I came in to this office after months of excruciating foot pain. As an avid tennis player, this meant days of wobbling around and constantly changing out my shoes. In fact when I was not playing tennis, I wore flip flops or nothing, because the pain on my feet prevented me from wearing anything else. I walked in during my first appointment and expressed my concerns. Dr. Osborne listened. This in itself meant the world to me. After reviewing my xrays, he quickly realized that my issues stemmed from my back. Who would have thought!!!! After a few sessions for manipulations; I am happy to say I can wear shoes. I CAN WEAR SHOES!! I can also play tennis and most days do so pain free.Do I recommend this office? Yes. Yes. I came in after having a car accident. I had never been to a chiropractor before and I was incredibly scared because of different things I’ve heard. Well, I was told to come to this place.I’m so glad I did, EVERYONE is so so sweet and they all have such nice personalities. They make you feel so warm and welcome.The Doctor took my fears away, and I have no problem going at all. He’s extremely smart, efficient and confident which is great. He’s super nice, and is very cool.The rooms are very clean, set up very well and spacious. Since moving to North Carolina in 2015, I’ve been receiving regular chiropractic maintenance care from Dr. Osborne and his super-awesome healthcare team. They feel more like my friends! Prior to moving here, I’d seen only one chiropractor for adjustments over many years. I was not sure I’d trust another to adjust my neck. Recently, I experienced my first real pinched nerve in my neck. If youve ever had a real pinched nerve, you know the pain is excruciating! I told Doc that I was scared, because I really was. He talked me through what was going to happen, and what to expect throughout the entire treatment plan. A pinched nerve doesn’t heal quickly, but seeing Dr. Osborne regularly has led to the pain subsiding and the nerve healing much quicker than it would have otherwise. I came into the office with sciatic nerve pain that had been bothering me for over 6 months. X-rays were taken and Dr. Osborne walked me through the whole process, letting me look at my x-rays and showing me where I had issues. Turns out I had a vertebrae that was a little rotated that was causing my pain. In as little as 6 weeks now I am feeling so much better. Dr. Osborne is very personable and always upbeat. His staff are easy to talk to and make you feel welcomed. I found his office by reading reviews like my own. Give him a try if you are having pain. You wont be sorry!

I work in healthcare and we treat Patients with COVID. Even though I am wearing full PPE when in contact with Covid + patients the chiropractor I had seen for the last few years was no comfortable continuing to treat me. While I do understand my back has gotten progressively worse over the last few months. I had no luck finding another chiropractor will to take me as a patient until Dr Osborne. Months without treatment I was using NASIDS for pain. I have a problem with bleeding ulcers that almost caused me to bleed to death several years ago but I wasn’t left with much choice but to risk it. After a few weeks of treatment with Dr Osbourne there is already major improvement. While I understand the fear that some may feel. Front line healthcare workers are taking every possible precaution to protect ourselves and others. I would never risk someone else. Dr Osborne and I have discussed this and I am thankful to him for taking every necessary precaution to protect himself his staff and his patients with enhanced cleaning, social distancing, requiring masks and taking the temperature of all patients before entering the treatment area . I had a pinched nerve in my lower back and some pretty bad alignment/posture from sleeping wrong for years. I was in treatment for about a little over three months and my back as drastically improved. Menopause brings many changes to women other than the typical hot flashes. The newest diagnosis for women is genitourinary symptoms of menopause that can be extremely disrupting and uncomfortable. In many cases its not possible to identify a single cause for chronic pelvic pain. I wanted to reduce my pain and other symptoms and improve my quality of life. That was my goal in seeking out Dr. Osborne and chiropractic care and he helped me! My thinking is the sacral nerves are so important to the functioning of all the organs in the pelvis. Being in alignment helps with circulation and nerves and when combined with medical treatment is a win-win. Dr. Osborne and his amazing staff are helpful and caring.

