I can’t say enough good things about Village Dental Olde Raleigh. They give you a very personalized experience and their staff is wonderful. From the initial appointment on you feel very safe and taken care of. And now after having my wisdom teeth removed I would confidently say they are experts in this arena also! Highly recommend

Arrived for my six month cleaning and checkup and realized I had forgotten to take my pre-appointment meds. You guys were so accommodating in providing me with the medication I could take on site saving me from having to reschedule. In addition, you worked me back into the schedule a coupled of hours later. First time I had met the hygienist so I was a little skeptical when he told me he had only been out of school for a few months. Never should have had a concern. Miller was great! One of the most thorough cleanings I have ever had. I guess I should have known that Dr. Martin and his team only hire the very best.

I just had some major dental work done that I have wanted and experienced again the awesome skill and personal care of Dr. Hall and assistant Lisa!! I experienced no pain!! I highly recommend Village Dental!!!

I drove 3.5 hours just to come back to my old dentist. I needed a root canal and I knew I’d be in the best hands at Olde Raleigh Dental! Nicole and her team that worked with me were excellent. They made me feel extremely comfortable during my procedure and Nicole even made sure I had headphones to make me comfortable during the drilling. Everything was a perfect experience and I’d highly recommend them to anyone that asked.

My husband had to have a lot of dental work done and was in extreme pain. They were able to get him in the next day with no problem and the staff was amazing! They are the nicest people and explain everything very well! We will be bringing our whole family here now!

I recently moved to the area and was searching for a new dentist. I have never left a bad review but feel the need to share my experience. As a new patient, I have been extremely dissatisfied with the communication, service, and quality of this practice. Each visit, I have had to wait a very long time in the waiting room yet there are so many staff that appear to be standing around. The office is very hectic and lacks communication. I had an appointment that lasted about 4 hours and I had at least 7 different staff in the room helping with the visit in some capacity. I had two different dentists work on different teeth and even a tech help the dentist by doing half of the procedure. I had no idea who was working on my teeth and had so much mouth pain after the appointment that I had to come back yet again. They appeared careless during the procedure as I some kind of cut or irritation near a tooth they worked on and had mouth pain for two weeks. I was then told I would be able to pick up retainers two days later and never heard from them. After two months of calling and no help, I asked for a refund and then they mysteriously found them. I will not be recommending this practice to anyone I know and definitely will not be returning.

The dentist is my least favorite thing in the world and I have hated every appt I can remember every setting; nevertheless, Hillary at Olde Raleigh today made me feel than comfortable and welcome. She was very thorough in her work and explained everything to me in detail. We even cracked a few jokes. I hope to be able to request her in the future.

I absolutely love this office. Started coming a couple years ago. Everyone is super friendly, especially the dentist! They really take the time to find any problems you may have and then fix them right away if they do. The last time I went, I had feelings and the whole process was so smooth and I was given free laughing gas to ease my anxiety. I came in for a cleaning a few days ago and discovered that my brushing technique was wrong and was in the first stage of gingivitis as a result. The hygienist took the time to demonstrate the correct technique and explain what to do to treat and reverse it. The cleaning was a bit painful, but that just meant she was taking her time to do it right and thoroughly! 5 stars!

Wow, what a smooth process. All of my new pt paperwork was done online and when I showed up for my appt, there was no waiting around. They got me in a and out quickly and I’m very happy with my cleaning! Bravo, Village Dental!

The dentist is one of my least favorite places to go. Brie & the new technician that was shadowing her were so pleasant & personable that I forgot all about my anxiety & actually had very pleasant dental experience. Ive been a client here for 2 years now & this has always been the case. From the front desk to the time Im in & out of the chair Ive never had a bad experience. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I have always had terrible anxiety at the dentist. Knowing that I have sedation as an option when I need it is a relief! I went in for the first time with a tooth ache. I needed a ton of dental work done. They sedated me, I woke up a few hours later, and it was done! Free from tooth pain and anxiety! I love that they make you feel comfortable. Dr. Martin does amazing dental work. He takes his time and makes sure its right before you leave. I am so glad that I found this dentist! They are also affordable and are willing to work with you. You wont find another dentist office like this one!

