While visiting my daughter in Raleigh I lost a filling on Saturday morning. Was having a lot of discomfort and called Dr. Cookes office this morning to see if they could fit me in. They scheduled me at 11:30. When I got there the staff was extremely friendly, professional and courteous. Made my situation a lot more comfortable. Dr. Cooke came into the room and asked what was happening. I told him, he took a look, and within minutes took care of my discomfort. Hes not my regular dentist as I live out of the area, but if I lived in Raleigh, he would definitely be my first choice. This is a first class company and a first class group of people.

I would give this place a million stars if I could. Everyone in this place was so kind and took care of me. I have been in severe tooth pain for the past week and I have been to 3 different dentist and referred to two different Endodontics to only find out I couldn’t be seen until the middle of October ( even saying it was an emergency) I couldn’t take the pain any longer so I called 17 different places today not one person to fit me in for an emergency on the 18th Dentist I called Dr. Thomas at 7:30 this morning he didn’t even hesitate and fit me in right at 9am. I am new to Raleigh. I lived in Bergen County NJ for 30 years and had a great dentist. Recently a tooth broke in half and I thought (and was told by another dentist ) that I would need a crown and the fee would be $1600 to $2000. My son has lived in Raleigh for years and recommended that I go to Dr. Cooke. I cancelled the apt I had already scheduled with another dentist and I am so thankful that I did. Dr. Cooke looked at the tooth, took X rays, did a test to see if the root was still good and since I had the piece of my tooth that broke off he said that he could cement it back on! I really dont think many dentists would have taken that route. His fee was truly nominal. I walked out with my tooth perfectly repaired. I appreciated his honest business practices and how professional he was. My dental hygienist, Kristen is very thorough and detailed with her work for my regular cleanings. In addition to being very professional she takes a personal interest for your dental health. The front desk staff are always very friendly and courteous., and I have found them to be very helpful in working with insurance companies for resolving payment issues.

Both my husband and I have gone to Dr. Cooke for almost 20 years. He and his office have always been friendly, compassionate and punctual. Many a time, through the years, there have been emergencies and he has always seen us within the day, if not within the hour. The front desk has always been helpful and understanding of monies owed. The hygienists are again, friendly and usually practice pain free cleanings. By the time the cleaning is finished, Dr. Cooke is walking through the door and I am out within 45 minutes of my scheduled time for a regular check up. Highly recommend.

The staff is super friendly and the thing I liked about Dr. Cooke is he is very experienced, he worked with me to save my teeth rather than just pulling them out, like my previous dentist. On of the greatest dentist I have been to! I had to find a place quick due to a broken crown and his team was able to fit me in same day, next day for the actual procedure. Just got my teeth cleaned yesterday and, thanks to Dr. Cooke and his staff, my teeth are in the best shape they have been in years. My brother didnt have time to go to the dentist, now he has dentures. Thank you Dr. Cooke, so glad not to have to put my teeth in a decanter every night. Like I said before, if you find a good dentist stick with them, even if you have to drove across town. Dr. Cooke is that dentist for me. I live in Durham but drive to Raleigh, its worth it to have peace of mind, and my teeth. Nice to sleep with my teeth instead of keeping them by the sink. Ive been going to Dr. Cooke for quite a few years. Most of the time I get an appointment when I want it. Whats very impressive is, I bring a book to read while I wait. But, 99% of the time, before I open it Im called in. Less than a minute waiting. Never had that happen at any doctors office!!! The doc is also very friendly, listens to your cares and needs, and is quite gentle with that first act of the deadening shot. I recommend Dr. Cooke.

I require quite a lot of dental work and my past experiences were horrific, I didnt realize how bad they were until I came to Dr. Cooke and discovered the experience of an excellent dental practice. I can see not a single area in which this practice could be improved. The office is small and personal. The staff is courteous and charming. Dr. Cooke is magic. Thats the best way that I can describe it. His procedures are extremely fast and efficient, painless and utterly confident. I just had an extraction performed and spent about five total minutes in the chair. I remember sitting in dentist chairs for hours at my previous dentist, it was nightmarish. I have been to this practice half a dozen times in the last two years and each visit I am consistently highly impressed by the experience.Dr. Cooke is the best dentist in Raleigh. My friend referred me to Dr. Cooke and Im HAPPY that she did because he is the BEST Dentist I have ever gone to. My first time going to him was yesterday to have my upper left wisdom tooth removed and he was done in less than 25 minutes!!! Even his receptionist said, Wow, that was fast! He and his staff are very friendly and make you feel right at home. The vibe in the office is so comfortable that you almost forget about being at a dentist and your procedure too!! My dentist in the County where I live wanted to pull all 3 wisdom teeth; however, Dr. Cooke didnt recommend pulling any of my wisdom teeth at all. He said you have a beautiful set of teeth, a healthy mouth, and plenty of room in your mouth for your wisdom teeth and etc. But I decided to allow him to pull my upper wisdom tooth because it was difficult for me to floss, but I am going to take Dr. Cookes advise and leave my two bottom wisdom teeth in since they are no issue. You can count on Dr. Cooke to tell you the TRUTH. GOOOOOOOOOO see DR. COOKE for your dental needs and concerns!!! You and your bank account wont be disappointed!!!! :)

They saw me within 2 hours.After leaving and being referred for wisdom tooth removal. I called back later in serious pain again. This is the best practice ever!!! My boyfriend found Dr. Cooke online thanks to the rave reviews. After his appointment, he said Im going to keep this dentist as long as we live here. Im afraid of the dentist and really have to psych myself up to go, but of course trust his opinion. I got hit really hard in the mouth a few months ago, and noticed that tooth turning grey. My fear of losing a tooth or having a discolored tooth eventually outweighed my fear of the dentist.I made an appointment and instantly realized I was a fool to be so scared. They fit you in right away, are punctual at the appointment, and the entire staff and the dr. are calming and professional. My tooth does need a root canal, which I scheduled for tomorrow. I went from being too scared to see a dentist to not looking forward to the root canal, but not dreading it in anyway.I will confidently and without anxiety go back to Dr. Cooke every 6 months as long as we live in Raleigh!

Staff always kind as I am a bit anxious about any dental visit. From reception/billing, to hygienists, assistants and the dentist himself everyone is kind and professional. This practice also accommodated my mom, who has dementia, and was very patient with her. My dad, at 95 is also a patient that needs special attention and Dr. Cooke made him a very satisfactory partial plate.

I have paid many thousands of dollars to this Dentist over the years. So I go into the dentist I’m in pain over an absest tooth my mouth is swollen up the size of a lemon on the left side. The receptionist shows no compassion at all an only wants to y’all about my previous bill. I try to tell her I’m in pain can I see the Dentist. She pays no attention an goes to print out my previous bill. I politely look at the bill an informed her I’m in pain an I’m going somewhere else. No Relief from Pain