I randomly had this large lump on my back. Terrified that it was a tumor, I went to a regular doctor. He didn’t do any tests he just felt it and said I probably injured my muscle. I thought, if that’s correct let me go to a chiropractor. Found doctor Osborne and expressed my concerns. He did his exam and also did an X-ray for me. He showed me how there were no masses in my soft tissue and how a vertebra on my spine was twisted a bit and pinched which was causing the lump and inflammation (I don’t know the technical terms). I realized I had injured it when I turned around to reach in the back seat of my car. After my first session with Dr Osborne, my lump was at LEAST half the size it was before. I was shocked! I’m still in the middle of my treatments but the results are so amazing and unexpected. Every time I come, it gets a bit better. Not to mention it has been helping with my other back pains I’ve had throughout my life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I’ve been to two other chiros in the past and he has been the best so far. If I didn’t come here, who knows how long my spine would have taken to fix itself (if it even could). Will continue coming here even after my treatments are over to maintain the work we’ve done

I first met Dr. Osborne in 2006 or 2005, when my mother started to see him. Because she was getting treatment, I began to go for a routine adjustment, but once I graduated from High School and started college, I stopped going. When another driver hit me in December of 2019, I suffered whiplash and knew that I should see Dr. Osborne again. I was astonished to see that his office and staff have hardly changed in 14 years! It was a huge comfort to know that after fourteen years, his core team of Dresden and Maria are still working for him! Life changing experience! I was having daily neck and back pain, constantly trying to self-treat. It took a few months of consistent visits to Dr. Osborne, but Im feeling amazing and can finally sit through a day of work without feeling pain. Super quick visits as well so it was easy to work into my busy schedule, and they were accommodating when I had to reschedule or miss a few appointments.

I have been received chiropractic care at Osborne Chiropractic Clinic for 2 injuries and in both cases the results were amazing!The first injury was to my lower back. I was in so much pain in my back and leg that I had to walk with a cane. No kidding. With the adjustments and therapy the pain is almost entirely gone and I havent used the cane in over a year!Recently I was in an auto accident and suffered from whiplash. My arm was tingly, I had severe nerve pain in my upper arm, and my neck muscles were tight and in pain. Once again, Dr. Osborne and his team took great care of me. Outstanding Medical Care & Staff. I first began attending this Chiropractic Clinic 6 years before having my baby girl. During this time I received nothing but the best care and service. After giving birth to my daughter in 2009 I was extremely overjoyed both with the excellent care I received during my pregnancy and afterwards. But due to having an infant I needed to find a closer office that gave me the same type of care. Well I did for a while. But during the early part of 2019 I began experiencing some severe pain to which I alerted my current chiropractor, who I felt was not concerned with my issues. So I came back to the doctor I knew would take the necessary steps to correct my problem that I had been suffering with for over 2 months. So upon my return in May I was in excruciating pain, needless to say within a week, I saw great relief and within couple of weeks I was feeling 90% better under the care of Dr. Osborne. I credit him with taking the time, patience and skills to evaluate my situation with a very strong and healthy plan. I will not go anywhere else and have referred several patients to him that also give Dr. Osborne and the best staff around all 5 STARS!!!

Over the past 5 years my husband, daughter and myself have had to go to the chiropractor for weeks at a time due to car wrecks etc. I cannot say enough good about this office. The staff is fabulous, very responsive and caring! With our jobs we had to cancel/reschedule a lot and not one time did they act frustrated or get onto us. We never had to wait longer then 3 minutes to start our appointment. Dr. Osborne is the BEST chiropractor we have ever been too. No matter how much pain we were in Dr Osborne would hop in with his loving, positive personality and give us hope and assurance that everything would be ok. We actually drove an hour round trip 3 times a week to see him. He listens and actually cares. We never felt rushed and no matter what bodily complaint we had for the week he was always patient. Most important.... his treatment is EFFECTIVE! I truly wish all doctors and offices were as good as this one.

