I’ve been going to Dr. Askeland for a couple months for adjustments and have already started feeling results. He’s very careful to assess any issues and discuss his suggested treatment methods before pursuing a treatment plan that works for your specific time frame and condition. My entire family uses Erik for their adjustments, and he’s the only chiropractor we fully trust with all of our chiropractic needs (back, feet, shoulders, neck, hips). The office staff are also very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Askeland.

Dr Lintz is excellent. She was able to guide me and give me usable exercises and insights into my back pain. I dont go regularly, but when I do need her, she provides enormous value in addressing the pain and the underlying problem.

I have never been one to go to the doctor or a specialist for much of anything before, but I was convinced to come here due to my ongoing headaches. I have had them since at least 2011 and theyve gotten worse over the years. I never thought a chiropractor would be the answer to these headaches. Theyd feel like migraines with pain in the front and the back of my head and Id be miserable. After seeing my x-rays and Dr Askeland showing me where the problem was and seeing it for myself along with his reassurance that he could fix me but itd be a long process...I was still in slight denial. At this point I was willing to try anything to get rid of them though. Its taken a few months and a lot of visits but I can happily say my headaches have went away!! Id have them daily and now I might get one once a month, IF THAT. I 100% recommended seeing Dr Askeland if youve had ongoing headaches like I have. Hes very straight forward as far as telling you the truth about how likely it is that he can make them go away, which I was appreciative of!

I have been going to Dr. Askeland for almost a year now. Rating 10 out of 5 because he genuinely takes the time to get to know you and your personal medical history/fact pattern. I was a strong candidate for a partial hip replacement (second surgery) in my late 20s and held off on this surgery because it was a massive undertaking and very risky - very glad I did because the help Ive received from Dr. Askeland has been amazing. My hips have not felt this good in years (even after one scope surgery in my early 20s). Im now able to squat, deadlift, etc. and have full range of motion Ive never been able to experience. He truly cares about his patients and will do everything in his power to help you, which I find to be a dying quality in todays medical field. I recommend him to all family and friends.

So, I’m here getting my back jolted and had a few minutes.A few years ago I had a common back injury. My doctor said that I should take pain meds and relaxers. That was it. There was no recovery, no path to good. I decided to look around. The pain from the back injury got so bad that I was losing feeling below the waist. I had no mobility. I was getting depressed. I couldn’t work out, I couldn’t work, I couldn’t even sit or lie down.I found this place and chose it for the proximity to work and home. They gave me a consult and a path to good. Every step of the way from where I was to where I am, I could see the change in my body. It was a slow process, there were breakthroughs and there were set backs. However, as time went on, the pain went away. My mobility returned. I have a lot of experience with multiple chiropractors during the years and when I met Morgan it was game changing for me. She is both extremely good at what she does, very effective and she cares deeply about your well-being. Dr. Askeland and Dr. Lintz are incredible! I started with Dr. Askeland, and he has and continues to help with my left shoulder pain. I was having chronic pain and perching my left shoulder, where you could visibly see a difference. After working with Dr. Askeland and seeing much improvement I added dry needling. Dr. Lintz performs the dry needling and that along with the work Dr. Askeland was already doing, has had tremendous results in under 3 months. I was referred to Dr Lintz for my frozen shoulder. Over the next few months my neck and back which were negatively affecting my scapula was virtually felt pain free. She gave me at home exercises to do to help with my range of motion which I am still doing each night. I’d recommend her to the fullest extent.

I went to see Mindy, the massage therapist, for my lower back pain. It was difficult to walk or sit down for extended periods of time and I needed some relief. Mindy worked on my back and legs for an hour and afterwards I was a new man. She gave me the massage/relief I’ve always expected but have never received until now. She is my new high standard! My whole family has been going to Dr. Askeland for about 6 months now and have experienced great results! My 6 year old son’s bed wetting problem was resolved. Dr. As someone involved with tennis and dance, Dr. Askeland has done an excellent job keeping my spine healthy, cured my plantar fasciitis, treats my occasional tendinitis in my arm, and eliminated the inflammation in my foot through acupuncture. He’s also very helpful with additional information and referrals when needed. Highly recommend!

