Dr. Nathani litteraly gave me in the moment lifesaving advice. Days earlier, I had been seen in the emergency room and by a primary provider, i was directed to take tylenol and apply ice. Knowing that something was still off, I went to see Dr. Nathani. She is always so calm, even able to project that serenity on to others. But that day after taking my pulse, glimpsing, barely touching my leg, she turned to me with an expression, I had never seen on her face before. She said, you have a classic case of DVT (clotting). She quickly provided written guidance that I was to take to the emergency room. Upon arrival at the ER, they begain to follow her recommendation for testing and admitted me to the hospital. They could not determine the cause of the clotting and had me transferred to Duke University Hospital for special imaging and expert care. The Duke Vascular Team determined the cause to be a very rare condition, known as MTS. So rare until they weren’t surprised it had been initially missed at the transferring hospital. So rare, it had no ICD10 diagnoses code. They performed surgery within 48 hours and I’m now in recovery with no apparent long term damaging effects. The Duke Team even appluaded Dr. Nathani for her ER referral. I credit Dr. Nathani as being a key member of my care team, involved with having saved my life in that moment. I thank God for putting the right people in place, to accomplish a positive outcome.I’ve been a patient at HVC since 2017. Dr. Nathani is in tune with my body. I watch her intereact with others and she seems to have the same deep Dr. - Patient relationship with each patient. I go to HVC for semi-annual “tune ups” It’s like no other. The HVC Team has significantly added to my quality of life. Everyone at the center plays a key role. From the front desk, back office, therapy rooms and exercise floor, I’ve been “seen” and treated with respect. I fell in April 2021, leading to debilitating sciatic pain. I got x-rays done and there was no bone damage, but obviously things werent where they were supposed to be as I could not walk, sit, stand, or really move at all without excruciating pain. After dealing with this for about a month with home treatment (muscle relaxers, stretching, PT exercises, heating and icing, etc.), I decided to seek out a chiropractor. Ive never hurt myself this badly and it was impeding with my daily living and quality of life.I started seeing Dr. Dicie Nathani in May 2021. The first thing I absolutely love about their office is it has a very welcoming environment - lots of natural lighting and calming colors. In the private, individual massage/therapy rooms, the lights are dimmable and the music is soothing (Ive fallen asleep many times).Dr. Nathani did not just address my sciatic pain from my fall, but she also identified other issues I didnt even realize I had that arent normal. We came up with a treatment plan; I loved that Dr. Nathani was conscientious of affordability and adjusted the treatment plan to what I was comfortable with, physically and financially. She does not put pressure on me to do any one thing, she simply provided her incite or knowledge and we had a discussion about it. Dr. Nathani is extremely knowledgeable and competent on top of being extremely friendly. Shes always smiling and has a pleasant tone of voice with her patients and her staff. She is also extremely patient with explaining things to me and answering my questions.Dr. Combs is another chiropractor who joined the team a little after I started getting treatment. She is also extremely friendly, kind, and knowledge. While Dr. Nathani is my regular doctor, Dr. Combs is more than capable to execute my chiropractic needs when Dr. Nathani is out of the office.The staff at Holistic Vitality are also wonderful. Every single one of them is friendly and pleasant to shoot the breeze with and work with therapeutically. They are all receptive to my needs and extremely respectful. It is evident that Dr. Nathani took a lot of time choosing staff that fit her desired atmosphere for her clinic.I fell again in August 2021. It completely fixed the sciatic pain I was having (which was getting better with treatment), but created a new problem in my sacrum being misaligned, which creates pain when I twist or flex my legs/hips. At the time of my fall, I was about 6 weeks pregnant. Dr. Nathani got me in right away and completed a new evaluation to have an updated plan for my new injury needs. After receiving treatment for this injury, my pain is nearly gone; not just in my injury sites, but also the other areas she identified as needing treatment upon evaluation. Moving my body and executing daily tasks are much easier and less stressful on my joints, muscles, and limbs.In regards to treatment while pregnant: Dr. Nathani respected my privacy until I was ready to share it with other staff. She adjusted all of her treatments to ensure that there was no risk to my baby. I find all of her adjustments just as effective in these pregnancy safe positions when compared to her original treatment methods for non-pregnant individuals.I will continue to go to Holistic Vitality Center even after completing my treatment plan to maintain my body alignment. I cannot recommend their office enough if you have chiropractic needs. The competence of all staff to have effective treatment, welcoming environment, and friendly staff are what keeps me coming to this office.

