Wonderful experience. This was my first time at this office and the front desk receptionist was very polite. Didn’t have to wait for more than 5 minutes after arriving. Jada was the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had! She was very thorough and kind and explained everything she was doing. I highly recommend Stansell Dentistry!

Every person who works at this office (Falls of Neuse location) is so friendly, knowledgeable and truly care about you as a patient. I came in after years of not going to a dentist and they really have made my trips to the dentist something to look forward to. Ashley is my hygienist and I love her chipper and sweet personality. I have been seen by multiple dentists there and every one of them has been stellar. Also, the nurses (or dentist assistants?) have been great too! I’ve never had a hard time scheduling an appointment and they have a payment plan for uninsured patients. I definitely recommend them!

Was my first time and had absolutely nothing bad to say. I filled out the forms early with the links they sent me and to my surprise, didn’t have to refill them out again when I showed up. I normally feel anything done online is redundant which in this instance it wasn’t! I immediately was called back by Ashley who handled my cleaning perfectly. She was fun and social and her chair was great. They had a TV above me that I was able to play Animal Planet on and they even have cloud art over the light panels to really take away the “pre-dentist” gitters. All in all great place, great people, great experience!

Knowledgeable, friendly, and very concerned about my dental health. My visit with them was a wonderful experience. I think I feel asleep while they were cleaning my teeth.

Teeth feel cleaned well, and Jayda was patient with me during the x-rays. However, the hygienist commented in the background that they had a lot of patients to get through. Later, Jayda actually said that “we” were running 5 minutes over. I commented afterward that it felt rushed, which Jayda apologized for, saying we had a lot to get through and it wouldn’t feel that way during the second appointment. I declined to schedule a second appointment, simply because of the commentary. Friendly, but it was very unprofessional to comment about the timing.

I came to Stansell after doing a lot of research on dentists in the area. I had narrowed my list down to two options. Stansell won out because Alyssa at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone and through email.I require an extensive amount of work to restore damage done over the course of two decades. Neglect, lack of insurance, and a handful of other circumstances have led me to this position. But now I am able to try and mitigate the damage done.My first visit I first met with Melissa, a dental hygienist there. She was awesome. She was straight forward, expedient, and broke everything down for me Barney style. She was very thorough and helped reassure me that they can help me get my health back.I then met with Dr. C. She is outstanding. She drew up an action plan to help me get everything sorted out. She explained everything very thoroughly and competently for me. They also helped me maximize my insurance for the rest of the year making sure that we take care of what needs work now and save the rest for the next year when my benefits refresh.On my second visit, Dr. C powered through 3 hours of work on my teeth without missing a beat. She is very knowledgeable in her profession and confident in her skills which was very evident during my time there. After all was said and done, I wasnt in any pain and in the following days therewas almost no discomfort. The precision at which Dr. C worked was excellent.Im very grateful that I have such a skilled team helping me get my life back. Thank you Stansell Dentistry.

Dont go here! Their staff has turned over and since it has been terrible. The dentist didnt check my teeth during my cleaning and the assistant doing my Zoom whitening botched it since she wasnt trained. Ashley is the only one that Id see here and she is great but the rest of the office is terrible.

