I’ve tried multiple different nail salons in Raleigh because I’m new to the area, Upscale has the best results AND the best prices. Tim did a beautiful job on my nails.. I’ve never been so happy with them. He did a beautiful flower design that he hand drew.. I was blown away by how amazing it looked. It was the best my nails have ever looked. I’m writing this a month after I actually went because my nails are still going strong with that same design. Thank you, Tim.. I will never go anywhere else!

I feel like they didnt care to give me quality service because I was a male. I paid for mine and my wifes nails (over $150) to be done, I do not expect to have to come home and file them or do any touch ups. You can see if the photo they were left scratchy and jagged. I would suggest going to La Belle Nails over this place any day.

Best experience getting my nails done ever. Cheaper than anywhere I have been and and they even gave me a mini neck and back massage. Will definitely be coming here again.

I love this place so much!! I haven’t been able to go in a while because of the COVID but I finally got to go and let me just say…AMAZING! I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she did them perfectly, and even a little better. They have so much better pricing compared to some places and you get what you pay for!

Wonderful friendly service. I regularly frequent Upscale for pedicures and brow waxing but got a full gel set for an upcoming trip.And perk is how close it is to my home.

So I’ve been to this nail salon several times before and even recommended it a few others. The quality of the service is decent however, Sunday’s are just a coin toss. I wanted to get a mani pedi on a Sunday and knew that they don’t open until 12 and do not take appointments however , I arrived at 12:05 pm and there was a line behind the door. People started to leave by 12:15 and by 12:30, it was me and a mother daughter left . By 12:35 I left and heard them speak about leaving also. That’s not good for business .... sorry to give a poor rating but this type of stuff is what makes you lose business friends . Very disappointed .

I urge anyone if you are using a credit or debit card look at your statement please. They are taking extra money off of your card without authorization. I have been getting my nails done at this nail spa for about three years. Never had any problems until recently. The last two visits they have been illegally taking extra money off of my debit card. It has happened twice. My service will be one price and I signed my receipt for that amount and I received a copy of my receipt, but the last two times I looked at my bank statement they took more money off of my card without authorization. They have basically stole money from my account twice. I will no longer be giving them my business and I intend to report them to the State Attorney General. Just please be aware when being charged for services rendered. I am not making this up i really thought they were a great nail salon until now I know they are thieves.

I took my service elsewhere after waiting over 25 minutes for a pedicure. Instead of them giving me service they chose to assist every white person that walked through that door before me.

Each and every nail tech puts in not only the work but the effort. While they may hold different skill sets, Ive never had a bad neail tech. I love these ladies and the great service they provide

I gave this place 2 tries, the first visit was for a pedicure and second was for gel polish. Both services were really disappointing.The pedicure bowls and chairs looked really dirty and the women polished my toenails so sloppy I had to take the polish off when I got home. I asked her to fix it a few times but the language barrier made it difficult.The second visit I asked for gel polish and the young girl barely filed or buffed my nails, resulting in them peeling off a few days later. She was also really sloppy with the polish, and it was under my nails and all over my cuticles. The manager tried to fix it by using a cuticle clipper to clip off all my skin that had polish on it, which you can imagine how painful that was! I obviously wont be going back and hopefully will help some of you spend your money in a better place.

My wife enjoyed herself. I must say her nails looked amazing. The pedicure spa chair was a nice treat for her also and her feel were so soft. A-1 customer service and they even offered sodas and other beverages. I’m glad she had this time to herself. I know she will be returning. Thanks Linda & Maya for pampering my wife.

I use to love this place. However, now the quality of their service has drastically decline. I got my nails done on Sat. May 6th, on Sunday the Gel Polish started to flake on one nail... I thought I did something, but then the polish on my other nails started to chip and flake as well. I returned today, Monday May 8th after work, about 6pm, was told they were too busy and asked if I could came back tomorrow or wait 45 mins. I declined as I felt like, this wasnt my fault, my time is as valuable as every customer in there and I shouldnt have to wait, as Ive already paid my money and it was a huge inconvenience to have to return in the first place after 2days. I dont usually take the time to write bad reviews however, with the amount of money I spent in this place of business I didnt feel like a valued customer. Sorry to say I will not recommend, nor return for any type of servicing at Upscale Day Spa Nails.Very unhappy customer :(

