Ive been going here for three years and have always given them five stars. Katy is my usual provider and has always done an amazing service for facials and waxing.May 2021, I reduced my rating to three stars because they stopped providing body wax services (legs, bikini, etc.) This is supposed to be a full-service spa. If I cant get all the services I need in one place, theres very little point in me going here at all anymore.

I was completely relaxed after being stresses out they set up the couples room for me and my boyfriend 50th nicely. Order all items in and they did the rest almost 500 well worth the time for us both

Having been to this Spa before and received great service and the people were nice. I woke up early and decided I wanted to go to Lorena Luca, so I booked a Consultation and a Spa Treatment. At the time of booking there were 3 times slots available with the same person for a 45 min service. So I chose the 11:15am slot and received confirmation from their scheduling system.So I got dressed and as I am about to leave because I live 1hr away, I receive a call letting me know they had to cancel my appointment to move someone else in the time slot. So I was baffled as to why they gave my appointment to the other person and just cancelled mine.This is an issue of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE plain and simple. The Spa Representative/Receptionist who informed me of my cancelled appointment could not give me an answer as to why they just cancelled my appointment to give it to someone else other than they were scheduled earlier and the service was not able to be performed by the Spa/Spa Specialist. Which to me means the person should have been told their service was cancelled and offered another date...NOT CANCEL my appointment and give it to someone else.The Spa Representative/Receptionist provided me with the Managers Contact info and I asked her to have the Manager give me a call in regards to my concern and how it was handled, so I will wait to speak to her and provide an update.Update : Catherine the Manager called and told me, the Specialists previous appointment ran over, so it pushed her back unfortunately it just had to happen....what are you looking for me to do, and offered to reschedule me. I told her no thanks as this may UNFORTUNATELY JUST HAVE TO HAPPEN AGAIN, and I dont want my TIME OR MONEY viewed as less important than another patrons time and money.

I am a Licensed Esthetician from Upstate New York and went for a spa day with my sister in law today. My facial was INCREDIBLE! It was the perfect amount of pressure and pampering in all the right places as well as necessary extractions being removed as well. Absolutely loved it and will be back again next time I’m here to visit!

I had Gail for a deep tissue massage. After 5 years in the Marines and going to the gym, this was the best massage. She worked out all my knots and everything that was tense. Idk if I could of been any more relaxed. I could not be happier with their customer service as well as the level of work and quality of work.Thank you Gail

She nailed my key area requested and timed our session perfectly. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The staff members were masks and the facility was very clean. I will definitely be coming back to see her again !

First time getting a facial and had a wonderful experience! The esthetician was very kind and knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable without pressuring me to buy anything afterwards. I got the signature facial and would definitely recommend

I’ve been here about 5 times over the past couple of years. The location is great and the decor is lovely. Before Covid, the snacks and sauna were a perfect touch. However, the quality of the masseuses has been inconsistent and most recently, I was charged a no show fee because of an error with the website. They are aware of the difficulties in booking couples massages online but continue to offer it as an option. I reached out via email and received no response. When I reached out via text they said they would bring it up to management. I never heard anything back after that. Unfortunately, poor customer service and inconsistent quality of masseuses resulted in a less than desirable rating.

Bought biologique recherche cleansing products. Front staff was very informative and helpful about which products to purchase for my needs. Love brand cleansers. So gentle yet thoroughly cleanses face and feels wonderful

The service was good. I had a problem with miscommunication concerning pay. Other than that great experience.

Katy Mack is my saving grace at Lorena Luca! I’ve been going to her for almost two years and my skin has never been better. Lorena Luca overall is magical. The amenities and the welcoming staff, you can’t beat it! I have gone during Covid times and though the amenities are not open, I think all their precautions for you to feel safe are top notch. You have to give kudos to the staff pampering you while wearing a mask the entire time!! My favorite spa in Raleigh- highly recommend!!

The esthetician I booked with forgot about the appointment and was MIA. I got seen by another esthetician who was really nice but I didnt feel like I was properly cared for because my appointment started 30 min later and I felt a bit rushed even though it wasnt my fault. I dont plan on returning.

I went in for a couples massage and walked out more stressed than I was when I got there. The massage itself was fine, although they forgot to turn on the spa music which made it too quiet.. The stressful part is this massage was already paid for as a gift. However, as I was leaving they told me I had a balance. After charging my card I had to call the person who gave me the gift to make sure we didnt both pay, how embarrassing. Thats when I was informed by my contact that everything was already paid for. I had to go back, give them the confirmation number so they can find the original payment that was supposed to be used and refund my card. It was extremely stressful and a wast of of time and money. I went there to relax and enjoy a massage, but instead I walked out more stressed than when I got there. In the end all they had to say is sorry, that was my fault..I will not be going back.

