Long time joint client, really unsatisfied with today’s visit. The check in process took longer than my actual adjustment. I waited patiently for the male manning the check in to finish with the person in front of me. He then just in an unwelcoming manner. Granted this was close to closing time but as someone that works with the public your last customers are just as important as your first customers. The doctor that I saw rushed through my adjustment, demonstrating his lack of caring or professionalism, I have had enough adjustments at the Joint to know what they are suppose to be like, this was my quickest adjustment ever. I will not go to this location again. If I see this doctor at another I will not have an adjustment or continue my plan.

I do not recommend. I have been trying for practically weeks to cancel my subscription. No one answers the phones and return voicemails. They send you a text message but dont even respond to those. Completely unprofessional business. Now another payment has came out of my account because they are practically refusing to cancel my subscription by ignoring my calls and texts. I would stay away.

Went there for one appointment. They continuously charged my card for multiple visits that I was not present for. Pretty much stealing my money. I went to purchase eyeglasses and my HSA company told me that “THE JOINT” had charged my card for all the money in my account. And will not refund me for the visits I did not attend.Would not recommend. I work in healthcare myself, as well as customer service. Integrity truly goes a long way. But In this day in age company’s like this really lack it. If you do go, do not give them access to any cards or accounts. Just give cash, other wise they’ll rob you.

On July 15th I took my friend to this location. I’ve been a long time client of the joint at their wake forest location. Prior to getting on an airplane my friend had injured herself and was in severe pain. We came to this location at 5:40 pm because it was the closest to the airport. The receptionists were kind and said they would schedule my friend for a new client exam. At 6:40, an hour and three patients later, the doctor came out and said he could no longer see my friend, or rather, said it in a way to force her to say she’d get an appointment tomorrow. His excuse was the initial exam was 40 minutes and would be past closing time and there were too many other patients. There was one other patient. This was a young, blonde doctor. I know from personal experience that at most a new consultation should take 30 minutes, and regular adjustments no more than five. We explained that we had to leave early for a bachelorette trip the next morning but the doctor continued to manipulate my friend into leaving. This doctor clearly didn’t want to be at work a minute longer than possible and my friend left in tears. I would never take someone here again.

Didnt expect for it to be super fast. I expected a little longer procedure just because of what I’ve seen on YouTube chiropractic experiences they work with your whole body alignment . And I only got my neck back and hips. The doctor said one leg was longer than the other and she didn’t give me any feedback if it was better or if there was any improvement after she “aligned me”.

Ive always had a pleasant experience with The Joint Chiropractic, but I love this location. I hadnt been in over a year and rejoined today due to neck pain from my non-ergonomically correct home office setup. I walked out feeling great today, huge difference! Thank you Dr. Todd for helping me feel so much better, and a shout out to Emma for making paperwork a breeze!

Good service. No coffee here, but other nearby establishments have it. They are very friendly. Got my hip back in and showed me a few exercises. I appreciate their services and would recommend them for 80% of your basic chiropractor services. They do not offer laser services to my knowledge for decompression. No xray services available.

This was my first visit and the staff was nice and respectful. Everything was explained in detail during the exam. The office was kept very neat and clean. I will definitely be coming back for more visits.

I was a patient of Dr. Ulloms prior to him joining this practice. I actually live out of state now but when I found myself visiting and in a jam, I did a Google search to find him again. Not only did I find an easy to navigate site but the new patient office visit was quick, easy, and affordable. Im so grateful I found Dr. Ullom and to see hes part of a great practice. He is an outstanding chiropractor. Any time I visit the area and find myself in need of an adjustment, this is where Ill go!

I absolutely love this practice! They have some really fantastic chiropractors here - I’ve been very impressed with the quality of care and how available they are. I ended up buying their monthly package and it’s wonderful and so much more cost effective. I’ve been going there almost weekly for a year and a half and I’ve seen a difference in how much I can do - and it helps to know that they’re there if I overdo it. :)

The care I received was very good overall. The chiropractor listened, asked good questions, and spent the time with me I needed. My only complaint is that at when I was selecting my membership that the person at the front desk didnt tell me about the lowest price option until after I had paid for another plan. Knowing that I am aware of all the options makes me feel like you are most interested in finding a good fit for me rather than on selling me something. Id recommend changing that sales tactic if you want to keep my business.