I was already having problems in this area with degenerative disc changes and some osteoporosis (Im 63 years old). I have suffered with chronic back & neck pain for about 25 years now and lately have had some neck & shoulder issues due to severe nerve pain. After fracturing my tailbone in two different places between the ages of 10 & 15, I developed scoliosis. After years of not being able to sit properly I ended up with 2 lower and 2 upper discs out of place which led to migraines and pinched nerves in my shoulders. I have tried chiropractic therapy in the past with a few different doctors and while I always got some relief, I would quit therapy after the pain became manageable again. This time around I woke up with a very limited range of motion in both my neck and my right shoulder....come to find out I now had 3 upper discs out of place and a pinched nerve... Dr. Osborne strongly urged me to complete the therapy in full if I ever had any hope of avoiding the need surgery in the future. I am happy to say that I am just 3 short weeks away from completing my therapy and my back, neck, and spirit has never felt better. For the first time in over a decade I have better posture, I am sleeping better, and am almost pain free, even in my tailbone. I may never be able to straighten out my spine without the help of surgery, but I now know how to strengthen my back and neck to give me the proper support I need. For those of you who are hesitant to try chiropractic care, I highly recommend Osborne Chiropractic. The staff and Dr. Osborne are patient, friendly, and extremely caring. Be open to the treatment plan that he recommends and do any and all exercises that he advises. Your results may not be immediate, but keep in mind that learning how to properly take care of yourself and maintaining a level of comfort is well worth not having to go under the knife!

I did a lot of research on the internet before choosing Dr. Osborne. I have a curve in my lower spine which causes me some minor pain and I wanted to try a chiropractor to help ward off worse pain in the future and keep my spine as aligned as possible. Thank you all for making a huge difference in my life.I was having vertigo problems due to an inner ear issue. One morning my vertigo caused me to fall face first into a wall causing whiplash and a concussion. Since that day I have been suffering from multiple symptoms (more severe vertigo, constant head pressure and heaviness, numbness and tingling in my face and up the back the head, and balance problems). I was initially told all my symptoms were from the concussion, whiplash, and the nerve damage in my ear. I spent years getting treatment for those issues with little results. A friend told me she thought these symptoms could be from the neck injury so I made an appointment at Osborne Chiropractic Clinic. Some of the vertigo had calmed down from treating the inner ear issue but I was still having the constant head pressure and heaviness, numbness and tingling in my face and head, and my balance was horrible. Whether I was standing, sitting, or lying down I would get the sensation that I was falling when I barely turned my head. If I was sitting I would feel like I was falling off the edge of my chair, If I was walking I would feel like I was going to fall flat on my face, and if I was lying down I would feel like I was falling off the edge of the bed. This would happen about 50-100 times a day. The symptoms were daily and I was beyond miserable. At this point I felt hopeless and thought this is how my life is going to be forever.I was waiting for Dr. Osborne to see me when I heard Rush playing on the radio. He came in and introduced himself and I told him I loved the music they were playing. He told me he was a Rush fan also. I knew I was in good hands with a fellow Rush fan taking care of me. I told him my issues and he said he could help me. We started his treatment plan and after only 2 weeks my symptoms had calmed down by 50%. After 4 weeks I feel 80-90% better. The falling sensation I was getting 50-100 times a day are only happening maybe 10 times a week and the feeling is not as strong. I was a little surprised and ecstatic with the quick results. I was suffering for 4 years and he was the only one who helped me feel better. You have no idea how good it feels just to feel good!!! I have been praying for a miracle and it finally happened.

