WOW! I do not have words to describe how good is this place! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and I choose Massages By Adara Spa because a friend gave me the recommendation!!! We wanted something different and this was the perfect option!! I got Mr Rahman and told him I have a lot of stress!! He completely understand what I wanted. Also the receptionist was incredible and they even gave us a present for our anniversary!! Thank you so much, we will definitely go back to this beautiful place!

My family surprised me for my birthday and gave me a day of pampering. This was something I have never done before. And I was PLEASANTLY surprised by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The professionalism and caring nature of the staff. They made me feel welcomed and they calmed my nerves with what to expect. They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Oh my God. It was my first massage ever, BELIEVE me. If I could leave 6 stars out of 5 I would. Elizabeth was amazing, all the staff actually. She took care of all my concerns and questions and oh boy she took care of my back and neck and I feel 10 years younger. All the staff was really nice and profesional. I had a massage and my first ever facial. The website was easy to use, and the business was very communicative through email prior to my appointment. Arriving at my appointment the environment was very clean and soothing. I was greeted immediately and the staff was very polite and professional. Both staff members who performed my services were very knowledgeable, clean, patient, and very great at their service! I will definitely return, and recommend others to visit Adara!

The experience was amazing and I would reccomend it to anyone. However, getting to the location, both the building and the spa within the building, was kind of tricky. The phone call was not very professional. Overall, amazing experience especially for first timers. They explained everything very well and everyone was very kind.

I visited Adara Spa on 5/21/21 and had a great experience. I received a facial, massage, and pedicure. As soon as we got there we were able to begin our services. There was a less than 5 minute wait between services. All of the staff members there make you feel welcome and relaxed. I loved everything about this spa and I will definitely be coming back.

This establishment was everything I was looking for in a spa day. I got a reasonably priced package that included a wax, facial, massage, pedicure, manicure, mimosas, and lunch. We came here for and NC state game, traveled from the coast. Just finished moving. Hands down the best massages since we can remember. Deep tissue wise, they warmed us up first efficiently, and omg. Massage heaven. It was deep tissue but omg. Best massage in years. We are hating they are here and we are on the coast and we will have to catch a massage at games we attend. Wow. If this buisness ever gets another location around myrtle beach or holden Beach we would probably help them do it and donate. Good grief. If anyone reads this. Do yourself a huge favor and treat yourself.

I am so happy to have found this salon and spa! I had my first visit yesterday with Aretha for a women’s haircut. Upon walking in the door I felt welcomed and as if I had been a client for years. Everyone introduced themselves and made sure I had something to drink and was comfortable. Aretha talked me through what I was wanting with my haircut and then gave her suggestions as to what she thought was reasonable given my hairs texture and current shape then she went to work. I couldn’t believe how amazing my hair looked when she was done- My hair hasn’t looked this good in years! She did a haircut and conditioning treatment but it looks as if she colored it and did some sort of magical treatment. She is truly gifted and a master at her craft and I cannot wait to go back next week to have some low lights put in. I have lived in This area for 6 years and had not had any luck with finding my salon home, until now. They also offer pedicures, manicures , waxing, facials and much more. I highly, highly recommend Adara Salon. You will NOT be disappointed!!

I love this spa! I am not a big fan of large spa environments where there are 10-15 people being serviced at once and Adara is perfect for me. The ambiance is fantastic and I always enjoy the conversation while relaxing. It is also very clean and the decor is perfect. Definitely give it a try if you’re in the Raleigh area. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing experience!! Sunny went above and beyond to help us book some last-minute services. Derrick gave a great massage and then I had a wax with Destiny, which was the quickest and most painless wax experience I have ever had! Had a wonderful experience with these ladies. My mother came up to celebrate my birthday and we ended up going here for facials and pedicures. The facial was wonderful Destiny did a deep tissue massage on my face and neck that was amazing and the facial itself left me feeling refreshed and invigorated. The pedicure was just as good and my feet feel super soft and smooth. I would definitely go back. They were all so sweet and it was very customer oriented, they weren’t just trying to streamline people in and out. I recommend for anyone who wants a little pampering.

I called the same day and the sweetest girl answered the phone. I was trying to get inthe same day as I dont live here. I live in Virginia. She said she was going to have to call me back in just a few minutes. Barely five minutes goes by and Sunny calls me, who does the nails. I visited NC this past weekend and my boyfriend set up and appointment for me for a massage with Sarah. She was so incredibly sweet and very attentive to what i was trying to work on as far as muscle pain and also checking that I was OK with the pressure, temperature and everything during the session. I definitely left way more relaxed than I had come in (i had just hopped off a red eye flight) and my body was so thankful!! Definitely recommend Sarah, I will most certainly ask for her again if and when I am ever back there!

I visited Adara on a Saturday following the death of my father for a bit of self care during this crazy time. All of the staff I interacted with were courteous, kind, and compassionate.They took great care of me and Ill be sure to visit during a less stressful time as well.

