Had a first-time wax experience here with Erika and it was totally great. Def some pain (always is with first-timers I hear) but Erika was FANTASTIC. Really made me super comfortable. Was incredibly respectful, kind, and all that good bedside manner jazz. The place was SO clean and before I even left, Erika was already sanitizing the room for the next client. Went back a second time 6 weeks later and Erika was just as nice, just as efficient, and just as clean.I will be a return customer.

Updated review...so I tried out both ladies and both are very friendly. I vibe more with Erika though. My problem is neither of them get all the hair off. I should NOT have to shave after a Brazilian and I did both times I went here. I’m used to getting ALL hair removed, the stubborn hairs are even plucked with tweezers at times but not here...you get about 5-10 strips and that’s it. But there is always hair left behind smh. I guess I’ll have to keep looking. 😕...thanks for your response but to be clear I don’t shave in between my wax’s I had to go home after my appointment here and shave the areas y’all missed. I’ve been getting waxed well over 10 years so I am well aware of the process. In my previous experience all hair is removed not a strand left behind and that even went for my very first wax I ever had. Your customer service is great but I need more attention to detail with my wax’s is all.

Very cheap price for the quality of wax you get. I am a plus sized woman and some waxers have an issue with that. Not here. Quick in and out. I have 5 daughters and would tell each one to go here. I got a full Brazilian and bottom cheeks waxed. Cheek wax was great but the Brazilian wasnt. The session left me with raised bumps on each and every pore of my mon pubis area, which I had never experienced to that extreme before, and a whole patch of hair in the inner part of the outer labia. She kinda just rips the wax off without applying pressure to the skin, which I think contributed to the bumps. Shes a very nice lady though, so if your skin can take a little beating then go ahead and just make sure she gets everywhere.
