I had the nanobrow service today. This was my touch up session. It was very satisfying to see the end result. The healing process after the initial session was smooth. I’m expecting this session to heal well also. She payed attention to my requests in this perfecting session.I got compliments before the touch up session. At first glance people think my brows look “nice” but they have no idea that it’s permanent make up. That’s the look I wanted- better than my natural but natural appearing. Juli was AMAZING!! I went to see her for nano brows. Now mind you I have no tattoos or piercings on my body and I have an extremely low pain tolerance. Juli made me feel so comfortable 😌. She took me step by step through the process and told me everything she was going to do, before doing it. She used numbing cream for me and told me we could take small breaks if needed. Nano brows involve micro needles used to make natural looking hair like strokes. There were times she could tell I was getting tense & because she was truly paying attention to me. She would pause for a little bit and re assure me I was doing great 👍.I HIGHLY recommend you check this place out for all your eyebrow & spa needs. Youre paying a lot of money for these services and for the staff to go above and beyond & give you their undivided attention speaks volumes.I couldnt be more excited with my brows & I left feeling like I could take on the world🙂.

She was great for the first visit. But the day after my touch up I noticed there were gaps in my eyebrows. I reached out to her and she said to come back in 8 weeks (this was months ago). I emailed, and texted her multiple times with no response. She finally replied recently and said she would not fix them because I did not come when she said too. Very rude, and did not do a good job but yet refused to fix them. I took care of them the way she instructed. I am appalled. $600 for eyebrows that look worse than they did before I even got them done. I do not recommend. Not worth it.

Great experience. I really recommend coming here. She made sure to keep checking that I was satisfied with the shape and look as she was doing my eyebrows. My brows are healed now and while I havent made my follow up yet, they still look good even without the touch up. She made them look very natural and Im glad I went here. I’ve had three total experiences here, two at the previous location, and each time I’ve felt rushed out the door. First one, the shade of my eyebrows was way too light. And she was running her mouth about clients which I think is very unprofessional. Second time was my touch up and the color was perfect but my arch was missing. I sent several emails asking about it from a couple days after my appointment to about a month after and finally was told she would fix it and discount it since it was just my arch that needed fixed. Went in for the third time and it was at the new location. The new place looked great! But It seemed like an inconvenience to her when I was asking her to touch up my arch again and just rushed through my appointment and didn’t even care about my concerns. I was still charged the full amount for a simple touch up that was not due to fading, it was missed at my initial touch up.I wish she would have touched both eyebrows entirely with paying full price... not really an enjoyable experience for something that is permanently on my face... I need to look for a more caring and personable tech to work with.

The most natural looking eyebrows ever!!! I have gone through several tattoos on my eyebrows and a recent microblading and each time I had ended up disappointed and just not happy. I wanted a natural look and that’s exactly what I got! KenDreeka was very patient and made sure I was satisfied with the shape. She took her time to give me the look that I wanted. I wouldnt recommend going into this process without thoroughly educating yourself on all permanent makeup options as well as discussing ALL process details of the specific artist or company that you are choosing to go with.My consultation was completed online and via text. I had A LOT of questions but I pretty much had to allow the artist to guide me into the best service option based off of her professional expertise and the look I wanted to achieve. We decided on combo brows and I also opted for an after hours appointment (there is an upcharge) because I didnt want to wait a month and a half to two months for the first available appointment during normal business hours. And here is where it should have been provided to me that the policy for this artist is that the necessary touch-up appointments will only occur on a Tuesday through Thursday, and youll see why if you keep reading :).I was satisfied and impressed with the initial results. I could appreciate how KenDreeka took her time and paid attention to detail. However after the healing process there are things that will need to be addressed/corrected/perfected during the touchup. UNFORTUNATELY scheduling has presented some issues. I was led to believe that for best results touchups need to occur 8-10 weeks after the initial service but there is no booking availability or after hours options within this timeframe. This is where you begin to see where the artists system if flawed. It would have been helpful to book my touch up appointment during my initial appointment but you are not permitted to do so prior to seven weeks post initial service, which definitely makes things a little messy.The process is not schedule friendly and it contradicts the guidelines you are given to follow for best results. So after investing 800 dollars I would have expected a smoother and more customer friendly process in order to complete phase two of the work as opposed to being told I should take off work and then the issue of having to book an appointment outside of the initially discussed and recommended timeframes. I think customer relations is flawed. The artist asked for my flexibility and rescheduled my initial appointment twice (to which I did not present a problem) but has not worked with me to establish an appointment within a reasonable timeframe that will work for both her schedule and my schedule. Keeping in mind I am just learning of the Tuesday through Thursday timeframe for touch ups. At this point I stand to lose full my investment and not by any fault of my own because if there was a better scheduling process and if touch up information had been properly conveyed from the beginning as well as the professional following the very guidelines she provided to me, everything would naturally have fallen into place. Im forced to not complete my touch up with this artist and now find another business to start the process all over again with. I initially had very high hopes but this experience has proven to be a let down. While I am not insulting the work of the artist, I am stating that system and follow through of care is flawed.

I had a few great experiences with Cymone for my eyelash extensions. I had an appointment yesterday but got a text message that I needed to reschedule because “Cymone had a family emergency.” I tried to reschedule but there are no appointments available, so I’m guessing that Cymone no longer works there. I emailed them stating there were no available appointments and I’m awaiting a response as to when I can reschedule. I may have to look elsewhere for a new lash tech in the meantime. I will keep them in mind for others services because I’ve had nothing but great customer service here.
