COVID-era scheduling conflicts caused me to miss an appointment and just like that, I was well over 1 year overdue for a cleaning. Thankfully, a last minute opening was announced and I got in. Everyone was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me as they were going. Dr. Matthews is the reason I started going to Reflections and Dr. Suthar hasnt missed a beat. Same friendliness and expertise as always.

Growing up and having bad experiences with the dentists, I had so much anxiety going in for my first appointment. Mrs. Teresa, Mrs. Jenn and Dr. Matthews made me feel so much better after everything was done. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know and the reasons why. So to be completely honest I cant stand Drs and dentists. They are too expensive and they hide costs and operations charged. I was going to give Reflections Dental a try because I had a tooth pain that was unbearable. Everything went normal on the first visit. No charge and the nurse gave me an option to keep my tooth. Unfortunately I was not fully explained the cost of keeping my tooth. Even after I told them from the beginning that I do not have much money and I do not want to spend a lot of money. So forward to next visit when I get a root taken out. After procedure was performed I walked into the receptionist area only to find a bill of $130. If I was informed about this charge I would have completely refused it and went elsewhere. The fact that the charge was not explained before the operation really annoyed me. Here I was tooth empty and they want to argue with me. The manager was completely rude and jut gave the statement that the paper was signed. I understand that I signed a paper stating that I was accountable for those charges but that was after the assumption that there were no charges and my insurance was picking it up. All I wanted the manager to know is that her business did not handle the explanation of the bill appropriately. If they had handled it correctly I would have never went and we would have never had to go through these charades. To the manager, I was only trying to inform you, not cause a scene. Everything could have been easily taken care of by making other arrangements. So to anyone getting procedures from them make sure you ask for the full cost because apparently getting a root canal is a two step process and they charge for separate visits. My $130 visit was actually a $500 visit after they disclosed the full amount for the procedure. Buyer beware. My new bill with them now is only going to be $80 for an extraction. I believe the conversation was “pay this amount and we’ll do your extraction”. You’re not really making your promise by sending a nasty cancel letter after you acknowledging my appointment by phone call. I would feel better if I hadn’t gotten a nasty cancel letter from yours truly in regards to a follow up appointment to correct your mistakes by charging me for my extraction and then canceling the appointment. Even after telling you I had no money for food you still wanted to argue over money. So I’m glad you got your $70 while I starved all week. If this is best practice then I will take my business elsewhere. I do hope that you’ll at least refund the money you charged me when you said that you we’re charging me for an extraction.

I have been going to Reflections Dental for over ten years now and have always thought highly of everyone who works there, until recently. On my last visit there with my two daughters, ages 12 & 14, we learned that there was a new dental hygienist. They took my daughters first and then called me a few minutes later, so I was in a separate room when they started cleaning my daughters’ teeth. Thankfully my daughters’ are old enough and smart enough to know when something is wrong b/c the new hygienist almost put my 12 yr old under b/c she thought she was getting a root canal. When she was about to cover my daughter’s face my daughter questioned what she was doing. The hygienist asked her, “Aren’t you so-and-so?” My daughter said, “No, I’m ...” I didn’t learn this until we were all finished and left when my daughter told me the story on the way home. I called the office to let them know what had happened. While in my appt this hygienist put fluoride on my teeth and was VERY abrasive, both in her actions and her bedside manner. After this visit I knew to make sure that she didn’t work on us again. Well, this past week I had an appt with my now 13 yr old while my husband took our 14 yr old. This hygienist did not work on us at our appt but my husband and 14 yr old didn’t know this hygienist (since she didn’t work on my 14 yr old at our last appt), and when she came home she told me how rough the hygienist was who put fluoride on her teeth. I asked her to describe her and if she knew her name and it was the same hygienist. So, other than this hygienist I give Reflections Dental five stars in every way but I don’t ever want this hygienist working on me or my family again.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple of years so I was nervous before my appointment. Dr. Mathews and her staff were wonderful! They made me feel very comfortable and took there time and I wasn’t rushed through the appointment. They went over all of my treatment options and made sure all of my questions were answered. Highly recommended, the staff here is so friendly! Im always a little weary coming in, both about procedures and the financial aspect, but they are lovely to work with. I was really impressed with how thoughtful they were in discussing payment and billing options, they walked me through a treatment plan that dealt not only with my care but also making sure my insurance would cover it with the different wait periods I had.

Ive been going to Reflections Dental since 2008. The staff and Dr. Matthews are really good at what they do and are a lot of fun to be around. I literally enjoy going to the dentist now. Dr. Matthews is an excellent dentist and incredibly nice. Jessie, my hygienist, is absolutely awesome and I feel like she is practically family now. I recently met Mary Jane, who helped with my crown, and she is hilarious! You can tell everyone loves working there and working with each other. If you need a great dentist look no further.

I hadnt been to the dentist in 5 years and was a little nervous but a good friend of mine recommended Reflections Dental and Dr. Jenn Matthews. The overall experience was great from start to finish, they made the paperwork portion easy with my insurance, and the hygienist was so friendly it made me forget that I was in the dentists chair. After my check-up I needed one filling done, and although getting a filling is not the most fun experience, Dr. Matthews was quick, concise, and numbed me just enough where I was good to go and went straight to work after! Love the office, and love the staff!!!

Dentists suck. They hurt you. Ive been terrified of dentists ever since I was a kid and had more than six of my baby teeth pulled in one sitting due to cavities.Dr. Matthews is the exception that proves the rule. Theres nothing anyone can do to take assuage my terror of the dentist, but Dr. Matthews comes pretty close. The service is professional and fast. The staff, especially Mary Jane, are super friendly and easy going.Due to my terrible genetics and tetanus-like, lock jaw habits, Ive had two crowns put in by Refelctions Dental. Theres a saying in the services sector that the customer doesnt remember what you did for them, but they do remember how you made them feel. However. Reflections Dental made my teeth look good and made me feel even better.

We love this practice. My teenage daughter is a patient here and everyone is incredibly nice and welcoming. Dr. Matthews is thorough and has a light touch. Highly recommend.

This was my dental office when we lived in NC and you dont appreciate how wonderful they are until you leave. Our new dentist office in LA is okay, but not as comprehensive as at Reflections. The girls are all so nice at Reflections and I miss them. :)

The dentist is wonderful. The front desk staff are not very friendly or accommodating to patients that look a certain way. It is unfortunate as much as I love the actual dentist at this location I will have to choose another option( there are many). I was late for an appointment and wasnt able to complete a cleaning which was fine and I understood that. The way I was treat because I was late was unfair and rude. I cared enough to still come in person even though I was late and to be treat the way I was with no compassion or care was disappointing. Id been coming to reflections for years because of the great Doctor there. Its a shame that I have to leave because of a front desk clerks need to chastise a customer.

Dr.Matthews and her staff are so wonderful. I really enjoy coming to see them to get my dental work. The work is very professional and they are really a lot of fun!! I fractured a root canal last summer and had no choice but to lose the tooth. I went through all of the procedures for an implant and just received it a few minutes ago. It looks and feels so natural. I am happy that I dont have any more work to be done but I am gonna miss seeing these girls every few weeks! I highly reccomend this dental office to anyone who may be looking for a dentist!!
