My nail tech moved 4 hours away and I was in search of a new nail tech and I found grace by the grace of GOD. I went too seven nail salons and nobody wanted to do my nails because they were too long. But she did and did a wonderful job at that. Thank you Grace

Grace is amazing!! I been coming here for a while and she is willing to try any style. All you need to do is bring a picture or idea and she can create almost anything. I went in on Wednesday to get gel polish on my fingernails. The polish began chipping on the following Sunday. So basically I paid my hard earned money just to have polished nails for 4 days. And the new owner had the nerve to ask me to recommend them to others. I will NEVER get my nails done here again!!!

Got a pedicure here last week and Im super happy with the results. The classic pedicure is $30 and I added the callus scrub for $5. I am very happy with the results and the color. However, I left off one star just because I wish she would have scrubbed harder on my heels and rubbed my legs a little harder. But overall I definitely will be back.Update: Ive been getting my acrylic fills here. They do a decent job and at $22 its definitely one of the cheapest places.

The best experience Ive ever had! Following all the CDC guidelines they take your temperature and first wash your hands. Safety is a huge thing for me with a babygirl. Kind and professional!! This is my new spot. Thank you all! Look how beautiful and a lot of places Ive been to before covid do just do what they want without asking you but Tony asked me the entire to make sure I loved it. It was my first time at Top Nails getting a pedicure. It was at a convenient location right up the street from where I live. Top Nails was relaxing. The staff were very professional. I arrived earlier than my appointment and was escorted to my seat promptly. The time spent on my pedicure was approximately 44 minutes I believe. I will be visiting again!#proudcustomer

I love this place they are on time! I do not have to wait and let people go in front me. When I book an appointment they make sure I get my appointment. Also when I want a design I get it at time of appointment!

Asked for basic acrylic and basic polish. Gave me gel and charged 40. When originally said 30$.

Customer Service needs improvement! Owner was very rude. I asked upon arrival if they could correct another persons work. ( A beginner who was just learning at home) I did not care about the cost. Just did not want to soak them off for several reasons. Originally I was told yes. Then when her worker could not complete my request to my satisfaction. At that point the owner took over and completed the job. Yet upon completion she actually threw my hands to the side when finished. I will not be returning.

I came in at the last minute. They had exactly what I needed. I wanted the color “bubble bath”. The nail technician Debbie Was very nice and helpful. She also didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I will be back!

Please don’t go here!!I just got a short acrylic set done and I gave them my card to pay. I looked at the receipt and asked why it was so high and they said because of gel. I never once asked for gel, nor did they ask me if I wanted it. He just put it on my nails without telling me the extra charge. When I confronted him about it he didn’t even say anything!!SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

I was worried about going to a nail salon during the pandemic but Top Nails has taken so many precautions to ensure the safety of their staff and customers, I felt very safe. They also do a really great job of course and I have been going there for years but I just wanted to comment for anyone unsure about going due to COVID, you can feel safe here.

I asked for a gel nail fill he did acrylic did a horrible job and an soon as i got home the polish started chipping ended up cutting the tips off whats so hard about this there nails

So today I decided to go get my nails done, first place I thought of was top nails. I get it and I understand that you have to take everybody’s temperature before you walk in, but please don’t tell me my temperature is 100.4 when I just left a place who took my temperature and it was 97.6 . So doing the right thing I left went to go find another nail shop that took my temperature and it was 97.7. Please make sure your thermometer is accurate because you just lost out on money.

I walked in the guy was clearly doing nothing amd the lady want to say I have to wait for 1 nail like really would have took him ten minutes to fix it.

Love this place.. I’m new to the area and Nail Technician Tina was awesome.. She made me feel so comfortable. She’s funny made me laugh the whole time I was there.. Funny thing was I told her I just moved to the area from Zebulon. She said she and her husband use to worked at the nail place in Zebulon next to Food lion. It’s a small world because I do remember her husband. lol

Good place. I am a guy and get pedicure about once a month. Mostly for the leg massage and relaxation. Ive also had hip replacement which makes trimming my own toenails challenging, and my wife freaks at doing it for me! The staff is polite and they do a great job and make me feel comfortable in a traditionally female setting. Im always a walk-in and they get to me pretty quickly. I go during the week.

They did such a. Great job! The nail technicians were nice and conversed with us. Very nice little place, hidden, but worth it to go to! Very pleased! Will continue going there.

