I have seen Dr. Griffith three times now and could not recommend him and the practice more! Everyone at the office is wonderful - Amanda, Michael, Rhonda, and the rest of the staff are all lovely. Dr. Griffith got me comfortable enough with Invisalign [something Id wanted to do for years but just didnt feel right the few times Id started down the path at other dentists and an orthodontist], and I got my first trays yesterday! If youre at all anxious at the dentist, everyone will put you right at ease. Ive never laughed while in the dentist chair more than I have here. 10/10 recommend!

Another great visit to the dentist today! Jen is an exceptional hygienist - very thorough, yet gentle - and so friendly. Dr. Griffith took plenty of time to discuss TMD therapies, including alternative therapies - never seeming rushed to get to his next patient. As always, the front office staff were fun to chat with while they filed my insurance. Ive been coming here for 15+ years - they are the best in the area.

We have been long-time clients of Dr. Morrison, and while Im sad to see him retire, Dr. Griffith has provided excellent care. Im kind of high anxiety when it comes to drilling procedures, but Dr. Griffith and Rhonda took great care of me, getting the work done quickly and efficiently with minimal discomfort.

Dr. Jeff Morrison has done an excellent job with my traditional traditional Dental needs such as cavities. But he is also done a great job with crowns and cosmetic surgery over the decades. He is also fun. His dental hygienist Karl is the best Ive ever had...and friendly! The office staff is great! They help with filing for insurance. Also they can answer any questions about your insurance, theyre good about scheduling, theyre good about reminding you about appointments, or even good at helping you file with CareFirst if you need to finance one of those higher Crown bills. If you are unhappy with your current dentist stop spinning your wheels and go to Dr Jeff Morrison. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Griffith was very professional and did an amazing job repairing my chipped teeth due to a car accident, but I cant say the same in regards to professionalism about the other staff. After my accident, I had severe damage to my upper lip. I had to go through several dentists and specialists who were sometimes careless, constantly hitting my mouth and causing my stitches to not heal properly. When I came here to repair my chipped teeth I was still in pain and had alot of anxiety due to my past experiences with other dentists. During the procedure, I overheard another dentist mocking me and making rude comments about me being in pain. After that, all the way until the time I left, I heard nothing but very obnoxious laughter from him and other staff as if they were on break instead of at work. Again, Dr. Griffith and his assistant were very kind, compassionate, and professional all throughout, but I definitely can not say the same for the other staff here.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Morrisons office for years. The entire staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I appreciate how efficiently the office is run. I never have a long wait in the waiting area. At the same time I never feel rushed as a patient. My kids even like going to the dentist, and that is entirely because of the people who work there.

I’ve been a patient of this practice for years, and I have never been more pleased with a dentist. The entire staff is wonderful and easy to work with, and I feel confident that I’m receiving honest feedback and recommendations when necessary. I was pleased with COV19 policies in the waiting area and throughout office since Im in my sixties. The reason for me going was to get my teeth cleaned, as I have to go every four months. The dental hygienist was new and was personable, asked questions and listened. While cleaning my teeth he noticed where I had chipped a tooth and asked if it was hurting. It was not. He did an great job in cleaning my teeth and reported to the dentist his findings. Dr. Morrison noted there was a cavity also and that a crown would be needed. Overall excellent job by Dr. Morrison and staff to ensure I am aware of problems and preventative measures to keep my real teeth as long as possible.

When my husband and I moving to North Carolina 22 years , I was blessed to have someone recommend Dr. Morrison to me. In my early 20s I was terrible car accident in Boston which left me with major teeth and jaw issues. I have had crowns, a bridge, fillings and it has always been done professionally and looks great. I appreciate his talent as a dentist and would highly recommend him. Always friendly, prompt and good service. I trust this team which is important in a dental practice. Plus, they do something that Ive always been impressed with: rather than just give you an appointment card for your next scheduled visit, they send you a calendar invite so your Google, Outlook, Microsoft and Yahoo calendars are populated with the appointment details. Think about how many other service providers you know that do that. Not many, but it shows keen attention to the details of the customer experience.

Best dentist I have ever been to. I recently moved from Florida and the office staff was so warm and welcoming. The hygienist paid attention to detail while she was cleaning my teeth and showed me how to properly floss with a teeth model. The dentist truly cares about his patients’ smile. I thought I needed cosmetic work done and he fixed my chipped tooth in less than 2 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

I have been a patient of the Morrison family practice for over 40 years. I have always received excellent service and care from Dr. Mac and then from Dr. Jeff since early 90s. Have had different issues in last 10 years with cracked roots , etc. and Dr Jeff has given me excellent advice and care while dealing with these issues. Worst experience i’ve ever had. The doctor had poor customer service and did a horrible job pulling a s snatching the tooth out of my mouth. He didn’t even numb my mouth before the procedure. I will never return back to this doctor.
