This was my first time going to a chiropractor and trust me I was nervous, but it will most certainly not be my last!!! Dr. Baird is down to earth yet professional. He pointed out things that I hadn’t noticed myself. All his methods are personalized to your needs!! I am in such a deep state of relaxation right now it’s ridiculous and I feel amazing!!!

Ive never been to a Chiropractor but Im glad this was first place to ever go to. Dr. Baird has really set the bar high because he is really skilled and knows how to releasing the pain associated with tight muscle and make adjustments to your body which is exactly what I needed. Lindsay is also amazing and I cant wait to go back.For me its about positive energy and competency, which both of them have. WOW! After years of looking for a great Chiro in the Raleigh area, finally my massage therapist recommended Dr. Baird. I had my first visit today. Not only was he very intelligent, but he took time to really pinpoint my problem areas. I have seen probably a dozen different chiropractors and he is hands down the best ever! I highly recommend!

Life changing!!!! I’ve spent 3years searching for answers to chronic headaches/migraine along with balance/dizziness that caused nausea. I’ve had several MRI’s, CAT scans and numerous other tests with no answers. Just a lot of meds thrown at me that made me feel even worse.Dr. Baird was my ticket to wellness and I felt improvement with every visit and am now feeling like a new person which I never thought possible. Myofascial Release!?!? Whats’s that?! Well I know now! It took 3 months of visits to work it all out and he was so confident about the outcome which made me feel so encouraged. Hands down the best chiropractor Ive ever been to. Dr. Baird understands the body so well and knows that you cant just adjust someone if their muscles are tight - what another chiropractor would do in a few minutes, Dr. Baird takes time with. Ive been to him when Ive thrown out my back and for consistent maintenance, and each time I so much better after the adjustment. I am certain that my overall health is better because of having Dr. Baird as my chiropractor.

The best chiropractor I’ve been too since I’ve move to NC! I met Dr. Baird at another chiropractic. There were other chiropractors at that practice, it felt rushed and I really didn’t feel a difference. Only when I had Dr. Baird is when I felt a difference, he was very personable, he took his time, and I can tell that he really knew what he was doing. But later I found out he was no longer working there. I was so disappointed but thanks to the Internet I found Dr. Baird, I’m so happy that he has his own practice and I have been going to him ever since!

My husband and I have been going to Dr Baird for about 6 years now. He has a true gift that many Drs do not have. He will find the root cause of your issues and hell help you. Hes not a get out of pain quick Dr. He actually cares about his patients and his chair side manner is great.

Went to see Dr. Baird for the first time - chose him because of the proximity of his office to my work and positive reviews by others. He was outstanding. He used myofascial release (some deep tissue massage) along with chiropractic adjustments to provide me immediate relief - left feeling 100% better. Very skillful - highly recommend.

Well, what can I say enough to describe what he did for me? After Chemotherapy treatment, my legs muscles hurt badly, I developed a horrible pain in my feet that kept me some days without able to even walk. A friend of mine assured me he would help me. God took care of my cancer and used Dr. Baird to cure my diseases sequels. He has been blessed not only with a tremendous knowledge in the field, but with a compassionate and kind heart for others and the best of all, WE have also been blessed to known him.

Dr. Baird truly cares. He is very skilled and custom tailors sessions to the individual. His myofascial pressure level is fantastic. He has a cold-laser-therapy unit which works well to melt tension knots.

