I had a great experience here! My best friend and I came here to get haircuts on my birthday. The staff was so friendly, professional, and skilled! My hair looks the best it has in ages. Im always worried about losing too much length because Im growing my hair out. I was very pleased with how my stylist took off the split ends, but left the hair long! Generations also has a very cute boutique where Ive purchased several favorite outfits. Will definitely give them another shot!

Been a regular client for at least 2 years. Absolutely love the salon and staff. Alexis has been invaluable as a stylist! She has improved my look all while making it easier to style day to day.Get my haircut every 2 weeks with them and I look forward to it every time!

Kristie was fantastic! I loved my customized facial from the aromatherapy and deep breathing to start all the way through my much needed extractions and everything in between. I feel asleep a few times on the heated, comfy bed/table. The Nelly products are excellent, too. My face is glowing now and I look like I am wearing foundation. Highly recommend!

Ive been going to Kori for hair services since before I had to cover the grays and she always provides amazing service. They have terrific products and suggest what you might benefit from without doing the hard sell. Everyone here is very welcoming and knowledgeable and I am consistently satisfied with my experience here.

As a guy it was hard to shake the stigma of getting my hair cut at a salon. I got over that pretty quickly. These amazing people feel like family now. They all know me by name and are truly sincere. And if you get on a two week hair cut cycle, you cant beat the price. I also love their boutique for when I need to find that extra little gift for my wife.

They provide a good service however it is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.

Switched mine and my daughters hair care to this salon several months ago and have been happy with each visit. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Alexis has been cutting our hair. One daughter recently had her ears pierced here and it was quick, very little pain and shes doing great with them. It was obvious the woman piercing had plenty of experience. Sorry I dont remember her name.

I adore Alexia - she’s the best! Renee’ the owner ensures the provision of quality services. The spa has a cozy yet upscale environment, and the interior arrangement is conducive for clients to have a feeling of privacy.

Everyone here is very knowledgeable and welcoming! I struggle with what to do with my curly hair when I do not have access to a hair dryer and the help and suggestions I received were awesome! Theirproducts are all organic which I love and they smell great!

As always, Kori addressed the issues with my hair and cut it appropriately. She’s always great. Kristie gave me a great gel manicure.

Massage by Emma yesterday...incredible! Had many massages at other places, but she’s the best by far! So relaxing...I stumbled to my car like a zombie. Maybe petition landlord to put crosswalk outside salon or escort me to my vehicle next time for my safety! Hahahaha!

Menu says $30.00 for wash & blow dry. Online appt was scheduled as a wash and style. First question from the stylist was whether I wanted it flat ironed or curled, and I chose curled. No mention of an extra $25. charge! When I questioned it, I was told the prices listed on their menu are their “starting prices” So with a tip you would pay about $65.00 to get a blowout and style? No thank you. That was my 1st visit and definitely my last.

I purchased three items and tried to return one of the items the following day and they would not refund my money. There was no communication nor information on the receipt indicating their refund policy. This was very short sighted on their behalf because I had planned on being a regular customer using their spa and salon services. Says a lot about their customer service so I will not be back.

The ownership and staff are professional and pleasant. Anna does a wonderful job. The boutique is fun, and i always find something unique.

Jennifer is fabulous! She not only gives a great cut but honestly educates me about my own hair. And she listens!

I’m so upset I went to get my hair balayage and spent $273 dollars for a service that they botched!!! I called them first thing the next morning and ask to send them pictures and to speak to the manager and didn’t hear back so then I called again at 2:30 and she proceeded to tell me she was busy and didn’t have time to look at the photos. As paying customer and someone who is upset you would think it would be a priority to fix it. I also was charged for a haircut that she only trimmed and a glaze I didn’t ask for and didn’t know she did till I seen it on the receipt. I also had to return products that costed about $100 dollars and was double charged for one of the items!!!! I’m so upset at how they have handled this I asked to speak to the owner and was told no that wasn’t policy!!!! They offered to try and fix it but after going to another salon and showing them what they did they said it wouldn’t be wise to allow them to try and fix it because obviously they aren’t qualified! I will say the girl who did my hair was really nice but that doesn’t make any of this ok! I’m planning on calling WRAL if I have to on how they handled this and what was done!!