Hello!I made my first initial appointment with village dental for this morning. I spoke with an associate via the phone & online only LAST WEEK & told her I was coming to my appointment. They called yesterday to confirm my appointment. I could not answer because I was at work. They cancelled my appointment because I did not answer to confirm.In ADDITION, I got an email this morning at 6:55am (picture attached) reminding me not to miss my appointment.I have NEVER heard of a place that cancels your appointment for not answering the confirmation call. Most places just charge a fee for a no show.When I walked in they said they would try and “squeeze me in”. I waited for 20 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t get me in til the middle of my work day today.I’m beyond mad & will never go to a Village Dental again.

Brand-new patient, referred by family, and I loved my experience! Jessy was my Assistant and she was so friendly and open about what I wanted and needed. Jess was my Treatment Coordinator and did a great job explaining what my next steps were, my options and the cost. She even brought me a bottled water when I was thirsty. Dr. Hyer was my dentist; he was friendly and knowledgeable, but he also stepped in and did my cleaning himself when something came up. Brooke did my checkout efficiently and got me set up for my 6-month cleaning. Thanks Village Dental!

Dr Yoo and Ian did a great job on my temp crown and permanent crown. I had a broken tooth that they had explained might have to have a root canal but instead she was able to save it without the additional work. I was extremely comfortable with the staff and how absolutely everything was explained to me.On my first visit, completely comprehensive X-rays were done at no cost. We discussed options for later but nothing too extensive. I was shown all potential issues and it was fully explained of what to keep an eye on and what was normal. We planned the procedure that day, and I came in 2 days later. *I was given the opportunity to have it done immediately.My 3 total visits thus far have been great experiences and I intend on continuing with the practice. Coming from a small dental office, I had to consider the change since my previous dentist was going on vacation and there were no appointments available for over 2 weeks.

Today, I had one of the best cleanings, EVER! The issue with my dental health rests with a good cleaning of the gum pockets around each tooth. I only mentioned this once to Jennifer and she got it. I could feel her tracing each gum line around each tooth and in between to perfection. She was aggressive with her technique, which I prefer. She is simply the best at her job and I want her to do all my cleanings forever. Please share this review with her. Thanks for hiring her onto your staff.

I brought my daughter in for a consult about some work she needed, and to talk about sedation. The high level of anxiety that she has about going to the dentist was greatly reduced with the cheerfulness of everyone, the calming atmosphere and the sedation that was available. Jess went over all the work needed, answered all our questions and helped prioritize the treatments needed based on our budget. We plan to schedule the work to be done next week and my daughter is very confident her anxiety wont keep her from the dentist any longer.

Im a friend of Kristys so it was an easy decision knowing how amazing she is, but the office as a whole surpassed expectations. The front desk staff was so friendly, Michelle was so much fun to talk to and took great care of me as my hygienist. Dr. Maya Martin was efficient and made sure to take careful notes of anything she noticed which is always reassuring. I usually don’t write reviews but since I’ve been in search of a new dentist and was hoping the reviews could help me decide. I felt if I wanted others to write a review I guess I should too.For decades I have had major anxiety going to the dentist because the way the nerves run in the back of my mouth previous dentists had to give me multiple shots to find the correct nerve for numbing. I began going to Village Dental several years ago because of the IV sedation. However for the past two years I’ve been very disappointed in their services. There have been several mishaps but I’ll just share these: 1) I had to have partials and they botched that entire process several times. It was a horrible experience. I wish I had gone to a different dentist that specialized in dentures/partials. Once I made my frustrations known, Dr Martin handle the entire process himself and ordered new partials, free of cost to me. 2) I had to have deep scale cleaning done and I preferred IV sedation for that procedure. Several days later I noticed when I flossed that the gum tissue around my molar (crown) was cut. The gum tissue was coming out between the crown and another tooth. I couldn’t believe that they botched a basic deep scale cleaning. I knew that I would need to go back to Village dental for them to see the issue and that caused me more anxiety. All of my appointments were suppose to be with Dr Martin but apparently once I’m sedated another doctor is handling my dental care. Now I can’t even trust having IV sedation because you never know what’s going on and who’s actually doing the work. So now I have an abscess under the crown where the gum tissue was cut. I’ve made an appointment to see my previous dentist to have them handle my dental care at this point. So I’m back to having the multiple shots for numbing but that’s better than being sedated and not knowing what in the world is going on. I’m sure if I would have followed back up with Village Dental they would have offered to make some of the corrections for free but I no longer feel like I can trust them, sad to say.