Lorena Luca is a very good place and great staff. The place is very subdued for your relaxtion to start as soon as you walk in the area. Greeted graciously and shown the waiting room, where you can change and have a refreshing beverage. The services are abundant and the team know their stuff. I always walk out happy and refreshed I would recommend this to anyone.

I LOVE this spa!The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable of the products and services as well. Very clean too! They offer hot tea and cucumber water in the lovely waiting room while you chill in the most comfortable robe ever.This has been my 3rd time and I’ve had a great experience each time! The establishment is very clean. The changing rooms include a sauna for use. I had Kelsey who dis the 50 minute therapeutic massage. This is probably on of the best massages I have had on years. My neck and back muscles were relaxed and had considerable more range of motion. Well worth the money.

Love this place! It’s so chic and all of the massage therapists do such a wonderful job. I go back every month to get a Swedish massage and a tub soak. My boyfriend joined on my last visit and had a great sports massage!

Leah gave me a great prenatal massage and gathered all important information in advance to target the right areas. The locker room area is amazing and I could have stayed in that robe all day. Came highly recommended by a friend and I can see why. Will definitely be going back.

This was my first massage & facial experience and it was absolutely incredible. The staff is super friendly and nice. It’s so clean and very nice on the inside. My mom and I got complementary champagne for Valentine’s Day which was such a nice touch!!!! I havent felt so relaxed in forever. I will definitely be coming back and I already can’t wait!!!

Beautiful spa (or At least the small portion that I saw). I am disappointed that I was never given a tour of the facility and realized later in the day once I was gone and after hearing from others that it is much bigger than it appears.Upon arrival I was taken to the locker room and told to change and my masseuse would be waiting for me. I was told to feel free to enjoy the steam room and sauna that was inside the womens lounge. Now that I have come to leave a review I find the spa has much more to offer than I was aware of.The robes are very stylish and comfortable as well as the provided slippers. Overall the lounge was clean and nicely decorated aside from the molded wood above the steam room. My masseuse was very pleasant and thorough with my only complaint being that the music was too loud during my session. All in all I would definitely come back to try some of their facials and another massage.

First timer! This place was lovely. Small and seems very private. I had a 50min relaxation massage with Shane. Then sat in the steam room and eucalyptus sauna. All services were lovely and I feel totally relaxed. After a wonderful rain shower I was ready to begin my wedding weekend. They even had bottles of cold champagne ready to go! Coming back for sure!

I had a therapic massage with Cat. It was amazing, I have had a lot of massages. And have had issues with both arms falling asleep, tingling. One more time and I think my arms will be good. I have had this 2 years what a relief. I will be seeing Cat every month. She is so educated on the science of why your body does things. Made perfect sense after she explained that. This was my first time going to a spa and getting a facial and I was not disappointed! The atmosphere here is so incredibly relaxing and they have all the amenities you could want. From super soft robes to snacks in the lounge area and access to the sauna and steam room, they know how to treat customers.The facial was amazing and lasted about an hour. I came out feeling and looking fresh. The therapist, Katy, was spectacular. All staff members were vey kind. I will be coming back and bringing my husband with me!

WOW! This spa gets 5 stars from me in every category. The space is both elegant and inviting- super comfy robes, nice waiting area with hot tea and snacks, super hot steam room - the massage and scrub I had were beyond excellent, I especially enjoyed the scalp massage enhancement and will never rebook without adding that! And last but not least, the customer service team is there to make sure you get the most out of your visit, they truly made me feel valued and taken care of from booking to check out. I had the Lorena Luca Signature Massage and it was amazing! The atmosphere of the spa is beautiful and comfortable. Before the massage I was able to relax in the spa lounge with some cucumber water and snacks. They have clean locker rooms with a steam room and showers. Previously was getting facials at another local spa, but I love that this spa allows you to use the spa facilities (steam room and sauna) when just getting a facial. They gave me a new customer discount and your get 10% off when booking next appointment in store. Love that they have offers for their customers.

Oh my gosh! To start you get a soft copy robe and a lounge to wait in. Then your therapist asks what you want them to focus on (thats a plus). The heated towels and packs really loosened me up while Michelle worked on my legs. When it was over she even gave me tips to really loosen up my IT band and piriformis. They also have a sauna AND steam room for use after as well as a shower! Definitely going back

Very friendly and understanding staff. I needed to cancel my appointment very unexpectedly due to my daughter getting sick and their 12-hour notice for canceling without penalty was generous. I got to reschedule my therapeutic massage with CBD oil and will be scheduling another very soon. The robes are amazing!