Dr. Osborne did a phenomenal job addressing my severe foot pain.I was dealing with a foot pain that progressed slowly over the period of months until my foot hurt so badly I could barely walk and it hurt to the touch. My home and work life had become substantially impacted due to my very low mobility and the high pain incurred from tasks as simple as putting on a pair of shoes.After approximately 16 visits over the course of about 12 weeks, my mobility is exactly the same as it was before my foot started giving me problems, and my pain is about 80-90% gone. Dr. Osborne diagnosed it as a Mortons Neuroma. He told me at my first visit what he believed the problem to be, what he planned to do to fix it, alternative methods should we need them, and what I could expect in the way of recovery time as well as the way my foot would respond during recovery. The healing time and process was almost exactly what Dr. Osborne laid out at the very first visit. I am still amazed at how bad it had gotten and had little hope that it could be fixed without surgery, if at all. Only a few weeks later my foot is almost exactly the way it was before I started having problems.Additionally, the staff at Osborne Chiropractic is extremely warm and friendly. They are always pleasant and easy to work with. Dr. Osborne did a fantastic job treating my condition. I am a frequent weightlifter. I completed a normal workout on a Wednesday and by Friday of the same week, I literally could not pick up a dumbbell with my right arm. I didnt seem to have had an injury between Wed. and Fri., I just simply lost strength in my arm overnight. I went to Dr. Osborne at the recommendation of a friend and he began treatment. He determined that a problem in my neck was causing the loss of strength in my arm. Long story short, after about a month strength slowly began returning and now about 2 months later, I am back to my routine having regained my strength. I would highly recommend Dr. Osborne.

Working as a Registered Nurse for over 40 years I saw countless patients complaining of back pain both before and after surgery. When I developed back pain I consulted a neurosurgeon and had an MRI. Then came the diagnosis of degenerative disc disease with the dreaded recommendation of surgery with a 50 to 60% chance of success. To me that was a 40 to 50% chance of failure, a result I had seen too often in others. So coping with an aching back became part of my daily life. But after falling on the roots of a giant oak tree last year the pain became so severe I had to do something and knew surgery was not for me. I looked around for chiropractors and Dr. Osborne’s education, credentials and services offered were very impressive so I made an appointment. I was very skeptical as I walked into the office for my first visit. But his staff,Linda, Maria and Dresden, were so friendly and compassionate I started relaxing before ever meeting Dr. Osborne. At this visit he thoroughly explained the condition of my back, his plan of treatment, an alternative plan if needed and gave a time frame for treatment. Having worked in medicine for years I know how rushed doctors are to get patients in and out. But time was not an issue as he answered all of my questions and addressed my anxiety. Given the poor condition of my spine I hoped his treatment would end the acute pain and return me to the baseline of the nagging, daily pain I had for years. When I left after the first visit I was certain I had made the right decision. Two months later I opened the door to the office thinking about that first, skeptical visit and how much progress had been made. The acute pain was gone! But even more amazing was improvement of the “nagging, daily pain”. While I will always have back problems, since seeing Dr. Osborne, back pain is not a daily issue. I can honestly say his treatment has improved my quality of living. I actually look forward to visits to the Osborne Chiropractic Clinic for maintenance. It is one of the best things I can do for myself and my family.

I have been a client at Osborne Chiropractic since the office first opened on Duraleigh Road in the early 2000s. Recently I suffered a pinched nerve and incredible nerve pain in my arm. Regular visits to Dr. Osborne, and closely following his recommendations for traction, muscle stimulation and ice and I am almost completely 100%, within a month! Barely any medication (just ibuprofen at the beginning) and no MRI needed! His down-to-earth, common-sense approach is refreshing and the staff at the office are wonderful. The office is centrally located and so convenient. