Hes in his early 60s, and not fussy about skincare in the least, but was bothered by a little neck waddle under his chin. He met with Rhonda, who recommended some Botox (in his neck!) plus Ultherapy, and the results are amazing. I tried two different salons before I stumbled upon Bodylase and I’m so glad that I did! Their Treatment Consultant, Desiree, is extremely personable and I loved how knowledgeable she was on all of the services and products. She listens to your needs and helps get you paired with an Aesthetician/Nurse Practitioner, depending on what kind of treatment you are interested in. For my laser treatments, she paired me with Kelly who has been such a joy to work with. She is the biggest sweetheart and SO good at what she does! She goes above and beyond every time I’m there, which is basically every 3-4 weeks. I love her to death even when she is beating me up with lasers :). This is my personal opinion about my experience and outcome of my treatment. I had coolscupting done May 2020, after being convinced I would be a great candidate do to me being a petite woman with not much body fat. I had a total of (8) treatments spending about $5,000 with a $300 chemical peel include, which was done on my face and underarms. I did not find my underarm peel to work at all, which was meant to help lighten the area. I am a lighter skinned tone( African American). The facility is very nice as well as the staff. I decided to write this review in hoping I can help someone else with sharing my experience and help save money. I feel the amount of money I spent was a lot to not see any noticeable results. I also spent $200 on lighten cream, which has not worked this far. Hope this is helpful.

I’ve been going to Bodylase the last couple years to get my laser hair removal and microneedling from Rita and I can’t get enough of the results I see! I started getting laser hair removal because I kept getting ingrown hairs that were hard to get rid of, and just after a couple sessions of laser I stopped seeing them. The microneedling has seemingly reduced the size of my pores as well as gotten rid of redness and hyperpigmentation from the sun. My complexion looks much more even and glowy. Rita is my go to girl. I had the best laser hair removal experience at BodyLase! First of all, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The entire spa is immaculate and organized. Love BodyLase and have always been very happy with my results. Kelly is my person at BodyLase and she is EXCELLENT! I have never felt as safe with anyone.

I am from Canada, visiting and wanted to meet up with a professional after a lip injection I have previously recieved from another practitioner. I went into bodylase expecting to use hyaluronic acid to bring down the injection and start again. The problem was my top lip. I was so nervous about using something like that to take out the injection especially after reading about it that I asked to speak more about it. Julia was so well informed and knowledgeable I knew then I could trust her opinion. She observed my concerns and informed me on steps I could take and we made a plan from there, without using anything to dissolve it like I was worried about! She was honest and such a sweet lady!! I cant wait to meet her next. If I can recommend anywhere in the Raleigh area I would recommend this place as the staff are so friendly and it looks very professional and after speaking with Julia I can tell its reputable and they arent scammers by any means. They are honest and professional , nice ladies. Go ahead and check them out! Im glad I did.

First of all, the staff at this Skin Spa are PHENOMENAL. Andrea, Brittany, Julia, all go above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients. I am approaching my third visit with them and am so excited just to catch-up with them. That should tell you something: they make you feel like a part of the family.I visit them for fillers in my paranasal sinus cavity and my lips and let me tell you, Mrs. Julia will not tell you a bold-faced lie to sell you a product! Her work is superior to that of any of the two lip specialists I have been to. (Sona and my hometown plastic surgeon!)Brittany and Andrea are MARVELOUS with scheduling and give wonderful patient care...even to those extra, kind of patients like myself! This is where you need to get your fillers and botox.