I thoroughly enjoyed my spa day at Adara today. My services included a deep-tissue massage with Sara, a facial with Adra (best facial EVER), and a pedicure and manicure with Areatha. I received a mimosa upon arrival and was treated to lunch from Mellow Mushroom during my pedicure. All of the ladies were very professional and super friendly. I highly recommend Adara Spa, and I will definitely be back.

Adara is located in an easily accesible area of Glenwood south, directly across from Mellow Mushroom. During Covid, they are requesting clients to call once arrived, and complete paperwork PRIOR to the appointment, which I greatly appreciate. Everyone was in a mask, and the Spa is set up in a way to easily allow distancing.The atmosphere was relaxing, I was offered coffee and water, and all the staff, owner included, were friendly and sweet.On to the service :) I had the pleasure of working with Sasha to have my hair cut, shaped and dyed a brilliant neon green ombre, with varying tones of green. I gave full creative allowance to Sasha, and i LOVE the color she chose. It is complimentary to my complexion and personality. The cut hit all my major points of need - I hadnt had a cut in roughly 5 months, and this was a much needed post-partum care.

Comfortable environment, friendly and relaxing. Down to earth staff provide a positive environment which is therapeutic in itself. Had a great warm stone massage with Leah, who asked about areas on which I wanted to have focus placed. She did a great job accessing parts of my back and hip joint which are rather stubbornly stiff. Her manner is soothing and easy without being overly chatty, which really let me focus on enjoying the experience.

I chose 5 stars because my experience was phenomenal. Destiny is wonderful with my massage, facial & pedicure! This was the perfect pick-me up after my long day of work. I definitely recommend everyone to come to Adara Spa!

Adara Spa is a very warm and welcoming Spa that literally offers something for everyone. Very diverse and you feel like family from the moment you walk in. Sunny worked her magic on my nails which had absolutely no kind of shape before sitting in her chair. She also educated me on the difference between gel in powder form which is actually acrylic and real gel. Then Miss Destini gave me the absolute best full body massage I have ever had. She taught me how to breath and I can honestly say it was very therapeutic which was new for me. I highly recommend Adara Spa!

My mom and I had a wonderful time. The facial and pedicure services she received made her feel special. They made her feel relaxed. She said she could really tell the difference in the pedicure she received with Adara over that received at a mass production establishment. As for my pedicure, the exfoliation really seemed to resurface my feet so much so that a dark mark that I had for some time seemed almost invisible in comparison to before. The facial that I received made my skin feel clean, soft and smooth - just the way it should be. Fantastic experience with a warm and inviting environment that will keep me coming back. Sunny and Leah are great! All of this is why I drive from Durham to Adara Spa.

I have nail fungus and been using the Light Concept Nails over my 2 big toes as those nails were removed, they are AWESOME and I get the gel polish so it lasts for over 2 weeks too. Check them out you wont be sorry, they offer a lot of services included Massages, Facials and Waxing as well. I love their website and you can book your appointment online.

I came here on a Groupon last fall and I have been hooked every since. I love Sunny and her sunny disposition. The staff here is great! The massages, facials, and pedicures are great as well. She treats her employees well and makes sure that you are comfortable there. She is highly recommended. I drive from Chapel Hill just to get her services. Go there and you wont regret it!

I made an appointment earlier this week because I’d been sick for over 2 weeks with asthmatic bronchitis. My neck, shoulders, and back were so sore from coughing, I needed a massage. I couldn’t have made a better decision!!! Destiny helped me relax and found all my sorest spots. I was a happy rag doll when I was done. I booked my next massage before I walked out the door!!! Probably one of the best massages I have had in my 52 years! I received a spa finder gift card for my birthday and I’m new to the state, so I went with, as usual, places with excellent reviews. I am sure glad I chose this place and listened to the reviews I went in with a hurt back and shoulder and Sara Aycock was able to make me feel like brand new in 50 minutes. The shop is adorable, although on a busy street, and everyone there is very welcoming. I highly suggest Sara and the CBD oil rub down! Can’t wait to go back. Well worth the price.

Went on a Wednesday evening, so there were plenty of spots in the lot nearby.Pros: Sunny, the owner, greeted me at the door. Leah is fantastic! After examining my skin, she gave several recommendations on what products to use. She also threw in a hand and shoulder massage, all felt great. As I was leaving, she gave me samples of what she used. Left feeling refreshed, a nice pick-me-up midweek!Con: The only (very small) con is the space, although that wont detract me from going in the future. Some might see it a little tight, as space is at a premium in the area.Altogether, a great experience!

I went to Adara Spa for the first time last week after reading all the great reviews online. I was able to get an appointment with Leah for a facial on a Saturday afternoon which fit perfectly into my schedule. Since I have very sensitive skin, I was hesitant to get an hour facial so I booked a 30 minute facial instead.Leah quickly put me at ease and assured me she would not use anything on my face that I might react too. She did not disappoint.....I had a great facial and when I left my skin was glowing.I will definitely be returning to Adara, and next time Ill be going for the full hour.