The visit with Megan and the dentist were phenomenal. I felt really at ease and ready to go ahead with whatever they wanted to do to me. The review is for the finance. What kind of company has you sign a document but does not disclose the terms of payment? It is really disappointing.

Efficiency is one thing I look for in a dental office, and Village Dental delivered. The lobby wait time was minimal, my dental assistant Jessy was gentle, and Dr.Yoo was thorough in the exam. I was able to get in and out of the office in a timely manner and receive quality care.

I’ve never personally been to this dental office but have heard horror stories via my husband and sister in law.My husband went to this dental office a while back and they had someone who wasn’t a dental hygienist clean his teeth and a similar experience happened to my sister in law. They both spent extremely long amounts of time at the office for a routine cleaning because they then had an actual dental hygienist come behind the first person’s work.Recently, he had an implant come loose and unfortunately had to revisit the location. They brought up his negative review and made it apparent they were much more concerned about that than the issue he came in for. They told him it would be covered and that they just had to reorder the tools to be able to provide this service to him. Today, they called with a ~$3,000 plan for tomorrow’s appointment.Please be incredibly wary of this practice.

One of the best experiences at a dental office Ive ever had! I was dealing with so much pain from a poorly done job from another dental office and i came here and they were able to take me in immediately. The front staff was so nice and welcoming and when i was brought back. The staff was so nice, jefferson and cameron took such good care of me when they brought me back and nicole did an incredible job on my bridge it was like a complete change, i couldnt be more happy with the results!

I joined village dental last year in June 2020 . Everyone the staff the doctor are so polite and very friendly. I did the cosmetic braces which I only needed for 6months . It was a fast and easy procedure. I’m currently getting veneers ! Very exciting . Made me feel a lot more confident with my smile I am extremely grateful. An amazing staff!

One of the most amazing exeriences today. I have generalized anxiety and sensory profession diffictites, so going to the dentist is beyond difficult for me. I went in early for a crown replacement and cavity and needed to taka advantage of thie sedation dentisty. The entire procedure from start to finish went amazing well. Kena who sedated me and monitored my vitals start to finish, Megham the dental assistant who held my hand at time when needed, Liz and ofice manager who was as sweet as anything, and my amazing dentist, Dr. Yoo. All of these women were phenomenal in thier care with me and put me at ease immediately. I no longer fear this aspect of denstriy and am super glad i became a patient here.

I have always had bad experiences with dentist but this place is amazing everyone treated me great and heard all of my concerns and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend coming here!

Exceptional patient care! I am recovering from unplanned back surgery and needed important dental work for a new crown. I’m so grateful for Village Dental and the compassion and empathy they showed taking care of me. Dr Yoo called me at home prior to my appointment to discuss the procedure and plan to accommodate my special needs. At my appointment Hayes Butler was so patient and helpful assisting me getting into the chair and adding padding and support for my back to ensure my comfort and safety. Dr Yoo and Hayes took breaks to allow me to adjust and get up to walk around for a few minutes and rest. I know this made the procedure take longer and extra effort but they not only accommodated but were happy to help and ensure my comfort. This level of patient care and support far exceeds the standard of care and exceeded all my expectations. Thank you Village Dental

Phenomenal dental office! I have never felt so informed, cared for, and relaxed! I have had several appointments with different dentists each time, and they’re all fantastic. Highly, highly recommend!

I am new patient who was referred by a family member but I did not have the same experience that she had years ago. My contact information was switched with another patient before I even came in, and I was getting reminder emails about HER procedures for a few days before my visit. After explaining that I have anxiety related to my previous experiences at the dentist I was very surprised their new patient Powerpoint was full of pictures of rotting and damaged teeth- before they even saw what my teeth looked like. My X-rays and pictures showed up on the TV in front of me as they were taken, without explanation, which further increased my anxiety. The person doing my new patient consult was interpreting the results and recommending treatments before the dentist saw my teeth. I felt like they kept pushing the dental sedation and their other services without even telling me how many cavities I had before the dentist left the room. Someone from patient relations was supposed to contact me but never did. I will not be returning.

Dr Hyer is fantastic. Had a bridge done for my front teeth. Looks great. Staff is also wonderful.

It is always an absolute awesome experience to visit Village Dental at Olde Raleigh. It is like a day at the spa, only better. Staff is so friendly, helpful and positive. Their energy is infectious. They explain procedures and provide treatment plans. They provide immediate emergency appointments. Just a great overall experience.