Its beautiful, elegant and staffed with professional, friendly employees. The Lorena Signature facial was heaven. The esthetician was very talented. I relaxed, enjoyed the neck and shoulder massage and left with glowing skin. I also treated myself to a massage which was equally amazing! I enjoyed the beautiful locker room and even took a steam and sauna. Lorena Luca is my new go-to spa. Next time I am going to try getting a little Botox! ;o

Nice intimate, relaxing spa. We got there right at our appointment time and was immediately taken back to the changing rooms. We opted for the couples spa room and hydro bath. Probably will skip the bath next time but the 65 minute message is extremely relaxing and worth the money. Highly recommend a couples massage.

I came in with my girlfriend for a couples massage. We did the hydrosoak tub and added the lavender epsom salt and it smelled so good and completely relaxed us. Not to mention the champagne. This by far is my new favorite spa. Every one was so incredibly nice and professional. The front desk staff was so accommodating, they made everything so simple. The massage technicians were amazing, this was the best massage either of us have ever had. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely be coming back!

She listens carefully to you, then delivers the best-suited service with a wealth of medial and product knowledge. She has performed a variety of procedures on me, including several types of injections. My experience with her has been flawless. She truly enjoys bringing out the beauty in you.

And every 8 weeks we treat ourselves to a couples massage with the fabulous massage therapists: Michael & Lauren! We typically arrive early to enjoy the beautiful & clean amenities (his & hers locker rooms, private showers, a sauna & steam room) then lounge in plush robes in the ultra cozy lounge. The couples massage suite is a must! Its luxurious! Candles, whirlpool tub for two and large walk-in shower, perfect for any occasion ;-) Overall, Lorena Luca is the best spa in town! Its a beautiful facility with a professional & friendly staff!

Came here as part of a relaxing sisters weekend and had the best time. Everything was clean and beautiful and the staff were lovely. Can’t wait to come back!

I’m genuinely surprised at all of the rave reviews of this spa. I had a facial and massage here over the weekend and found the entire experience to be lacking. Overall the providers were nice and did a decent job, however I still have 3 visible painful cuts on my forehead from where the esthetician dug into my skin and after telling me initially that my nose required extractions she did not perform any there. She used an enzyme mask that is known to sting on my face after I told her I had super sensitive skin which was raw from frequent showering. I wondered after she put it on if I would urgently need her to wipe it off and was panicking a little bit because it burned so much. It seems the “fully customizable” signature facial is the same routine regardless of skin type.I told the massage therapist I had a migraine from neck tension as well as lower back pain, and neither of these areas were focused on any more than my arms or legs. She kept insisting that I take deep breaths over and over while adjusting my body in a manner that felt jarring and rushed.I found the decor to be sort of cheesy and starting to look worn (think purple pleather snakeskin wallpaper). The robes were soft and plush but the towels in the ladies room were way too tiny to wrap around your body to go into the sauna or steam room and the first shower I went into was missing shampoo and conditioner. The locker they assigned me had a broken keypad so I searched around and found one that worked. The sandals I was given made a squishing noise with each step like there was water stuck inside. Someone was nice enough to find a moisturizer sample for me since they do not keep any products in there, and my face felt very tight after my facial and shower. I tried to use the sauna but at 110° it was simply uncomfortable and not hot enough to be effective. The snacks in the waiting area included banana chips and something that looked like dry cereal along with tea and water. I thought I might sit and relax after my services but nearly all of the seats were filling up with people chatting and there is just one small lounge for men and women.That’s the full rundown, fair warning to set your expectations if you go! I was really hoping it would be somewhere I wanted to return often, however after spending a couple hundred dollars via gift card from my sweet husband I’d rather go elsewhere.

I would highly recommend this new spa. The place is beautifully decorated and very very relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I went in for the microderm and peel and can say that my skin is so much softer and glows. Elizabeth took the time to explain the process and make me feel comfortable. I am already looking forward to my next visit :)

Simply amazing spa! The environment is so tranquil, relaxing, classy, and feels like a private oasis! My fiancé and I have gone to pricey upscale spas around the world and this by far has been the BEST massage/facial/experience! The estheticans are so knowledgeable about skincare and they have great products to purchase! I always get my skincare there because I’ve found it’s actually less expensive than buying directly from the skincare line (and even Amazon)!
