I’ve been going to Lux for years and have been happy every time. The reviews about the kind, personalized treatment are all true. I see Joanne every couple of weeks for powder dip over my natural nails and she is very sweet and super meticulous. I value her opinion about best treatment, colors and designs. They’ve had to increase prices due to Covid but it’s worth it. Speaking of Covid, they practice safe measures. Go to Lux and see Joanne. You’ll be happy you did. 🙂

Best pedicure in Raleigh. They take cleanliness and safety seriously. I’ve been getting my pedicures here for close to 20 years. The hot stone massage with the pedicure is divine! Pedicures last. Awesome.

Please stop scrolling and give this place a shot.I don’t get my nails done an awful lot and I’ve also never felt so compelled to leave a review before, anywhere about anything. But I just had such a wonderful experience today. I called ahead and made a day of appointment for a gel manicure.My birthday is coming up and I wanted a little balloon design I had seen online and alternating colors. The technician was able to accommodate my request and I’m so happy with how they turned out! The shape and thickness of each nail is also excellent, not bulky at all even with the nail with design. And the nail technician, Judy, was so kind, funny, and willing to work with my indecisiveness. I could really see the attention to detail she put into each of my nails and I’m just so happy with them and my overall experience down to the hot stones. I honestly can’t wait to get my nails done here again.Con: The music is so relaxing and soothing I almost fell asleep as I was getting my nails done, but still come you won’t regret it. I sure don’t.

Yesterday was my 1st time in the salon, and OMG is it beautiful! The staff was friendly and my pedicure tech, Diane, was amazing!! She chatted with me to actually get to know me, was super professional, and did great work. I will definitely be back, and will make an appointment with her. I NEVER write reviews but I’ve been searching for a nail spa that does good quality work . I’ve been to so many and decided to try Lux nails hoping I’d find my forever nail spa and I was not disappointed. Hein did my gel manicure with a complimentary hot stone hand massage. I’m very pleased and happy I decided to give this place a try !! Already scheduled my next appointment 😁

After trying out a few different places, Lux Nails very quickly became my favorite nail salon. Their staff is incredibly friendly, talented, and professional, they offer a great color selection, their prices are reasonable, and their facility is clean and well-managed. Its easy to book an appointment and they are always on schedule when I arrive, and I never feel like they are rushing me through (as has been my experience at some other salons). I have gotten dips done many times and it has always come out great, and they have always accomodated any special requests (accent nails, glitter ombre, etc.). They offer different types of pedicures, which are wonderful and relaxing.

I went in with a picture of how I wanted to do my nails for my wedding, and while they couldnt do exactly what I asked.. They did them even better! Everyone complimented how elegant my nails were. Thank you!

Ok if you like your nails looking like glued on chiclets

I’ve been to many nail salons but this one in particular just tends to over charge for no reason. Couple of my toes only had gel on it and let me remind you maybe like 2 toes but they charged me to get them removed even though LAST time it was like that and they did not charge me. They pick and choose when to overcharge and honestly that’s wrong in my opinion. Go somewhere that actually is honest

Luxe Nails is absolutely the best nail salon in Raleigh to get a manicure or pedicure. I have been going to Luxe Nails for over 5 years and I highly recommend their salon and services. Everyone working there is friendly, professional, and does an outstanding job.

Me and my sister both went here to get acrylics and they did a terrible job, both of our nails are so uneven, the acrylic is really thick on mine and really thin on my sisters. I will never go here again I am so mad, my nails look terrible.

Came here because it was close to my place and had such a great experience. I had an appointment and when I arrived it was busy but I waited no longer than five minutes for a chair. Everyone was super friendly and I felt comfortable the entire time. It was my first time getting dip nails and I love them! Great prices, great staff, great service! Highly recommend!

Lux nails makes me WANT to get my nails done more frequently because of the customer service and just how well my nails are polished and taken care of. I got a color that I don’t usually get (a bright green) with gel manicure and I have gotten so many compliments on not only the color but the shape and how well they look. I now have a nail technician that I will always ask for and this is the nail salon that I will always go to!

I am a Raleigh Native and have gone to many nail salons over the past 35 years and Lux Nails & Spa is absolutely the best nail and pedicure salon in town. Their prices are extremely reasonable, quality, cleanliness and service is top notch. I have referred many friends to Lux over the years and all are now repeat customers. I highly recommend. Love this place. Went to Lux today for the first time and Joanne C did not disappoint! I asked for acrylics and she suggested gel acrylics - only $5 more. She did a wonderful job and really took the time to make sure the shape and length were exactly the way I wanted it to be. Go here for your acrylics and ask for Joann C!

Both my daughters and I have gone here for more than 7 years, and consistently get great service. They are kind, attentive, and excellent at what they do. I have recommended them to many others, all of who have thanked me for the recommendation.

I had my 1st pedicure here. It was awesome. It was a real treat. They were able to accommodate our party of four. They took special care of my mother as she is diabetic. Everyone was friendly and made you feel special.

This is the most RACIST nail salon ever. I have gone 3 times months apart to see what they would say because they are the only shop open on Sunday. No matter what time I go I’m always refused service. I’ve never been so angry in my life. My money is just as good as anyone’s. These people are ridiculous!!!! I have been going here every 3 weeks for my shellac manicures for at least 5 years. I love Steven and all of the girls! They really go above and beyond and make the experience so enjoyable. I seriously wouldnt go anywhere else.