Been living in Raleigh for 5yrs now and when it comes to getting my eyebrows waxed I experienced a lot of hits and miss ( mainly 1st visits are great and then they start messing up). This is my 1st time at top nails and I believe Ive found my go to for my eyebrows. They were very nice and she took her time, I explained my uneven brows and the fact that its ok if she didnt get them to look perfect but thats what she did, she got them to look neat and even...Thank you!!!! I will be coming back!!!

The service was wonderful and our experience was relaxing. We were pampered and enjoyed a time to take a time out from life. Im not from Raleigh but would visit again if we returned to the area.

I rarely write reviews but this place deserves to be made aware of for horrible service. The man Tony there is repulsive in his attitude and customer service he acts as if he is doing a service to you and you are an inconvenience. I had a full set with the new metallic polish and it was just a mess!! Not to mention it’s an additional $15.00 for this! My nails are lifted on some spots which mean I can easily get fungus and the polish is sloppy And the edges are not painted I wish I could add pictures. I really hate to leave reviews I usually take my loss and stray from those places, but this place is so bad in customer service and skill that it deserves to not be in business and give the space to a better nail salon. They have only one pleasant young lady and she does pedicures which she did mine and it looked amazing. Please do not come to this place and save your time and money there are plenty of nice places with great customer service.

Great, professional service! While uncommon for men to receive manicures and pedicures, Ive found it to be a relaxing activity to share with my wife. While she goes far more often than I, Ive seen my fair share of nail salons. This one is a clean place with professional employees. Would recommend!

I have been going there since December of 2017! And the owner is very RUDE to black people! Even though she only has 2 techs the tech Tee is awesome she does an amazing job. Yes shes black and the owner treats her like a slave. Tee likes to take her time to do a good job, but what I have noticed is everytime Tee is working on an black customer the owner always ask her whats taking so long and did she charge us the correct amount. And when I/we leave and always says thank you she never says anything. But when a white customer says thank you as theyre going out the door the owner always says youre welcome and sorry for the wait. I have gone in there and she never says thank you and sorry for the wait. I have nothing against other nationalities, because I have alot of white friends, but I hate when Im not treated equal. I work very hard for my money. So I give the business 2 stars and give my tech 10 STARS!

I got charged $50 for a French tip pedicure (not including tip)... Nothing special was done at all, it was done on my regular nails, no extra nail polish color was used, she didnt even use a stone buffer or any type of lotions for my feet, literally just used clear nail polish and painted a white line. The polish ended up only lasting 5 days on my nails when it can typically last a couple weeks, so it goes to say that she didnt even use good nail polish. It was a complete rip off in my opinion..

Professional-looking establishment, but mediocre service. I have gone to several nail salons, and by far this was the worst that Ive visited as far as quality of work. There were 5 technicians and only one customer when I arrived. Im guessing that this is possibly because of location. I only wanted a Gel Polish, but was up-sold a manicure as well. Its nothing wrong with that, because many other businesses in sales do the same thing. My issue was when the technician started cutting my cuticles, she began to cut my skin also. I warned her that it was hurting and that she was cutting my skin. She said that she was sorry and kept on going. She tried not continue to cut me, but to no avail. Needless to say, that when she finished, she wiped my fingertips with what Im assuming was alcohol and it stung like you could imagine. Another technician painted my nails. She rushed through it. When it was all said and done there was polish on the skin around my nails and one of the nails had polish already smudging and peeling. I pointed this out and she acted as if it were my fault and said, Let me fix, but with an attitude. Terrible customer service. I wont be visiting this shop again.

I wouldn’t recommend this shop when it comes to professionalism. They will cut your toe open and act as if it is normal and try to continue with the pedicure.

My normal place was closed, so I stopped by here for a pedicure. It was ok... I was able to walk right in, no appointment, no wait,which was nice.

I have come here multiple times for my eyebrows, thats been fine. Came recently to get my chin waxed, I now have wax burns. I have had issues in the past when coming in at 6:15 for a full ombre set. I was asked and almost harrassed to come back. Of course Kim said what she had to say in her language but the nails were done. Okay, thanks Kim. So here I am today with time to fix a nail Kim did 2 days ago. They greet me and ask how they can help, I let them know I need a nail repair. Im asked to wait 10 min. which my son and I have been waiting for 17 min at this point. 7 mins into waiting another tech asks who did my nails, I mention Kim. She responds, Kim not here can you come back tomorrow? No, Im here today, your sign says WALK INS WELCOME with a closing time of 7 PM. Im full time worker and parent, free time is very hard to come by. There customer service skills are non exsistent. Once someone decides to assist me (which someone can because theres one gentle man pulling trash now and fiddling at his desk) I will not be returning again. Not for any reason, they cater to whites and Im not 🤨