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve never liked going to the doctor so I suffered from severe neck and back pain for years. I finally decided to make an appointment because I was starting to get migraines multiple times a week and could barely make it through a shift at work because of back pain. I sought help from Dr Osborne on the recommendation of my husband who had achieved 100% relief of migraine headaches through his treatment. I had new neck pain and chronic low back pain that I didnt really expect any relief from. I have been seeing Dr. Osborne for preventative care for many years. Recently I was in an accident that caused severe neck and back pain. I am now in the final stages of my treatment plan and my pain is almost all gone, my range of motion is back to normal, and I feel I can do all the activities I was doing before the accident. Dr. Osborne provides superb service and he has a great staff that is very friendly indeed. I was involved in an accident back in January of this year. I started going to Dr. Osborne a few days after that and he have been doing some great adjustments on my neck and back. I didnt think I can feel so great physically. I told Dr. Osborne that I think I had carpal tunnel in my right wrist and hand he did some amazing adjustments to my hand and wrist and I can feel the strength as I make a fist which before when I made a fist it seem weak. As a person that has been a life long skeptic of chiropractic care, I was apprehensive about going. However, my sciatic never pain was so severe, I was willing to try anything. During an assessment with Dr. Osborne, I was shown x-rays of just how bad my back was. He explained in great detail what the problem areas were, and how he would treat them. After the first week of treatment, I was feeling tremendous relief. I still have pain and discomfort, but after a few weeks, the sciatic pain is gone. I cant describe how much of a burden that is off my shoulders. I am a firm believer in chiropractic care now, and would recommend Dr. Osborne to anyone that needs care. Dr. Osborne is a gifted chiropractor and his office is extremely well run. His staff are likable and competent. I have been to various chiropractors over the years for everything from car accidents to sports injuries. I like Dr. Osborne because he listens to what you tell him as well as making his own judgements based on examination. His adjustments are gentle yet very effective. What really impressed me was when he suggested exercises to strengthen my core so that I wouldnt need his services as often. He taught me the exercises himself and I am in much stronger now than before I met him. I am not a person who typically writes reviews but in this case, it is well deserved. Ive been here for a month and I can say Im now off all meds including my anxiety med that Ive been on for 2 years. I was diagnosed with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2007; I take an injection of Humira once every two weeks. I thought my quality of life was as good as it was going to get until I came to see Dr. Osborne.I was very skeptical of Chiropractors, without really knowing why, however, after just a few visits I felt noticeably more comfortable doing everyday activities. Chiropractic has certainly not replaced the need for specific RA treatment, but the benefit has been HUGE. I feel better now than I did even a couple years ago. I am sleeping more comfortably and RA flare ups are much more manageable now.The Osborne staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Osborne explains what and why he is doing as he is doing it. Doc Osborne is incredible!!I came to Raleigh two years ago a little banged up from my time in the military. I wasnt finding any relief and I went to Dr. Osborne upon the recommendation of a friend. I have been going to Dr. Osborne for a few years due to chronic tailbone/lower back pain. I had several pain injections, physical therapy, etc. to try to treat the problem to no avail, until I decided to try a chiropractor. I came to Osborne Chiropractic with severe lower-back pain as the result of a sports injury. My pain was so severe that I couldnt go to work. Within a week, life was bearable. My experience with Dr. Osborne has been incredible, comes with a pain in my left leg from the buttock to my ankle was quite annoying pain that interfered with my work life, after several weeks of treatment the pain completely disappeared, it was incredible. He also had a permanent pain in my ankle because of a sprained ligament in my ankle pain was something he had learned to live with for years. Incredibly I tell Dr. Osborne and began to treat my ankle and the pain disappeared miraculously, it was something incredible to be completely pain free. Positive reflections on my experiences at Osborne Chiropractic Clinic on Duraleigh Road in Raleigh, N.C. have prompted me to write this review. In October 2007, I met Dr. Brian Osborne at a Health Fair. I had no thoughts of seeking chiropractic care but was curious about what he would say/present. Prior to this meeting I was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis and was experiencing pain that was 8 on a scale of 1-10. My first appointment at Osborne Chiropractic Clinic was on November 9, 2007. During a series of therapy sessions and maintenance through January 4, 2008, my pain level continuously dropped. I followed up for maintenance sessions for a short period of time and have maintained an intermittent pain level of 0 – 2 following the initial treatment sessions.My most recent treatment began on July 17, 2017 as a result of pain that radiated down my right leg and more specifically between my knee and ankle due to a pinched nerve. My pain level was almost constant and fluctuated from 6-10. My ability to walk without pain was little to none. To date my adjustment and therapy sessions have decreased from 3 times a week to once a week and my pain level is sporadic and at a level of 0 - 1. I began