The best in the area! I’ve been going for a little over 2 years now (so has my Mom). Hin does my nails and sometimes Tammy if Hin isn’t in. Others lady’s have done my nails and done an excellent job. They have a great relationships with all their customers. From the first time I visited to now, it feels more like family than just a trip to the nail shop.

These folks are awesome. Tammy is excellent with acrylic nails. Pedicures are heavenly. Great color selection. Friendly people. You cant go wrong here.

Ive been to many nail salons through the years, but this is by far my favorite. It is family-owned and they know and care for their customers. Though I typically see Lein or Anna because I know them best, most of the women have done my nails when I needed an immediate appointment. They offer the full variety of nail services and do a great job with them all.

This place did not live up to all the hype. I got a full set - coffin nails. The finished product was very thick nails that did not look at all natural, with poor connection to my cuticles. Tammy did not do a good job at all.It was at best mediocre work. I will not return.

I got dip nails done and they were pretty chunky but I also got a pedicure that was pretty good. Overall wouldn’t say that the nails were worth $63 :(

Great nail salon in North Raleigh. The salon is always very clean & the staff is friendly and welcoming. Ive never had to wait long for a walk-in appointment. The technicians are talented and efficient but Ive never felt rushed. Ive visited many salons all over Raleigh & always find myself heading back to Lux. Go ahead & treat yourself - youll be glad you did!

This is my little heaven. I cant imagine going anywhere else for my nails. When I travel and have to get my nails done somewhere else in US, I always regret it. Attention to detail and customer service is extraordinary at this salon. They truly care about your needs. No matter which manicurist you get, your nails will look beautiful and youll leave relaxed and happy.

Amazing. I got a pedicure and sns. The pedicure and massages were absolutely incredible and she was so thorough, my legs and feet feel so relaxed and soft. Best pedicure ever. She took great care with removing my prior sns, she never cut me once. They have a HUGE selection of colors in sns, gel, and regular polish. My nails are even, the correct length AND shape, and not too thick. Very sanitary and clean, and my stylist was super personable and kind. I had made an appointment for 4 pm, got there about 15 minutes early, was giving plenty of time to find the colors I wanted. There was a gentleman who didnt seem to do any services, but he greeted everyone, got colors ready, escorted people to their chairs, got waters and wines, seemed to keep the salon running smoothly in general. If I could give yall more stars, I would. 100% coming back again

Very rude from the moment I walked in the door. Simply looking for a salon that does SNS powder. I had my nails done out of town and needed a repair. Fully prepared to pay for the service. The owner quickly turned me a way without even offering to help me find the color (pink) which is pretty common. I would not suggest you visit this location.

Ive been coming here over a year and have had most services provided at one time or another. The service is exceptional and beautiful. The technicians are friendly and skilled. Prices are comparable to most places, but youll leave Luxor Day Spa feeling like a million bucks!

I have been a patron of this nail salon for several years. Any pedicure or manicure I have received here has been very good, however, I have found it very hard to book an appointment and have a service done within a reasonable amount of time. Today was no exception. On a tight schedule, I called in advance and made a 4:10 appointment for my daughter and me. We arrived around 4:05 in plenty of time for our appointment. At 4:40, we were still sitting in the pedicure chairs, water cold, waiting for a nail tech. We had to leave at that point as we would have not made another appointment had the pedicure started at that time. I understand that a business can experience backlogs or slow downs but the staff should not have scheduled an appointment with us that they could not honor in a reasonable amount of time. Very disappointing.

It took me quite a few trips to different salons before I finally found what I was looking for. Its been about two years now when new owners took over this place. Cleanliness is outstanding, services are really good, complimentary glass of wine is a lovely perk. :)

Diane was my manicurist and though she was polite her service was awful. She was hurting me quite a bit while trimming my cuticles almost to the point of like a tearing motion than clipping...I had calluses on the bottom of my feet (not really bad but there nonetheless) and when I got home and could look they were still there which is really not acceptable. I wouldnt recommend and wont return.

I always enjoy getting a pedicure here - especially the hot stone massage - but they were lovely when I brought my 84 year old mother-in-law today for her first pedicure.

I went recently and they gave my feet a infection from lack of hygiene. They also dont give great massages. They only rubbed my feet for like 5mins barely. I paid for the hot stones and i feel ripped off. I also had my eye brows done as well same day and my brows are now two different shapes and sizes!

Love getting my nails done here! So relaxing.

Best pedicures for men in Raleigh.

Ive gone here a few times for gel nails. Im pretty frustrated because the nail techs dont paint all the way up to my cuticle and it looks like theyve already grown out on day 1. Also, one of the techs filed my nail really crooked and I asked her if she could fix it and she was blatantly annoyed with me.

I made an appointment here to get a new dip color. I walked into the salon with nicely shaped nails past the tips of my fingers. I walked out with an absolute mess that cost $50 which I now have to go somewhere else and pay to get fixed in addition to waiting months before my nail growth is back. Needless to say, I would not return.
