Dr. Gray has been able to align me even when my body is particularly tight! I feel a million times better than I did before going! This has been my only chiropractor experience, but its been a great one...would highly recommend!

I have been going to see Dr. Gray for several years now. I was having a lot of lower back pain when I first starting going. I would have to go sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. Now I only have to go every 8 weeks or so. Dr. Gray has been a lifesaver for me and my back pain. She will always fit me in if I am having any issues and always greets me with a smile. This is my first time ever seeing a chiropractor cause I was always hesitant about it. Dr. Gray was recommended by my husband who got the recommendation from a co-worker. I was cleaning my sons bathroom sink one time and out of nowhere I seemed to have bothered my elbow and started to feel discomfort for 3 weeks. After telling my husband about it, he suggested I should see Dr. Gray about it. Not only has Dr. Gray helped me with my discomfort on my elbow, I have less back pains as well when I get my menses. I found Dr. Gray about half way through my first pregnancy when I was suffering from severe sciatica. I was very happy to find a chiropractor that was board certified in maternity and pediatrics. Knowing how trained she is definitely made me more comfortable with being adjusted while pregnant. I was able to get incredible relief after my first visit! I feel like she truly hears my concerns and I always feel better when I leave. She is able to tell me what areas I’m having trouble with before I even tell her which is incredible! I have now referred her to all my family and friends.

I was seeing another chiropractor and it was not making a difference or helping my lower back pain at all. I found DR. When I initially injured my back the Dr. gave me muscle relaxants and pain killers. After six months of that I decided to go to Dr. Gray. I was standing up straight when I left her office. I recently had a motorcycle accident and couldn’t lift my arm past shoulder length. After just one visit I already have more motion in my arm than I’ve had the past three days. The staff is warm, friendly, and willing to work with you to fulfill your chiropractic needs.

I drive 45 minutes one way just to have Dr. Gray give me an adjustment. Before I started receiving her treatment, I had been having shoulder pain for about 7 years. I had injections, MRIs, physical therapy, DEEP tissue massages, and had been receiving treatment from another chiropractor and nothing had helped. I would spend ruffly an hour and a half at the last chiropractor and never feel a difference when I left. After a 15 minute appointment with doctor Gray, I feel relief in my neck, lower and upper back. I was continually on Tylenol or Naproxen just trying to get relief. I have been going about 2.5 months now and I no longer take pain medication for my shoulder. I appreciate the kindness of their staff and their willingness to work with my schedule. I have already been recommending her to friends and family.

Since my 2-month old has started being seen at @grayfamilychiro, his reflux is much less refluxy, his head control and range of motion has been awesome (ahead of the development curve) and he breathes better.We won’t do any medicines for his reflux or breathing unless they become absolutely necessary.I chose Dr. Gray because she specializes in maternity, neonatal and pediatric chiropractic care. Everything she does on my baby, she demonstrates on me first. Today’s session was the most noise he’s ever made (a couple grunts). Usually he just lies there looking around quietly. He’s perfectly fine though, up and alert right afterwards and then knocked out asleep on the car ride home.I went to this same chiropractor for the last 15 weeks of my pregnancy and it made a huge difference. My third trimester wasn’t difficult or uncomfortable as many women describe. I’d definitely recommend this practice.

I am a graphic design student at Meredith College with a minor in Fine Arts. Three months ago, I developed carpel tunnel, first in my dominant hand and then both. By mid-semester, I could barely complete in-class assignments and homework (senior level classes in Graphic Design require copious amounts of sketching!) and the near-constant pain was affecting my sleep and daily activities. Concerned that I would have to drop out of school in order to have surgery, I came to Gray Family Chiropractic hoping that I could at least delay the inevitable a few weeks or months until the summer. To my surprise and delight, my improvement has been extremely rapid. I have little to no pain in both arms and my neck and back issues are much reduced. I can sketch and draw not only for school but for my own personal enjoyment without worrying that Im going to be in pain for days afterward. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Ive been seeing Dr Gray for years now, sometimes once a year sometimes every week, depending on how I feel. They are fast, efficient and definitely knowledgeable. 13 years ago I ripped a ligament off the third or fourth vertebrae in my neck, and for two years I went through PT and pain that would come and go. My Dr at the time just keep prescribing pain medicine, that I really couldnt function on. Eventually a friend referred me to Dr Gray, she took a full body x-ray and k ew all about my history of physical damage that I had occured in my life. She showed me what looked like I little hook on that vertebrae that was a long past injury. In only a few weeks she fixed that bone spur and I was pain free, and off the pain medicine. In the last ten years shes worked on my knees, elbows, lower back, and after the stress of the holidays are over she puts my neck and back in total alignment again. It makes the world of difference on my daily outlook when I have no aches or pains. As a 49 year old man I have a lot of past trauma to my body, and after a few sessions with Dr Gray I feel like Im 20 again. Thank you Dr Gray.

