This was my first time getting a Brazilian was. My consultant was friendly and informative, as she walked me through the entire process step by step. It was not only a comfortable experience, but one that I will continue to get from R&R spa! I booked another treatment before I even left the building.

I had a great time at R&R today! I got a facial, eye brow wax and lip wax. I scheduled with Bee and she was wonderful! She was friendly and kind and very accommodating. She took time really listening to what was best for my skin type and what I was wanting to get out of the apt. The facial was extremely relaxing and she went above and beyond to make the experience lovely. I will definitely be back.

Very poor service, the place is dirty (pubic hair from previous customer on table?!), when pointed out was met with very rude attitude. Yikes! Came here based on good review (and its overpriced) but will never return. Would give 0 if I could!!

I went here for the first time today and I was blown away! I was very nicely offered awesome coffee while I was filling out paperwork. I got my eyebrows waxed and Rubee was amazing and so friendly. She made me feel very comfortable and made great conversation. Ive been to a few places here and there, and this was by far the best. I cant wait to return and see their new location.

I am really sad I moved from Raleigh because I cant go to R&R Spa. Rubee is amazing. I have yet to find another spa that can come close to her level of professionalism and care. I truly enjoyed every facial I got when I visited! She is very knowledgeable and I would strongly recommend her to anybody! Also, her sister makes these delightful cake in a jars...(try one, they are out of this world!)

The staff was very friendly and nice. The facilities were clean. I was very much looking forward to my lash lift. Unfortunately, I do not see any difference at all and am ultimately disappointed in my results. I was told afterwards that I would need multiple lifts to see a big difference because my hair is so straight... I have never heard this before and have seen better results on people with “straight hair” like myself. The service provider did tell me she used the wrong solution on me at first and that it shouldn’t affected anything.I was also surprised that I was not given or told any aftercare instructions after having a lash lift.I’m typically not one to leave bad reviews, but I’m disappointed.

The owner Ruby is very sweet and patient. She takes her time making sure that you are comfortable and satisfied. The environment is so relaxing and calm. This was my first visit and I plan to continue supporting R&R.

I went to R&R with a groupon and got a 60 minute facial. Bee was very considerate and thorough. I had a wonderful experience and my skin looks much better. The entire spa has a very relaxing feel and great ambiance. I would recommend them and I plan to go back!

I always describe Rubees services as Heaven. Super relaxing and rejuvenating. I love that she carries the Rodan+Fields line there but also provides a variety of other treatments as well. If you ever need a reset button go visit her. Thats what I do!

R&R is absolutely amazing - Rubee is so sweet, attentive, and amazing at what she does. Ive been getting brazillians for years and it was by far one of the best Ive had - truly felt more like a spa experience than a painful chore. She truly cares that youre comfortable throughout and happy with the results and goes above and beyond. I would recommend her and R&R 110% (also if youre a first time waxer and are a little nervous, she offers a numbing treatment for a few extra dollars!)