As someone who suffers from PCOS I’m no stranger to hair in unwanted places! For the past 10 years I have struggled both physically and emotionally to keep my facial hair under control. I’ve done everything from waxing to tweezing to threading to hair removal creams, but for the better part of a decade, shaving has been my only real option. (Though this of course has many pit falls.)Struggling with facial hair as a woman can be exhausting in a million different ways! I was constantly worrying about whether or not my lady beard was visible. I worried if my boyfriend could feel the stubble when he touched my face. I worried if my coworkers recognized the bumps along my jawline as razor burn. I worried it would just get worse and worse! As you can imagine, it was very consuming in many social aspects of my life.After struggling with the decision to have laser hair removal for years I finally decided to take the plunge and I’m so thankful that I did, and even more, that I’m taking this journey with BodyLase!From the moment I booked the consultation to the day of my appointment was less than a week! The woman who booked the consultation was so polite and after learning that I lived in VA (over an hour away) she added extra time to my appointment incase I decided to start my first treatment that day!The office itself is beautiful! Everything was so inviting, clean and comfortable that I immediately felt at ease in the environment! The entire staff was so incredible from the time I walked in to the moment I left! Most of my interactions and my laser treatment were with Rita, who was nothing short of amazing. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and was fantastic at calming my nerves and explaining the process. Even better she did so with a smile on her face! She was genuinely happy to be helping me combat my hair issue and would excitedly say things like “Yay! I’m so happy that you made this decision for yourself!”. It was almost as if we were old friends chatting on a lunch date.The treatment itself was very quick. Rita walked me through everything and we proceeded at my pace. I had my chin/neck area done and it went by in a snap. Only about 10 minutes! The sensation though weird and somewhat painful was not bad in the slightest!!! In some areas I didn’t even feel the laser at all! More sensitive areas, around my lip, were more painful but nothing extreme or overwhelming. Just a slight stinging sensation that was lessened by the cold air feature! After treatment care was a breeze as well! I experienced no significant swelling, tenderness or redness. Rita was also wonderful at recommending aftercare products and explaining the best post treatment regimens.In short- BodyLase has gone above and beyond my expectations! From the fast response time in booking my consultation to the friendly staff that seem like old friends rather than strangers, I’m thankful to be improving my life with BodyLase... one singed hair at a time!FIVE STARS!!!!!

Have had multiple procedures at Bodylase all of which were great experiences. From botox and filler with Grace(love her) to IPL and peels with Kelly(love her) have had great results to keep me fresh looking and my skin glowing. They have an open house twice a year to give you a discount to experience all the services offered...check it out!

I had a great experience with Bodylase in Raleigh. I have had laser hair removal treatments before with a different company and didn’t have the results that I have had with Bodylase. Money well spent. Rita was my specialist, she was so personable and knowledgeable. I did the special, buy one get one and was able to do two areas on my body for $900. A total of six treatments.However, I was disappointed to that the front staff didn’t inform me I was done with my package of six visits. I went in for a scheduled appointment this weekend and after treatment was told that I owed $150. Obviously if I would have been told my treatment package was done I wouldn’t have made another appointment. So I has to drop $150 unexpectedly. Also being that I didn’t need the appointment bc my hair isn’t growing back. I know I will need treatments in the future for upkeep but yesterday wasn’t needed. I followed up with the appointment only bc I thought it was still part of my package.Overall a great experience. I’d just suggest you keep up with your number of visits if you do that package.

I personally will NEVER step foot back into BodyLase. I had a not so pleasant experience will smart lipo. I had to go back twice because it wasnt done well enough the first time and then they wanted to charge me $500.00 to fix, with what I feel, should have never been an issue to begin with. I understand that with coolsculpt your stomach isnt going to be completely flat, but it shouldnt be broader in one area than others.

I have been seeing Kelly for 4 years now and every time I leave BodyLase I feel more confident in my own skin. She makes me feel so comfortable, relaxed and knowledgeable about the services she is providing me with. Kelly is worth her weight in gold. BodyLase has a wonderful atmosphere and offers such a wide range of treatments, all in which their team excels. I have had IPL laser treatments, chemical peels, derma-planning and microdermabrasion facials at the Raleigh location and have always had nothing but a 5 star experience!

Can’t say enough great things about BodyLase and their beautiful sweet staff! Just had my lips done recently and like most I was super nervous! Rhonda was great and insured me that I would not come out looking like a duck and listened to all my requests and concerns I had! I get anxious with needles, but this did not hurt a bit. After sitting with numbing gel on my lips for about 20 mins I could barely feel a thing! Popping a pimple hurts worse than this did! Will never go anywhere else! Thanks Rhonda, Brittany, Kelly and all the Bodylase girls! Y’all the real MVP!Oh... and while I’m at it....getting laser hair removal on my underarms has been the best thing that I never even knew I needed! 🙌🏻 No more shaving and they are so pretty now! Lol