Everyone is wearing a mask and we now have social distancing being taken seriously. Only one or two patients at a time in the adjustment area. Also, a seating limit in the wait area. Doctors ask for my temperature reading and wipe down the tables. I have come to feel safe in continuing to have regular adjustments.

Quick assessment of issues and immediate attention to those areas. Felt really good to get spinal adjustment and looking forward to follow up visit already. Chris was very professional and explained throughly human anatomy and what was most likely contributing to discomfort that resulted in me making this appointment.

Called this office about an initial appointment and the person that answered the phone advised me that I could make an appointment, but she could not tell me how long I would have to wait, because even if you have an appointment, established patients can walk in and they will take them first. It doesnt matter if you make an appointment you will still have to wait until they have seen all of their walk-in patients. That is a very unprofessional practice. Its as if they are saying, we dont really value your time and our appointments mean nothing. It also seems to relay that the established patients are more important than the new patients. Which should be quite the opposite. New patients are getting their first impression from the initial way you treat them. I will not even waste my time, because i can already see that this place is going to be messy unprofessional. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Best investment i could have made for my health and wellbeing. I have had nothing but great experiences at this office, not only is Dr. Musso a great provider but his front staff is also so kind and helpful. Coming to this office has made my life so much better by taking away the pain and discomfort from my back and shoulders!

The adjustment was great! However, I didnt feel as though the chiropractor listened to me and what I was experiencing. He was set on making it so much more than I believed and set me up with all these visits. Everytime I said something, he totally disregarded me and pushed through with his agenda. I will visit again next month but maybe a different location.

I felt that it was easy to get in without an appointment needed. The therapist was great and was able to loosen up my joints and back. It was a very good adjustment and it helped me a lot. I would definitely recommend this service provider.

I came in with INTENSE neck pain/spasms and Dr. Ward made sure that he explained everything he was doing and was very gentle. He also took his time as he did manual muscle work and activator adjustments. I felt completely comfortable the entire visit. I look forward to continuing my treatment

I made an appointment for my husband on a Saturday at 1:00pm, we did all the paper work then had a seat. Im unsure how the run their new patient appointments, but we were disappointed. We waited an hour and was never seen. The receptionist was kind and told us after waiting 30mints that it shouldnt be too much longer. After 45mints she tells us the doctors taking all the walk ins first so he can sit down and have a full visit with us. At the hour mark another walk in came in and we decided to leave. We would have liked to have known that was the process when making the appointment. I feel that is an important thing to mention when someone is making a new patient appointment. We were offered to come back on Sunday, but I doubt if we will.

I was told that chiropractic care would be great for condition. I have been going to the joint for about 2 months now. The payments and hours of operation are just perfect for me! NOT TO MENTION THE SERVICE OF THE BRIERCREEK staff!! They are awesome! My symptoms are subsiding slowly but surely!I have recommended the Joint to several friends and family! This place is basically magic. I had fallen off the wellness wagon for a while and finally made it back in to The Joint in Brier Creek because my body was so stiff it felt like I was about to shatter. After 10 minutes with the Dr. I felt like a new person. My range of motion was 1000% better and my discomfort in many areas was gone. This wasnt the first time Ive experienced these results either. I have visited many chiropractic offices through the decades, in multiple states. After giving birth, my sciatica pain worsened despite observing exercises that were supposed to relieve the discomfort. On top of that, I developed some cervical radiculopathy which radiated down my right arm. My initial visit was not as favorable because the chiropractor who saw me was hurried as he said, Come on, lets get on with your story so we can get this over with, in a very non-therapeutic tone. This being my initial visit left a bitter taste in my mouth. The second chiropractor I saw during the next couple of weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays had a better demeanor, yet, I saw how heavily he was dealing with the case load as each client he saw did not seem to have a comprehensive intervention with their complaint. It was like he was just getting the cases done. Then, two Fridays ago, a new chiropractor who was visiting from the North Raleigh branch helped out, alleviating the extra load from the directing chiropractor. This was the game-changer! He even cleaned his hands between patients-- A HUGE deal for me as I am a health care provider myself. I pray that the increased influx of patients will never again influence the high quality care your group boasts about. See you guys at the office!