My experience was incredible here, considering I was in with a lot of pain. Service was outstanding, and they got me in and out for an emergency procedure the same day as a new patient with no insurance for about half of the cost i expected from other dentists around. Nikole, Megan, and Dr. Wheeler provided made my visit painless and comforting, and I will certainly be coming back to them from now on.

Staff is amazing, as soon as you walk in you are greeted and everyone is very welcomed. I started coming to Village Dental last September and I am glad I did . Would definitely recommend!

Although I served in the capacity as only the companion I found the lack of communication between the office and myself severely lacking. I was told initially that the patient whom I drove for would be ready at approximately 1:30pm, however when 2:00pm came and went, I checked back in with the front desk to only be told then that the time was moved to 4:00pm which I did not receive any notification for. When 4:00pm came and went I checked back in with the front desk to find out with no telephonic notification again that the expected completion time of the patient was again moved to an additional 30mins; needless to say they missed that timeline as well. When I was finally notified that the patient was ready for pickup it still took an additional 10-15mins or so to get him to the vehicle where I was told to wait for him. Had there have been proper communication I feel that I could have made more efficient use of the day while waiting on the patient.

Grew up with my dad as a dentist. Recently moved to the area and had a great experience with a procedure! Very clean, and staff was very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend

Deserves more than 5 stars.... this place is amazing. It’s the person who is anxious about the dentist’s dream come true. A place you walk in an immediately feel like their top priority and you feel safe.I recently had a tooth extraction, which I have been putting off for two years, until I heard about Village Dental. I have major anxiety over any dental procedure; from a routine cleaning to the most major procedure I could make up in my mind. When I walked in the door they greeted me with a smile. When I was called back with the dental assistant she walked me through each step of their new patient process which included countless photos and a personalized care plan for my smile.Then came the extraction. I chose to have this procedure done with IV sedation. I met with an EMT who would be present in the room during my entire procedure. I got super anxious when I saw them begin preparing the room for my extraction. I could hear the machines being hooked up and I began crying. The assistant who had worked me up say with me and wiped my tears and told me it was all going to be alright! I seriously do not remember a thing about the extraction..... mission complete.Sedation dentistry is the best..... if you haven’t checked this place out yet you’re doing an injustice to your oral health. Call and schedule an appointment today!

The entire experience with Village Dental was nothing short of delightful. Today was my first time here and I was greeted promptly and taken in for the new patient exam, followed by a cleaning, and then my treatment plan. Everything was communicated clearly, including the prices and estimated insurance portion. Audrey (sp) conducted my dental cleaning and was so thorough. Megan and Dr. Wheeler handled my treatment so gently and competently. Their teamwork and communication is second to none! Highly recommend — and forcing my husband to go tomorrow. :)

I have moved across the county to Raleigh and was looking for a new dentist. I couldn’t believe how many great reviews there were but figured it was a good place to start with a dental check up. Text reminders for appointments are helpful since who answers phone calls anymore. The staff does a great job using your name and there are so many staff! The front desk staff, assistants, and Drs have excellent communication and it’s apparent they are all team players.I really appreciated Dr. Martin explaining what was wrong, giving me options and explaining pros and cons to both. I was impressed that he was also teaching some of the staff, asked them questions, and complimented their knowledge and treatment plan. Gabriel was excellent and emailing me details and answering questions so I could make an informed decision. And Astrid HIT CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT OF THE PARK today. She was calm, kind, encouraging, she was knowledgeable about the questions I had, went over directions for aftercare and introduced my to every staff that assisted today even if it was for a minute. She really took her time to be present.I never leave reviews but after my second visit there I’m a believer this has to be the best dental experience in the nation.

New patient specialist: Victoria did a great job explaining everything to me and recommended a few products I could purchase to improve my dental health. Dr. Hyer was knowledgeable and gave me more details on my x-rays and pictures. Overall the service was fast and efficient! Very pleased

I literally hate the dentist Im just going to start with that. Im that person who cries in her car before going inside. But the girl on the phone was really nice I think her name was Brooke and then the girl at the front desk with the red hair made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in so a lot of anxiety was relieved. My assistant was Allison and shes quite literally the best. She made me feel so safe and she was very accommodating and sensitive to me (which isnt always easy to do Im pretty difficult lol) but I feel better and this is the only dentist I ever go to.