This chiropractor loves money. This is what I feel every time I go to the office. It’s all about the money and not really wanting help people. They charged me for things without my permission. They pack people in appointments like a cattle call, and Dr Grey does t really seem to want to help, to spend time with his clients they are paying high price for. They charged me for a new patient exam when he never even did one, because they tell me if I don’t go for a few months they need to recharge to do a new one. I have never had this experience with any other chiropractor in NC. I’m going to see someone else.

This non-believer, who thought chiropractors did not work, now comments when he is out and makes himself an appointment. I know when my kids ask for an appointment that it makes them feel better. Chiropractic care has helped all of our ailments through the years. The other day I was unsure if an adjustment would help my neck since I had slept wrong. I thought my problem was muscular and would simply take time to resolve. However, I was in so much discomfort that I called Dr. Gray and she fit me in that morning. Dr. Gray explained why it chiropractic care would help and what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with the relief I experienced. I greatly appreciate Dr. Grays honesty and knowledge about how chiropractic care can help and whether other resources are needed. She is also careful to tell us when we only need maintenance care and dont need to come in so often. I truly sense her honesty, caring and dedication to her patients.

Dr. Stacy Gray has changed my life!! If ever there was a non-believer in Chiropractic care...it was me! I had been experiencing hip pain for over 5 years. I was a runner who couldnt run, and even walking up the stairs was painful. I had seen several orthopedists, underwent a year of physical therapy and still no relief. I figured this was now my life. A very good friend of mine who was a patient of Dr.Grays kept telling me about what a wonderful Dr. she was and felt I should give chiropractic care a try. As she put it What have you got to loose? So I reluctantly made an appointment. After carefully listening to all of my medical history and complaints and taking some x-rays, she provided me with my first adjustment. She told me what to expect, and that it would take a while for my adjustments to hold, but that I should definitely see some improvement. Well, wasnt I shocked that I felt immediate relief from my pain for the first time in 5 years! WOW! I began seeing her on a regular basis and within a few months was back to running, completely pain free. Dr. Gray has turned this non-believer into her biggest fan! I happily refer anyone I know who is having pain of any kind to give it a try....because again, What have you got to loose?

I have been to other chiropractic offices around the area and this one is by far the best. They get you in quickly, they have very friendly staff, and work with my crazy hectic schedule to get me in. She does an amazing job and makes you feel extremely comfortable! Plus, after a few visits, my headaches are finally gone! They also arent the type of place that makes you come back 5 times a week to get you back to normal- they are honest and truely care about their patients.

I was 30 weeks pregnant with my second when I started seeing Dr. Gray. My son was breech, and I was experiencing a lot of discomfort; terrible sleeping, constant popping in my hips, and I was sore in my upper abdomin. I decided I didnt want to live with this discomfort for 2 more months so I was ready to try anything to get this baby head down. I have now seen her 4 time (2x per week) in 2 weeks, and what a difference!!!! By the 3rd visit, I notice a remarkable difference. Hes slowly moved his way head down. I dont have the upper abdominal soreness, and I have been sleeping so much better. The pain in my hips was waking me up every hour or so, and now I hardly have any hip pain. I am SO happy I made this decision. Dr. Gray asked great questions, nailed down exactly what we needed to do, and the results speak for themselves. Easily the best doctor experience I have the pleasure of using. I initially starting visiting Dr Gray because of horrible wrist pain, horrible posture, and an old nose injury that extremely restricts my breathing. Dr. Stacy Gray and her staff are wonderful! I started going to Dr. Gray about 4 years ago when I was having terrible headaches, neck pain and trouble with my lower back. I had been to my family doctor who put me on daily medication and to physical therapy, but nothing seemed to work. Within a few weeks of getting adjusted I was already starting to feel better. Dr. Gray spends time with you on each visit to discuss how you’ve been feeling, your current symptoms and what might have caused the issues, instead of just treating the symptoms. While I was pregnant with my second child I had severe sciatic nerve pain in my back and down my legs. I religiously went to see Dr. Gray throughout my entire pregnancy and I dont know if I could have made it without her! I had a much easier delivery the second time around and no lower back problems afterwards. My husband saw what a difference Dr. Gray made for me and when he hurt his back about a year ago he started going to see her too. I have been seeing Dr. Gray for several years. I first went to see her because she was convenient to my office, but I have kept coming back because she helps me feel better! I have also referred several of my co-workers to her. I have been able to keep my back and neck pain under control by having adjustments every 3 weeks or so, and if I have an acute bout of back pain, she is able to work me in to the schedule. I came in with a sore back and a pain in my foot that no one (2 Orthopedic Drs.) could fix. I didnt even think about my foot but Stacey asked about ANY discomfort I may have besides my back so I mentioned my foot. She just smiled. Ive had an on going issue with my foot from an accident. I visited a orthopedist who told me there was nothing wrong. Doctor Gray was able to find the bone that was out if place and reset it. My foot immediately felt better, the discoloration has started to go away and swelling has come down. The difference was immediately and dramatic!