seeing Dr. Osborne in February 2017 for pregnancy induced back pain. I was miserable every day not being able to lift and carry my baby due to the physical discomfort. I thought the pain was due to labor and I just needed to give myself time to heal however the pain didnt improve it just got worse. Dr. Osborne is a very knowledgeable chiropractor with a very relatable personality. Upon my initial visit, he developed a care plan for me and so far it seems to be going great. My back pain has diminished after a few weeks of frequent adjustments and therapy and I feel like I am on my way to total recovery. I went to see Dr. Osborne for different reasons. I was having tingly shoulder, achy upperback, numbing leg and clicking jaw. Now I have had 36 treatments so far and the results are great! Although I still have a little bit of tingling on my shoulder and numbness on my leg, my upper back ache is almost all gone away and the jaw is much better now. He knows exactly what he needs to do to fix the problem and will always answer to your questions with details. Dr. Osborne and his staff managed to turn a negative experience into something positive. For many years I struggled with lower back pains but managed to get by until it became a roadblock in my daily physical activities. After 2 years of Crossfit I realized the pain prevented me from giving 100% every day. From the first day I visited Osborne Chiropractic I was given a clear game plan, timeline and advice on how to best treat my injury. Not to mention the customer service has been nothing but superb. Dr. Osborne and I worked together to make the road to recovery as short and effective as possible. It took a lot of me to take a month break from Crossfit but I trusted Dr. Osborne and his treatment plan. I followed his advice step by step and within the first month I noticed tremendous relief in the pain I was so accustomed to. Once I started exercising again he kept a close eye on my progress and eventually was able to get back to working out 5 times a week. Ive had no major set backs since.Overall I am very satisfied with my choice to trust Osborne Chiropractic, I truly appreciate the flexibility they offer with scheduling. Specially when performing intensive and heavy workouts, I am able to schedule appointments as needed to treat injuries as soon as possible. Let me start out by saying I truly love this office!!! Dr Osborne and his staff are truly awesome! I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder/neck area and was seeking relief. The pain had gotten so bad that I couldnt put my arm down all the way and it hurt to turn my neck. I visited the urgent care and the doctor said that she felt that my ailment was muscle related. I felt that it was more than muscle related because the pain was underneath my muscle, not in the muscle itself. She prescribed me a very strong prescription strength IB Profin and a muscle relaxer to alleviate the pain, but the medications did not help. A friend that was visiting Osborne Chiropractic in Rolesville for her treatments referred me to the Raleigh office and I am so glad that she did! After one adjustment I had relief from the pain that I had been suffering with for over a week.. in only one day!!! Since starting my treatments, I have no more back and/or neck pain, better posture, clearer thinking, better memory, sleep better and more soundly, and no more headaches. I’m writing this review with the hope that it may help another to feel confident in their choice to see Dr. Osborne. I am a 31 year old woman who has struggled with a troubled back for much of my life. A few years ago, and tired of all the dead end paths I had tried, I decided to see Dr. Osborne at the recommendation of a friend. I had always been skeptical of chiropractic care, but shortly after we began, I was feeling better than I could remember feeling in quite a long time.This healthy trend continued for more than a year until I sustained an injury which was later revealed to be a herniated disc with associated nerve pain down the length of my leg. I could no longer stand up straight, and could not walk or sit without significant pain. Attempting to do simple day-to-day tasks was becoming truly exhausting. I was back to taking medications to make it through each day. After much thoughtful consideration and an MRI to confirm my condition, Dr. Osborne recommended Drx 9000 spinal decompression. This did require a level of commitment on my part, but I knew I could trust in his professional opinion. I was cautioned that not all patients will see and feel results immediately. And unfortunately, this was true for me. Several weeks into the sessions, I was feeling only a little better. However, I am so thankful I did not get discouraged as I can honestly say that following through with the treatments and recommendations has allowed me to have my life back. In the last couple weeks of the treatments, I started to feel significant change. Now, several weeks post-Drx treatment, I am feeling more than 90% better. I have not taken any medication in almost 2 months. I can do all of the little things again and I’m even back at the gym and gardening. I have had virtually no pain in my back and/or leg since ending the treatment. My fiance and I were in a car accident on August 