Had my first appointment today at this location, and I loved the environment! The Christmas decorations gives the building a beautiful touch as well! I was seen by Dr. Valencia Allison who was a sweetheart very informative, I can tell she genuinely enjoys her job. Can’t wait to return for my treatments! This place is ultra shady. They took me back to their finance office to plan out my treatment and payments. They assured me they contacted my insurance coverage and I was to get around $1000 coverage, give or take a little. But, in reality they didnt contact the insurance company at all. They only guessed at how much coverage I should get. It turns out I had ZERO coverage because I was supposed to wait 2 more days for my policy to go into effect. They, they took no responsibility for their mistake. My mistake was believing them.

I haven’t been to the dentist in 10 years and this couldn’t have been any better of a first time visit! I got an appointment booked quickly and easily. Everyone was super professional and friendly from the check in process, the X-rays, the cleaning, the exam, the explanation of the path forward, and the checkout process. It was super clean and quick. They were very accommodating all the way around! They asked more then once how I was I was doing, did I have any questions, and did I need anything else.I have an appointment in 2 weeks to take care of a few issues and have already booked my next cleaning in 6 months. I recently needed a new dentist and needed a tooth pulled so I called Village Dental. They got me in quickly and performed my extraction. I elected to have gas and it was very economical. The procedure was mostly pain-free and very well done by the dentist. I will be going back to this office. I felt like they did a great job on my procedure.

I was recommended to Village Dental by a coworker because of my past bad experiences. After checking in I already felt uncomfortable. They took my temperature and everyone had masks but the front desk had so many employees in one area, sitting and standing, talking loudly and it seemed like chaos. No one was 6 ft apart. I came here because of my anxiety and the ability to be sedated. My first impression after seeing the front desk was to leave. There’s one person in particular whose voice carries and you can hear the comments she would make about patients and employees. I heard quite a bit as I waited past my appointment time. I don’t remember her name but I did check out with her. Laurie, Laura or Lauren? Also saw one of the dentists at the front desk not wearing a mask. My assistant was amazing even though she seemed a little stressed out. She empathized with me and helped me feel a little more comfortable. Dr. Maya Martin proceeded to come in NOT wearing a mask at all and the way she treated the assistant was unacceptable. She was extremely rude. I will not be completing my treatment with this office. They are unorganized, unprofessional and made my fear of dentists even worse. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve been coming to Village Dental for over 5 years and I will never go anywhere else. I need sedation dentistry because of bad dentist trips in the past (prior to coming here) in addition to an anxiety disorder. The person who does your cleaning truly makes all the difference and today, Katelyn was hands down the best I’ve ever had at any appointment! She kept my anxiety super low before we even started with anything AND did a thorough job without causing me any unneeded pain (we’ve all been stabbed in the wrong spot before - not with Katelyn!) which truly led to me being extra calm giving the nitrous a chance to really work. Having to go to the dentist in a pandemic is hard and the whole staff at Olde Raleigh really helps make it as quick and relatively painless as possible!

I came here 2 months ago to fix my bad teeth, cleaning and implants, so the doctor check my mouth and she said, we need to put pull all your teeth out and put dentures, I’m in my 30 and she wants me to wear dentures, so basically she doesn’t want to work on a bad teeth, it’s easier to take them out and put dentures. the cost is the same. So then I went to another clinic they said you have 6 bad teeth not 32, so if you want to loos all your teeth please visit village dental!

I was happy with the service. Everyone was with mask, and there was hand sanitizers available in most of the rooms. I found all the members pretty helpful. On my first visit, an assistant (I forgot the name, most probably Jennifer) took my X-rays and initial scans. Dr. Yu explained the results. Second day, I had my deep cleaning. Rebecca was really helpful in explaining what is going to be done and listened to my concerns carefully. I had some concern on second phase of my treatment and Dr. Hyer listened to it and explained me by showing scans and drawings. I am looking forward to my second phase of the treatment plan.

If you were in the Military then you understand the fear of visiting a Military Dentist. I was introduced to Village Dental about 7 years ago and will never go anywhere else. Dr Martin and his staff did everything to take away my anxiety. Depending on your Panic Level they have the fix - from using numbing gel(s) to Nitrous gas to Providing mild sleep meds for any procedure. But the best part is when youre done you know your teeth look good. I am a convert - dentistry shouldnt hurt and they prove it.