After being rear ended in a traffic accident I was very decisively referred to Dr Askeland for care by a co-worker. I was new to the area and I told her that I would only go to a doctor that used their hands to make adjustments. I do not like the tables that offer the impact. Im not sure what they are called, but my experiences with them are less than satisfactory to say the least. Dr Askeland has a very professional yet easy going manner and listens carefully. I told him that Id prefer all of my adjustments be made by hand and he assured me that my preference was his technique. With this conversation, he shared that he played hockey growing up and that he was very adept at make strong quick precise adjustments because of the skills gained as a hockey player. With my first adjustment, I now understand why being a hockey player is the perfect segue to chiropractor. Lets just say, Dr Askeland offers very thorough painless adjustments. Hes the best. I moved two years ago to Fuquay and yet I continue to drive to see him when I get out of whack. Hes a very talented healer and yet as personable as they come. He fixes me. He wont lecture you or try to sell you a thing. Look no further.

Ive been treated by Dr. Askeland for years! I had been to chiropractors before without much progress. One always adjusted every patient the same way, no matter what was happening. Another did that thing where the table moves or shifts. That was useless. Dr. Askeland can feel exactly where on my spine Im having a problem, and thats what he adjusts. Ive had significant improvement in the number of migraines I have per month (from 15 to 1 or 2). I had no idea that my migraines were coming from alignment issues. After years of not being able to stand for more than 5 minutes without low back pain or discomfort, I can now stand for hours! He always works with me to help me figure out what is causing my alignment problems - bad posture, certain exercises, tech neck! I count Dr. Askeland as one of a handful of people who have changed my life for the better!! And I LOVE the office staff. They are so helpful and friendly! I have been with Dr Askeland now for 7 or 8 years I believe and my experience has been fantastic. When I got there, it was on the heels of a diagnosis from the doctor that I had 2 bulging disks and needed surgery. I wanted to try chiro first and man was that a good call. In just a month or two my pain was under control and now I just go for maintenence. No surgery. Staff is always top notch also. Highly recommend.

Erik has literally given my life back to me after a very painful experience with bulging discs that were pressing/pinching a nerve down my arm. I went to see Dr. Morgan Lintz with a really sore back, I would have spasms when I got out of bed. After a few session I am able to sleep and get out of bed with little or no pain. Is my back perfect, no, but I am rapidly approaching 73 years and can play golf 4 days a week, walking the course. Good Job Dr. Lintz

Best phone call I ever made! I had suffered with low back, hip and hamstring issues for YEARS. PT helped quite a bit, but my hamstrings still hurt all the time. I called Askeland Chiropractic to ask about a specific service. After a nice conversation with Dr. Lintz, I could tell she really knew her stuff. It took just a few appointments for my hamstrings to return to normal and my low back also feels worlds better. Dr. Lintz is a real go-getter and she offers wonderfully diverse solutions. I visited Dr. Lintz after sustaining a back muscle strain. She fit me in the same day and her knowledge and professionalism put me right at ease. A few years ago, I began experiencing pelvic pain that sent me to the orthopedic doc, physical therapists, and then a pain specialists. None could figure out what the problem was much less solve it. And then severe hip pain started up. The hip pain was so bad that I woke up every morning in tears and spend most of the day thinking about how much pain I was in. In the midst of all of this, I began seeing Dr. Askeland. The first thing that struck me about him was that he LISTENED to me and asked lots of questions about what was going on. Then he spent time thinking about what was the best treatment for me. I finally felt like someone was interested in the big picture. I started seeing Dr Lintz back in late April or early May with a severe disc herniation of the L5-S1. I had been weary to see a chiropractor and had been referred to a PT instead, but at the recommendation of several colleagues i was directed to Askeland Chiropractic as they were the best. And I certainly was not disappointed. Such wonderful front staff always accommodating and pleasant . And Dr Lintz worked wonders on me. I had spinal fusion in my lower back 11 years ago, and about 5 years ago started experiencing leg pain whenever I went running.