8th, 2012. We felt fine right after the accident, did not think we were injured as badly as we were. That following day, I began to show signs of inflammation in my left knee. I went to the ER they prescribed me Tramadol and Flexeril to ease the pain and to relax the muscles. The medication did nothing but made me sleepy, so I decided to visit Dr. Osborne chiropractic clinic upon a referral and my fiance went with me as well for support. Dr. Osborne informed me of what he believed was going on and decided to perform an X-ray to confirm that my inflamed knee was a result of my lower back experiencing trauma, or what we know as whiplash. My fiance expressed some concern to Dr. Osborne about how he was experiencing random headaches which he has never had before the accident. Dr. Osborne then decided to perform an x-ray on him and found that he has as well experienced trauma in his upper neck area causing irritation thus leading to his headaches. Dr. Osborne advised that we come for treatment and repair for a course of approximately 2 months. Before going to Dr. Osborne I was unable to walk up and down the stairs, stand for a long period of time, sleep comfortably, and I also had trouble with sitting and standing frequently without my knee and back irritating me/feeling uncomfortable. Over the next 2 months of going to regular treatment I am able to run up and down the stairs, I can sleep with comfort, and be sociable like I use to with no pain and no discomfort. With Dr. Osborne and his friendly staff I know that I made a right decision in making a life changing experience with being a patient at an excellent chiropractic clinic. OK just a little background first. I only have been to a chiropractor once before in San DIego when I was treated for sciatica from sitting on my wallet. My leg muscles are always tight so I am sure this does not help things. Anyway, a few months back in Raleigh I was at the gym doing to hanging twist type motion (not sure how to describe except windshield wipers) for my abs. Well I twisted too hard or fast or both and did something to my lower back. I thought maybe a muscle strain or something that would go away soon. Well three months later and it did not go away but instead this last week at work I could barely walk and when I sneezed or coughed the pain went through my whole body so something that started to affect a nerve as well. Maybe the beginning of sciatica again. I searched for Chiropractic offices and saw all the great reviews the Osborne clinic had and it was 2 minutes from my house. So I got there and Dr. Osborne examined me and based on my movement etc did not think it was a torn muscle or a disk so they gave my some TEMS on my back to relax the muscles and then took a couple X-rays. Great methodology here and basically how I would do it if I ran a clinic. Waiting for the X-rays to be read but based on what we could see we went ahead and did the first adjustment session. Its always like whoah what the what...but not painful or anything. He said I would not feel anything the following day and maybe feel worse. Well he was right...I did not feel any better the next day and was still hobbling around at work. Well I went to bed and woke up and wow...first time in three months that I can barely feel any back pain. That is amazing!! I have a second appt about a week later. The X-rays will be read and we can even focus more on the trouble spots. It just makes sense that if part of the body is out of alignment then bringing it back into alignment will make it run so much better. You would not run your car with terrible alignment would you? (Review done by Gregory Teator)Let me start by saying that many years ago I had a very costly experience with another Chiropractor so I was not at all optimistic that Dr. Osborne could help me. I am 49 years old and started having back issues in my early 30s beginning with a herniated disc L-5, S-1. Which I finally had successfully surgically repaired. I had my second surgery over 10 yearsago L-4, L-5 which successfully relieved my pain for years. Following thatI would have a back episode 3-4 times a year usually lasting about 2-3 weeks relieved with medication including steroids and pain medicine. InNovember 2012 I injured my back again this time it was really bad with anMRI revealing 3 disc herniations, spinal stenosis and scar tissuecomplicating matters more. After a few rounds of meds, a back specialist, two painful steroid injections I went back to my neurosurgeon who told me he could do minor surgery and help relieve some pain but it would take major surgery but with no guarantees to fix the entire problem. When Ishowed up at Dr. Osbornes office in January I was in horrible shapeunable to bend or even get out of a chair without excruciating pain in myback and legs. He looked at the MRI studies examined me thoroughly andrecommended a treatment plan starting with a conservative approach andwithin 6 weeks I was practically pain free. Since my treatment I have lost20 lbs because I am able to work out 5 days a week like I used to do. Ihave resumed playing golf weekly all without any back pain. The cost of mytreatment was a fraction of what surgery would have cost and without allof the risks. I cant thank Dr. Osborne and his caring staff enough. Many Thanks!!
