I had a 9:15 appointment and now 11:17 and have to see the eye doctor. I even to remind that I was still there.

Just recently I had an appointment with my daughter, this place was worth the 1 1/2 drive specially after the nightmare we had with another doctor in Fayetteville. The staff were wonderful, they took their time with my 2 year old daughter. They treated her with kindness, respect and made her feel comfortable which is more then I can say about the last place we went too. If she got a little fussy they did something to calm her down and got her to focus on what they needed to do. The appointment was a little longer then I thought but still went very well. I will make the drive again in a heart beat. Thank you again to the staff.

Clinical staff were great, every one of them. Some of the clerical staff seemed hassled. The doctors were kind, helpful, solicitous & the exams were quite thorough & the advice made sense. But 4 1/2 hours was a bit much. Only half of that was actually undergoing testing or exams. The rest was just waiting & more waiting.

These people areAwesome!. Always a great experience. The staff and Doctors are Great! .Highly recommended!!!

Great places,Dr.IIya M. Leyngold did a AMAZING job on myboth eyes & my right eye lid. I look normal again. My eyes havent look this good in years when I was diagnosed with Graves Disease.THANKS ALOT Dr. Leygold, I greatly appreciate everything!!🤗I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR.IIYA LEYNGOLD @ DUKE EYE CENTER.

Problems with long waits ( 15 minutes or more) on the phone for appointments. I have had appointments changed without being notified either by phone or via Duke My Chart. Doctors and staff top notch.

I would have given this clinic and Dr. Herndon a no stars or 0 rating. I waited 3.5 hours last visit with my 84 year old father to see Dr. Herndon only to have to see his fellow who had never seen my father before. We are now waiting into hour 2 at todays appointment with no Dr. Herndon in sight. Was just informed Dr. Herndon left early today so again we are waiting on his fellow! Unbelievable!And btw my fathers condition is as bad as it is now because he lost all sight in his right eye following glaucoma surgery (on an 82 year old) recommeded and performed by none other than Dr. Herndon. Stay away from Duke Eye Care if our experiences unless you have limitless time and patience and little concern for your vision.

There nurses and staff dont care about quality of life.
