raleigh office, just to confirm the appointment, it was like I was talking to an inexperienced teenager. Once we got there, they said my daughter wasnt covered under our vision insurance so theyd have to bill it to our medical insurance. Afterwards, our vision insurance confirmed that our daughter is indeed covered, and New Century Opth. didnt look it up correctly. A rep from our vision insurance called them to explain that she was covered and that the bill should be sent to them. The rep then relayed to us that they were not very helpful, and didnt seem to know what they were doing. We will NOT be going back & I DO NOT recommend them.AND...they have Easter, Christmas and Valentine decorations in the waiting area in August!?! Strange or lazy, Im not sure which.

I used a Groupon for an eye exam and $150 toward prescription glasses. I got a pair of prescription sunglasses and regular glasses. The front desk staff was nice and Dr. Dhebaria was awesome! I plan to go back for a contact lens exam.

Had an eye exam, provided insurance information, paid copay and needed a prescription. Never received prescriptions and in top of that, 6 months later they requested I pay $450 because “insurance wasn’t processed.” After never even receiving my prescription. Needless to say I’ll never return or recommend anyone to New Century.

Well i havent had an eye exam at this place but i had a significant other work for this company and if your considering employment with this company i would recommend going elsewhere. My significant other was terminated by the wife of the owner for not stopping her task to say hello to her when mrs natasha jindal didnt say anything to my significant other as well. As of right now their raleigh location has had all of their staff quit for the exception of dr. Debaria. This company has the highest turn over rate for employment of all the raleigh ophthalmology businesses. I would not recomend going to this business that runs their employees like a prison camp and as of right now they dont have anymore inmates. Sorry for this review but i cant imagine the company treats customers much better. Just the techs have respect and they will only be employed there for 2 months max so they dont have to offer employee benefits. Take your business to a company that can keep employees please because these people do not deserve your money because they will only line their own pockets while destroying their employees lives. The owners are hindu so im assuming they are experiencing their own karma now that all staff has quit as karma is their religious belief

The receptionist are nothing but amazing but the Doctors are not professional.
