The staff was very personable and professional. Idalia was very thorough in explaining what the process would be. I like that they take x-rays, so we can be certain of what is going on. Dr. Epling was very patient in going through the x-rays with me, while outlining areas of concern. You could clearly see the curvature in my spine where I was having issues. I was a skeptic about chiropractics until I saw it make a difference on equine patients. I chose Dr. Epling because he uses x-rays to track your progress and x-rays dont lie! As a petite female in vetmed my body and joints go through the wringer almost daily. Not only did it restore much range of motion, Ive built some muscle with their suggested PT to keep my SI joint more stable. The x-rays got me in, but feeling great keeps me coming back! Staff are super helpful and positive which is a bonus!

The staff was so nice and friendly. The young man that performed my adjustment was very understanding of my concerns and the fact that I was nervous. Im a little sore which was to be expected, but I can already feel some positive results. My hopes are up, because I think I am finally on the way to some relief of pain thats been in my neck and back for way too long.

I came in after experiencing excruciating pain in my lower back and hips. Upon arrival , I was greeted as if I had been coming to the practice for years. The staff was very friendly and helped to meet all of my needs. As I waited to have my radiographs completed( I was very shocked as I have historically went to chiropractors and had never had any images taken. ), I could tell the establishment was well kept and respected by all clients. I sought out a chiropractor because of increasing pain in my lower back that was in turn hindering my daily movements. After my very first visit I saw instant improvement and after my second I was able to get back to the majority of my usual activities without pain stopping me. I jokingly tell Dr. Epling that he is one of my favorite people, but theres more than a bit of truth in that statement. Everyone in this office is amazing. The worse experience, I went there I was in pain, they gave me treatment plan 2400$ cash, in the end of treatment I was moving to Charlotte, I told them that I am moving, and the treatment they offer me does not really help, but they make me pay the balance 224$, free money for them.Money hungry owner, he just care about money, not the people,he knows that it is a difficult situation for people because of COVID, people loosing their jobs, he doesn’t care.Be careful when you go there, they don’t were masks, you can get COVID,they don’t care.My advice find someone else, who will care about you, not they’re pocket.

Been coming here for about 2 months now the environment is amazing they welcome you by name every time you walk-in and walk you through everything step by step. Wasn’t planning on making this a part of my weekly routine but I’m honestly glad I did and my body is happy about it also.

Living in discomfort became “normal” to me. I laughed at my X-rays of my scoliosis, rotated and uneven hips, and my hyper extended neck because I couldn’t believe I had no idea just how messed up my body is. I have always been active and healthy and thought my discomfort was just apart of my life. No wonder I can’t get comfy at night or exercise without pain. I’ve committed to starting at 3x a week (everyone’s plan is tailored to the care they need, it is not the same for everyone). I never felt like they were just trying to get any money out of me, it just felt like an overall general concern for my health. They gave me the break down for my treatment plan and explained it very clearly and asserted all of my questions. I never felt pressured into joining the program.I was unsure at first if I could make the commitment because I am doing full time work, school, have a side business, and I’m a mom and wife. They get you in and out quickly but do not rush you. Dr epling is passionate about what he does and makes you very comfortable, Anna is so helpful and walks you through every step, and Miriam balances out all of the sweetness in the office with her wittiness. And all of the other people that work in the office are just as helpful (I’ll eventually get everyone’s names down 😜).I am super happy I am investing in the one and only body that I have and giving my money to a family business that truly cares for their patients. I am only about 5 sessions in and feel a huge difference. If you were contemplating coming, I hope this lures you in!

Dr. Epling aka “Dr.E” has been a constant in my life over the last 2 1/2 years. I had been dealing with a back injury that occurred while I was on vacation in May 2018. I have never experienced this level of pain. The injury made it difficult for me to walk, sleep, drive, sit, work, etc... My primary physician gave me a MRI and advised me of the severity of my injury. As a result, he gave me pain pills and recommended me to see a neurologist for help. I was in constant pain and could not be on pain pills while I waited to see a neurologist whose earliest appointment was 1 month away.Frustrated and in constant pain, I was at end of my rope! A good friend referred me to Dr.Epling. I was skeptical of chiropractic treatment but was willing to try it based on the level of pain that I was in. I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Epling the next day. He assessed my situation and worked with me to develop a plan of how chiropractic adjustments would help me regain my mobility. After a guided treatment plan, I feel 100% better. I have made chiropractic adjustments part of my overall health regimen.Through the chiropractic adjustments, his knowledge base and overall expertise, Dr. Epling has, by far, the best bed side(adjustment table) manner ever! He is a consummate professional and excellent at his job. I love love love this practice. I started treatment on a whelm and prayer honestly and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I could’ve made for myself. I suffer from awful back, neck, and hip pain due to trauma early into my military career and has only ever had the VA suggest pain killers all to no avail and an aversion to constantly being on pain meds. I never feel pressured to get on treatment plans nor for money but the pressures I receive are in the interest of getting better... pressured to do physical therapy exercises at home, pressured to not over do it. I have had the unfortunate experience of going through programs where the only motivation they had for me wasn’t to get better but to add to their numbers and I can honestly say that Back in Motion is definitely NOT one of those practices. I am in no way 100% better than when I started but I am 100% confident that I can live life with tools learned from them to make myself more comfortable and for that I’m grateful. I was given clear expectations for what to expect from treatment and I can confidently say that I am truly happy with the increased mobility that I’ve experienced so far (it’s come a long way from where I started at the beginning of the treatment). Living in pain does not have to be your norm! It took me too long to realize that and to do something about it and I’m glad I happened upon Back in Motion when the realization hit me.

Ive only had 1 appointment so far but I think Ive found a great place! Everyone was so nice and informative along the way. Dr. Epling made sure he listened to what youre feeling and what you need instead of just doing and telling you what he feels like should be done. They are after your money ! IF THEY HAVE GOOD REVIEWS ITS BECAUSE PATIENTS GET A TREAT FOR IT. I got tricked into accepting a crazy care plan. In the consult room I was being Demand to proceed with treatment ! They scare you in telling you that your not in good condition & you need to get treated ASAP! After I got a new job and couldn’t continue going due to my new hrs they kept insisting for all the money even if I hadn’t got treated ! Then I remember the lady in the consult room told me “don’t let the number scare you it’s not to much plus if you don’t pay we won’t go after you with any type of crazy collection agency” Weeks later they threatened me to pay or I was going to be sent to collection ! When they said at one point they don’t do that. There’s many chiropractors where you can pay per visit. Don’t be fooled with their “New Patient Special”

Felt more like they just wanted your money the entire time, and wanted me to pay upfront in all cash instead of using any of my insurance. I have to move, and they claimed to be flexible with ending a program but when my program came to an end (no longer living in the state) they just constantly pushed for money. The last payment we finally completed for a program we didnt even get to use was missed on their end so they tried to send us to a collection agency!! Needless to say, I am a planner with perfect credit score and felt as though this business just wanted to take your money.