I came here essentially brand new to receiving chiropractic care. The care is solving what I hoped to solve-- lower back/hip pain caused by an injury I left unattended for too long. The change really has been amazingly different and Im pleased with the progress made.The benefits to coming to a place like this are, in a sense, also what prevents me from giving it 5 stars. I appreciate the convenience of drop-in appointments, but dislike waiting when I happen to drop in when many others are also dropping in. Even though I try to avoid peak hours, I seem to have bad luck on this front, because its usually clear when I leave after Ive waited for 2-3 people in front of me. Only on one of 6 occasions have I walked in and had no wait. The other times its been around 10-15 minutes. My first appointment I waited over 30 minutes as they will wait until there are no returning clients until they will take the time to do an initial evaluation.That the appointments are quick helps the line move, but also gives an and out you go feeling to it.That there are multiple providers allows for greater flexibility of hours, but also prevents a feeling of consistency and rapport.For my needs right now, I am happy with the services provided. Its a definite benefit to be able to stick to your treatment plan when you go out of town (across the country even). My issues are clearing up just fine. If I needed long-term care, however, I might choose to go to a place that allowed me to have the same provider each time and spend a little more time with them discussing my progress.

Good first experience here, and relieve from discomfort on a Sunday, no waiting until Monday morning...for an impromptu maintenance adjustment very satisfied. Obligatory upsell, but a visit here is cheaper than my copay, which is great for my budget AND my health!

Love this place. I have been able to get in and out of the chiropractor any day of the week and at half the cost of a traditional practice. They provide the same level of professionalism and knowledge as a traditional practice but there are many more hours and locations provided for your convenience. Dr. Goudy is great with kids as well, this is the only place my 2 year old is calm when the doctor comes in. Cara works the front desk and has phenomenal customer service and she remembered our names after day. Highly recommended The Joint!

I used to see a chiropractor once a week and always felt great then insurance cut back the coverage and I quit going. I figured I would be okay without it. A couple of weeks ago my siatiac nerve started causing pain down my leg and got to the point that I started loosing feeling in my leg. It was a Sunday and I needed immediate help. The Joint was there to take care of me. I used to pay $35 co-pay per visit when insurance cover it. The Joint only charges $15 for weekly visits and only $10 per visit after 4 visits in a month. Glad I went to The Joint. The doctor was great and is helping me get by back realigned and I already feel better. I really like that you dont need an appointment and that I can visit any of their locations and they have weekend hours.

Its a little too early in my treatment to see much of a result but the front desk staff and chiropractors are all very friendly and knowledgeable! They seemed to genuinely care about helping me with my back pain. I also love how I dont have to make an appointment!

I did not expect the high level of care and concern that I have received already in the first month. Dr. Goudy has been my caregiver so far. He comes with over 30 years of experience. His compassion and commitment to my healing has been exceptional. He is an excellent chiropractor and is interested in getting to the cause of the concern. He has been able to order diagnostic tests and recommends other practitioner to augment healing and recovery after the pain level is down. I am sure the other doctors are excellent as well as they do keep records on every patient, every visit. The staff is friendly and the office is well maintained. Went straight to The Joint after a disappointing visit to my MD for excruciating lower pain in my back. After the first session I felt exponentially better with minimal help from Ibuprofen. After the second session two days later, I didnt need any meds at all. By the fourth session (total time of a little over two weeks from first treatment), I was completely fine. Now, I maintain and build muscle strength to prevent future damage. I highly recommend Drs. Harris and Taylor.

I know Dr. Goudy from when he used to have his own practice in Greensboro. I would pay $40/visit to go and see him using my insurance. Now I go and see him when I am over in Brier Creek for less than $15/visit, and I dont need my insurance. Oh and you do not need an appointment!

Of all The joint clinics, this is the one I visit the most. I guess you could say it is my home clinic. Dr. Goudy has been a chiropractor for 3 decades, and has seen it all. He has really helped my posture and made me feel better about my scoliosis.

The Joint at Brier Creek is fantastic. I have long dreaded going to the chiropractor, and man am I glad that I did. My pain is finally gone! The staff is incredibly friendly, and helpful. I could not be more please with my choice to visit!!!!

Glad that they are open on weekends, but for two minutes of attention this place isnt worth it. They rush you out after popping your back once and tell you to ice it. Still in considerable pain and feeling conned.Edit: since posting this the joint has called and offered to refund my visit and give me a free adjustment. They also asked me to take down this review. Feeling very off put by that.

Yesterday was the my first time going to a chiropractor and it was a nice change from the doctors I have seen recently concerning my back pain. After the first adjustment I have a better range of motion then I had when I walked in, Cant wait to go back move past the pain portion of the process to the wellness portion.