I dont normally write reviews but for Dr. Baird Im going to make an exception. I have been seeing Dr. Baird along with my father for almost two years now. Ive been to a few other Chiropractors and it was not a good experience. If had judged Chiropractic based on those practicioners I would never recommend it but that all changed with Dr. Baird. He has been exceptional and has improved the quality of life for both myself and my father. He was even able to help my dads Planter Fascitis after the podiatrist he visited did nothing to help. My dad went from screaming in pain when he would put his heel down to now walking an average of 5-10 miles per day. Im grateful that we lucked upon Infinity Chiropractic and Dr. Baird! Dr. John is amazing. I have been to many chiropractors in my time and he goes leaps and bounds beyond everyone else I’ve seen. He is THE best chiropractor of the several I have seen over the last 4 years. His knowledge and skills are encyclopedic and far surpass the others I have seen. He listens to you, asks relevant probing questions, feels your spine, finds areas that need attention and works his magic with his expertly trained hands. He is such a bright, friendly professional. He gives logical, reasonable advice on nutrition and exercise, including explanations of the what and why. I drive 45 minutes for my appointments with him and I bet I pass over at least 50 other chiropractors to get there. Hes worth it!

Dr. Baird is by far the best Chiropractor around. I was a little nervous about all the cracking noises, but he makes you feel relaxed and it takes away the nerves. His ART is no joke! Ive gone to him with a myriad of tight muscles restricting my range of motion and in to time I was back to normal. I have been going to him weekly and have seen an immense improvement in my range of motion, recovery and how easily I move through movements in CrossFit. He is a must a see! I wouldnt be able to do half the things I do with out him!

Ive been going to chiropractors for 30+ years. I had a diving accident when I was 19 and diagnosed with Fibromyalgia only 2 years ago. I have neck damage and pain daily. Dr. B has been an integral part of my healing process. Ive seen many doctors and Chiropractors over the years and Dr. B is by far the most proactive and thorough doc I have. He is passionate about what he does and continually seeks to grow in his knowledge of the human body and holistic alternatives to synthetic (and often temporary) solutions.

I mean, basically a miracle worker. I can tell Dr. Baird where I have pain or tightness, hell take a look, and know just what to do. With ART, there are usually a couple minutes of pain involved while he works out the knots. But once its done, everything is back in its right place. Or in its right place for the first time ever. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Baird six weeks ago when he treated my husband, two children and I. He is one of the most skilled chiropractic practitioners I have experienced and Ive been treating for chronic musculoskeletal issues for many years. He was very gentle but effective when adjusting my children and my husband and I, both obtained excellent results. Dr. Baird is a very positive thinking, informative and a very pleasant gentleman. I went for a follow-up treatment, today and brought my mother, who lives out of state. She had an amazing experience, as well and after a traditional adjustment and myofascial treatment, she told Dr. Baird it was the best she felt in twenty years. Prior to her treatment, my mother was suffering from chronic neck and pelvic pain. Following treatment by Dr Baird, my mother was pain -free (this was a first) and had tremendous energy the remainder of the day. Dr. Baird is amazing. I had pain with what appeared to be at the time my achilles from a CrossFit competition for almost a month and a half, he knew exactly what it was, a pulled muscle in my calf. Using laser therapy and ART I am now pain free and have had no more problems with that since. I immediately go to him for any type of pain I feel now.

His knowledge of anatomy and physiology; technical skills (especially in myofascial release); and professional is unparalleled. The changes have been remarkable since starting the combination myofascial release and adjustment treatment with him. Very personable and caring for his patients. He takes his time, knows exactly where is hurting and gives you the tools to make your body work for you instead of against you. I recently tried cold laser treatments and have never felt better. Hard knots and tension dissolve instantly.

I have had mediocre results from other practices so I had minimal expectations going in but Dr Baird gave me the BEST adjustment I have ever received. I WILL be back to see him!

Dr Baird have the gift to read the so many languages ​​of pain and know the way to get them away for good.Gratitude is something you dont have to pay. But just expressing it gives a lot of courage and appreciation. After 4 brief visits to Dr Bairds office, 5 years of pain and suffering are almost completely ending. I tried all medical advice, therapies, medications, etc. until I get to this little office with a doctor with a huge heart. His humility makes you feel calm because I know the fear he feels. When I experience how quickly I have recovered from so much pain, numbness, cramps, numbness, etc; I can only thank God for putting Dr Baird on my way.