Went to get a sns powder fill and the next day my nails were cracking. I called the salon and the guy who answered the phone said they were busy and could not get me in. I explained to him it should not be a reason why my nails should be cracking the next day. He refused to get me in the very next day and hung up on me. I called back and a lady answers the phone and I explained the very same thing to her. She told me to come Monday or Tuesday which I told her I could not do because I work and I dont get off until after they close, I could not come back until Friday she said Friday was too late, but she could not accommodate to fit me in today for something that they did wrong. They were very unprofessional by hanging up on me and by not being able to accommodate me.I will not be going back to this salon.

Always my favorite place to go! Last time was a difficult experience with a child screaming for the duration of my appointment, but I still love the way they do my nails!

My name is Stephanie. I recently relocated from Brier Creek to North Raleigh. I was in search of a good quality local nail salon. Thank you to the excellent reviews of Upscale Nails I opted to try this salon out. I was more than pleased! Linda greeted me like family when I walked in the door. I could tell that they have a very regular clientele and EVERYONE is treated like family. Ken was my nail technician for my gel fill and pedicure. He did an absolute PERFECT job! This is most definitely my new regular nail salon!

Scheduled a pedicure and Manicure with my sister ahead of time, we arrive, they asked us to have a seat so we can get a pedicure first.. my sisters water gets started about 20 mins later, no one saids anything to me.. meanwhile my sister has been getting her feet done for 45 mins now (almost done at this point) once she Started to get her color, I completely walked out I was now there for 1 hour 20 mins without anyone saying anything to me. This is not the first time I have ran across a problem with this nail salon .. poor customer service...later on about 30 mins later when I went back in the nail shop to talk with my sister she then told me she took 2 other people that walked in .. so guess it was f*** my appointment... and she asked at that point do I want my nails ... absolutely not .. not after almost two hours later... I refuse to spend my money some where with horrible customer service .. I can understand if it was 15 20 mins but this was almost two hours later .. the point was to get them done with my sister ..

Really loved the attention to detail on my full set, and he was super fast. Also, the pricing cant be beat, thought it was the most reasonable for the level of service I got. Cant wait to come again!

I went to upscale a few days before the new year, got a pedicure and no chip manicure. 2 days later the polish on a few of my fingers started to peel, went back and they fixed them. A few days later not only did the REST of my nails start to peel, but the polish on my toes, which were painted white, turned brown. Will NOT be returning!

If you havent given this place a chance recently, you should come in and try it! Great service, Great pedicure and manicure! The owner is now back in the spa more frequently and you can really tell a difference! I will definitely be back!!

I have had my second visit to Upscale and am very pleased with the results of Lindas and Kens services. What I like best are my pedicures. I have Restless Leg Syndrome, so I get the best pedicure with an additional 10 minutes of deep muscle massage... it really helps with my RLS for days afterwards...Ask for Ken, he does a most excellent pedicure. I highly recommend Upscale Day Spa Nail!

If I could give 0 stars I would..I came in and she started questioning me where had I had my nails done b/c I had not been in for a few weeks. Once I told her I had gone elsewhere she got upset and started speaking in her language and had her daughter’s boyfriend do my nails while she went and sat down to speak ill of me. What she doesn’t know is that I not only understand what she says but speak it pretty well as well. Last I checked I never signed a contract. This whole time I have heard her speak disgustingly about everyone that walks in, she and her crew have nicknames for all of the different nationalities which is disgraceful. Her services have been declining, my nails are chipped within a few days, my hair gets stuck in my nails, and she charges me more money now b/c she knows I am doing ok for myself..my daughters gel polish falls off the next day! Not only is she ugly physically, but internally as well, I do not recommend this place at all!!!

I started going to this salon in Jan 18 and Ive been going every since!! The staff is great, very professional and I love how they greet every single person coming into their salon. Im pleased with how they manicure my nails (i dont wear the fake nails) and im pleased with how they do my pedi. Most of the time there is no wait and if there is a wait - its not for long at all!! Prices are average and the salon is always clean too!!