I have really tested this place and staff to its limits. I personally hate dentists. I know many people who do. Its not a fun place to be. But, at least at Village Dental, you feel like part of the family. I could not be more appreciative of how they treat me as a valuable client- and person- each time I am there. I will never refer anyone anywhere else.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Village dental and Dr. Huyer. Scheduling me has never been an issue even with emergencies and they always take good care of me when I go.

Been here twice so far after moving to the Raleigh area. All of the staff Ive interacted with are extremely friendly and definitely make you feel welcome.

Quick service, friendly staff, comfortable waiting area. The team is efficient with their operations: new patients can fill in their forms online before their appointment for a paperless transaction. The team also communicates with radios and headsets to efficiently get their tasks completed. The doctors/coordinators are friendly and take the time to know a little bit about their patients.

I was one of those people who needed a Xanax to get a tooth filling. I hated to go inside of a dental office. Take it from me: you dont have to be afraid to go into Village Dental. Everyone in the entire building, from the front desk to the dentist chair, is nice to you. They answer all your questions, and they ensure that their operations are as painless as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

If I could give 100 stars I would! Morgan went above and beyond and not only is she an exceptional healthcare provider she also has a level of care and service that is unmatched!! She’s Amazing and funny!! Her and Dr. Maya took very good care of me when I was in a lot of pain and really made the process stress free when I was very nervous. I am 64-years old patient of Village Dental since March 2017. First, I came to the clinic with worn out bridges and 14 bad teeth in my mouse. After careful review of X-rays and diagnostic, Dr. Martin and I decided to go for a best solution in my situation - Teeth-in-a-Day (All-on-Four) procedure. The price was very affordable. Few days after, I came to Village Dental for a procedure. They put me under general anesthesia. While I slept, 14-teeth were extracted, 10 - implants and both, upper and lower acrylic dentures, were installed. Dr. Martin installed 2-extra, 10-total implants for the price of 8! When I woke up, I could not recognize myself in the mirror. I had full mouth of white teeth and beautiful smile. That’s all in ONE DAY! It was totally painless. Seven months later, after healing, my dentures were replaced with snap on removable dentures and I was very happy with it. In two years, I asked Dr. Chris Martin, if we can upgrade my dentures with Zirconia Fixed Bridges (new technology). He was so kind and agreed to go for it. After four short pleasant appointments in April 2020, I’ve got, what I dreamed of. Brilliant white, Zirconia Fixed Bridges, upper and lower, on 5-implants each. It feels now, like 40-years ago, when I was young. I can’t thank enough Doctor Chris Martin and Kristy Dotter, who were with me from day one till now. They changed my life, not just look!!! Also, I appreciate all team of Village Dental for their professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of what they are doing. If you look for any kind of dental works, don’t look any further. If you do not have insurance dont go to them they are money Hungary and will RIP you off! My husband was trying to get his wisdom tooth out we were quoted 400 . Now they changed the price within a day to $781. 395 appointment fee and exam fee of 101.They are horrible people and I will also report them on Bbb as well.

After having a terrible experience at a different dentist, I decided to try Village Dental since I live across the street and heard great things about them. Im so glad I did! They were so attentive to my concerns and making sure I had a better experience with them, which was extremely important to me. They even offered me a significant price reduction to my follow up appointment if I came in sooner than scheduled because the doctor had an opening! As if I didn’t already love them enough, when I came in for the next appointment, it was going to be 5-10 minutes longer than anticipated, which was not a problem and they gave me a Starbucks gift card for the “inconvenience!” Their customer service is amazing and it is so evident that the staff all works together as a team. Such a comforting and positive environment. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Both my kids were well attended to. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Lauren, with her sincerely happy smile. Then Victoria came out to assist my son, who was then checked by Dr. Wheeler. Shortly, Liza came out for my daughter, who was then checked by Dr. Martin. Both kids came out with positive reactions re their consultations and will return to Village Dental for their respective treatments. The office personnel were very professional and the premises clean. Before entering treatment area, all temperatures were taken. Five stars!