I appreciate the online paperwork option, waiting in my car until the room was ready for me, and the extra care obviously taken for my safety. My family and I frequently use this dentist for our routine cleanings and dental evaluations. On two particular occasions I personally was informed that I had inclusions (cavities). This in itself isnt out of the ordinary considering it is one of the objectives when visiting with the this dentist. What is conserning is that the inclusions identified on the first visit mysteriously disappeared and were different that those identified on the second visit. The second issue and most alarming in my case, is that on the first occasion I complained about tooth pain and radical shifting to tooth #8 and clearly expressed to the dentist that I believed that I needed a root canal. The Stansell dentist referred me to another dentist whos only specialty is root canal evaluations. Moreover the Stansel dentist referred the root canal evaluations specialist to examine tooth #9. There are two very important implications I would like to highlight, the first the refered dentist would only evaluate and would not perform restorative work and the second is that the specialist was given the worng tooth to examine.Fourtunately, I followed my instincts and found a dentist who specializes in evaluations and restorative canal work. The dentist identified that in fact tooth #8 required a root canal as the nerve was necrotized and was likely the cause of the pain due to infection which had spread up into the nostrus.Lastly, the specialist who performed the procedure, while they identified an abnormally in tooth #9, he recommended no action at this time. The root canal procedure was successfully completed and the specialist has put together a treatment plan to realign tooth #8 that likely shifted over time due to the swelling related infection.All who read this, take the previously stated FACTS as you will. As for me, my health and that of my family is of paramount concern. I will knowingly entrust my care to those who take in consideration my compliants, properly align them to examination, make the corret medical diagnosis and can determine and or execute the proper treatment plan.V/R

Stansel Dentistry is the best dentist Ive ever been to by far. They make you feel like youre the only patient while you are there and are very quick and efficient. Ashley, my dental hygienist, was especially helpful in that she explained everything she was doing and created a very calm environment.

Im so glad I found this office. Ive been scared to go to the dentist for years, but from the front of the office to the back they made my feel so comfortable! Sara is a wonderful hygienist and was very patient with me! I came back and did fillings and Debbie was such a huge help making me comfortable during the whole appointment! These guys are so personable from the front desk getting me to the Falls location, had a lively chat...well as much as one can have while having your mouth wide open, had a delightful time, they make suggestions without any pressure which is refreshing. I love this place! I actually look forward to my biannual cleanings. I love that they have netflix and they really care about ensuring your comfort. Ive also been to the Brier Creek location and loved it there too, but this one is closer to me. The icing on the cake is what I saw at my most recent cleaning - I had to bring my almost two year old daughter and they had coloring books and nice crayons already set up! It definitely made my cranky toddler happy! Love love love this dentist!

My wife had a cavity filled, it left her in pain to the point she had to return. We were told the work needed to be redone. Three visits later, she finally got the cavity filled to the extent that it no longer left her in pain. All of this with a two month old child at home. I received a bill a few months later for a remaining balance and expressed my discontent. They persisted to collect the remaining amount due. Needless to say we will be going elsewhere next time.

I just had my first appointment with Stansell Dentistry and was very happy. Friendly staff, beautiful office, etc. But most importantly, I was changing dentist because of a not great experience at a different office. The past office seemed irritated with me that my dental work was not right. Stansell explained clearly why it was not right and what my options were for fixing it. I appreciated the friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward information.

This is by far the BEST experience I have had at the dentist. The staff, hygienist and dentist were very nice and the service was impeccable. I thoroughly enjoyed watching The Office on netflix while I had my teeth cleaned. If it wasnt great enough, I was handed mouth wash and a warm towel to freshen up with after my cleaning! My previous dentist retired this past fall, so I had been on the hunt for a new practice to go to. So glad I checked out Yelp and found Stansell Dentistry! To a person, everyone I dealt with during my first visit was kind, informative and professional. Add to that the fact that I was in and out in under an hour with a great cleaning, and you have a new repeat patient!

The Absolute best practice I have found in the Raleigh area. I have an 11 year old son who is very nervous and scared from past pediatric offices. I decided to switch him to Stancell Dentistry, and they made it so inviting. The whole staff was so great , and even offered him headphones and TV to watch his favorite shows on Netflix. The Doctor’s there are so thoughtful and kind, and took the time to explain every detail for my son. I totally will not go anywhere else.

I just changed dentists and visited Stansell Dentistry for the first time yesterday and I highly recommend. I have Invisalign and was visiting a dentist for my 6 month checkup for the first time since starting that process. Rather than the brushing of teeth and using the picks to clean my teeth, they used highpowered water jets; Ive never had that before. (This is their norm and nothing to do with Invisalign.) They only had to use the pick a little on my teeth to remove some plaque. Everyone was very friendly and professional.Again I would highly recommend!