My girlfriend and I both use Village Dental for our dentistry needs. Sunday night at 10:00pm she breaks her molar in half on a chip. Through the wonderful emergency services offered we were able to leave a message expecting to hear back in the morning. To our surprise Dr. Martin (our personal dentist) called me back and gave us advice on how to self treat for the evening. He then proceeded to get us in the first thing the next morning. The extraction went perfectly and my girlfriend is now recovering at home. Wonderful experience and staff. 5 stars

I had to get my wisdom teeth taken out today and one extra tooth. I have never had to get a tooth pulled before so I was so very anxious! Everyone that I spoke to was very very kind and gentle with my teeth cause I’m very sensitive. Soon as my surgery was over it felt like no time had passed by. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone! Also Dr. Martin called me back Sunday night (when my tooth chipped) to give me pointers on how to deal with the pain until my appointment the next morning. I’m so happy with how much they care for others and happy to help in anyway possible!Even the emergency line was really helpful.

My fiancé has always had extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist. It took an act of god to get him in the door. Once he had his exam he needed an immediate extraction. After his visit he said this was the best experience he’s ever had. It was a quick procedure, everything went smooth and the tooth came right out. He didn’t feel any pain the next day. He said he only wants Dr. Martin to take care of him from now on! Thank you so much Village Dental for helping my fiancé with his extraction AND his confidence!

From the first call to scheduling my exam less than 24 hours later to the kind and personable staff to the reasonable and affordable options I was given to solve my dental problem, I‘m thrilled to have such a great new dental team taking care of me now and I‘m actually looking forward to getting my first crown. This practice has customer service down to perfection! Im sure there are plenty of great dentists in the area but the level of customer service, and expertise given from Dr Hyer and Nicole is rare. I called Thurs. with swelling and pain in my gum, from what ended up being a popcorn kernel lodged deep- causing havoc, and they made room to fit me in Friday. Once there, I knew I needed other long over due work, so they gave up lunches to fit me in to tackle everything at once, accommodating my hectic work and book tour schedule. The dynamic duo of Dr Hyer and Nicole is priceless. Did I mention I hate going to the dentist?!? That was the best dental experience Ive ever had. Because of them, it wont be another decade until I see a dentist! Thanks Dr. Hyer, and a special thanks to Nicole for being such a kind, sweet, wonderful person.N.J.

This should be no stars. Just an awful experience. I had a *scheduled* cleaning appointment and, after an hour of x-rays, pictures of my mouth, consultation about the thousands of $$ my teeth needed (crowns, etc.), I was told that they did not have me down for a cleaning. Crazy. The staff scrambled, and they did accommodate my cleaning, but it was -- without question -- the most shoddy cleaning Ive ever had with a hygienist that was more than a little unfriendly. This is not your family dentist type of place -- its a factory. I will not be back to Village Dental.

I’ve never written a review for anything but I just have to express how amazing this place is. I needed a lot of dental work done with no insurance and little knowledge of my dental health overall, but from the first time I walked in everyone was so kind and I was given plenty of information, advice, and support through all of it. Gabriel is my treatment plan coordinator and he is just the absolute best. He has made my life so much easier by working with my financial needs and figuring out the best plan possible to get me healthy and answering any little question I had about my options along with Dr. Hyer. It is very obvious that Gabriel and Dr. Hyer and the entire staff really care about your health and about enabling you to get the treatment you need. This is now the only dentist I recommend (I have been to a couple around the area and they just do not compare). Thank you for everything.

I went through a horrific experience as they got my records mixed up with someones else and I had to bring in a statement of what I paid for until they got it straighten out. Unprofessional, rude and young people working their with no experience so they do not have to pay their employees, double check everything.

ALWAYS helpful and friendly. My kids love going to the dentist and I do too!I love that they have dental memberships for my family since we dont have dental insurance.

Had an emergency and had to get a couple of teeth extracted, they were extremely accommodating and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough.

This is the second time we have had issues at this denstist office. The first time we went they removed my partners permeant retainers and rescheduled an appointment to allow him to pick up his new retainers, at the second appointment they tried to remove his permeant retainers even though they had removed them the previous visit. The next appointment was to get fillings done, they numbed him and left him alone for thirty minutes. They did not apologize for keeping him back there so long and they did not explain why they had begun to drill his teeth and numb him before leaving him alone for 30 minutes. They are slow, seem very confused as to what they are doing, and over book themselves allowing them to not have enough time for each guest. We will not be returning and will be looking for a new dentist.

I have been getting my teeth taken care of here for years even though I live and work in Clayton. I have always felt extremely comfortable and am always welcomed enthusiastically by every single one of the staff. I will continue coming here because the drive is so worth it! My husband even comes here now. The interior is very neat and comfortable and they have a wonderful in house dental plan for those who do not have insurance!