After relocating to area from out if state, I was in need of finding another chiropractor. 31 years working in utility field took a toll on me, and Ive been to many and PT. I found one back at my old home who I was extremely happy with, BUT Dr Nathani is the best. The staff is the best, what they offer, the approach, the services are the best. I cant begin to describe the relief that came in the first visit. The conversation and explanation of how things in the body work together brought me to tears. This place is a gem! Dr Nathani is a miracle worker. She is an incredibly knowledgeable doctor who knows how to heal the body physically and spiritually. This practice is a dream come true! It weaves together so many forms of knowledge and truly feels holistic, something I have searched for for a long, long time.I cant even begin to explain the difference that working with Dr. Nathani and Holistic Vitality Center has made in my life. I started seeing her in November of 2020 for chiropractic care- having sat at a desk so much during quarantine my body was struggling, I was uncomfortable, experiencing migraines regularly, and not sleeping well. Within weeks the migraines became fewer and fewer. A few months later and I cant remember the last time I had one. Having a chiropractor who works directly with someone to help you stretch before your adjustment and then also instructs your medical massage therapist (theyre incredible!) to really pinpoint what needs to be worked on is such a game changer. Because I see her regularly for Chiro adjustments we check in often about how my protocol is going, and she adjusts in real time as is needed. She is also available by email and responsive there as well if you arent in the office as regularly. I have never felt more validated by a health care professional- no symptom or experience is brushed off or taken at anything other than face value and a real adjustment is made to counteract it. They have high quality supplements available that work wonders. I feel the best I have in years, despite outside stressors continuing to occur! Just a really great friendly atmosphere. The owners and managers have done a really great job at their hiring selections as I was really surprised that on my second visit for treatment I was called out by name as I entered the facility.This is a great place to get fully rehabilitated whether after an accident (like myself) or a place to get relaxed and rejuvenated. My symptoms and treatments were explained to me in easy to understand terms.

I have been seeing Dr. Nathani for chiropractic and acupuncture and I cant recommend her enough! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean, nice office and always on time - I have never waited. I was referred to Dr. Nathani as a long-term sufferer of low back pain due to 3 herniated discs. Dr. Nathani spends a lot of one-on-one time with her patients and develops a customized care plan, which is very rare. HVC’s approach is all-encompassing with regards to muscle tightness, flexibility, medical massage, decompression, PT exercises/treatments and chiropractic adjustments. I can confidently say I feel better than I have in 10+ years.

Ive been a patient at Holistic Vitality Center since mid-March 2020. Dr. Nathani and her staff helped me through a mid-back mobility issue using manual adjustments, medical massage, and both in office and at home exercises. She did such a great job with my back that when she wanted to discharge me, I asked for her help with some hip and knee pain as well. I feel better now than I have in years and officially graduated to preventative care. I was very impressed with the massage therapists as well. There were times where I would walk in after a rough day at work and slept really bad the night before. After being adjusted by Dr. Chase, all my worries would just melt away. The doctor here is lovely...but that front office staff is VERY unprofessional. They are unorganized and dont acknowledge you when you walk in the door. It seems no one knows what is going at the front desk. Looks like a circus. They talk amongst themselves, like clients arent even there. The staff needs to be re trained or just get rid of them all. Dr. Nathani, your staff does not represent you well...its a shame because youre a great doctor!

I was preparing for my vacation which included a 12 hour car ride and I could not sit and ended up with a pinched Sciatic nerve about 10 days prior to my trip. I called Holistic and asked for a miracle over the next week. During my 3 visits the entire staff helped me through the massaging, stretching and exercising and all the activities that would get me through. I came to see Dr. Nathani shortly after having suffered a neck injury due to a car accident last October 2018. Along with the neck injury the impact also caused other painful areas from previous injuries flare up. The pain had gotten so bad in my neck and lower back that it had become very difficult for me to drive and do some of my normal daily duties. By the time that I came to Holistic Vitality, I had begun using a walking stick and was in debilitating pain.I must also make mention that my initial impression during my very first visit was one of sheer delight. Holistic Vitality is AWESOME.I went to see Dr. Nathani after I started developing allergies as an adult. After a couple appointments with my primary care physician, I was left with the options taking OTC meds for the rest of my life or dealing with it. My wife saw Dr. N and she recommended her to me. I was somewhat skeptical as to what she could do for me after knowing what my primary doctor offered. After a thorough exam, where she got to know me and my past medical history, it was apparent that she was interested in finding root causes and getting to the bottom of things. With that said, after a few dietary and lifestyle changes, my allergies have cleared up - without having to take any OTC meds, etc.Dr N is great - she brings good humor with compassion and understanding to the appointments. Wow, How Do I start this, well, I am a retired veteran of 22 years in the service, needless to say my back and my lower extremities are not in great shape, I was referred by the Durham VA to try acupuncture and perhaps other things at this facility, I have always been very skeptical of this places. Wow, Was I wrong, from the first visit Dr. Nathani made me feel as I was her only patient, even accommodated me with my other issues that I have due to deployments. From My second visit onward whether is Mia or some other staff they greet me by my first name but not only that, they do the same with every single patient I am so blown away with that, then there is the massage therapist Dakota, this guy have my back pain reduce tremendously, he is a great respectful young fellow with a great customer service character. Thanks to Dr. Nathani and her quick thinking I was able to catch that I was becoming insulin resistant, immediately she jumped in and got me in a regimen of supplements and change my diet so far I have drop my glucose levels and dropped 10 pounds in 4 weeks, I cant wait for the next three months and repeat my blood work to see how much I have improve my health. Going back to being skeptical, no more. This guys are a very unique team and they work with the individual from the inside out, I have not seen such thing in a long time. The disk caused significant pain and discomfort, and I had sought relief through other methods before I found Holistic Vitality Center. I am truly grateful for the Holistic Vitality Center. I am a competitive distance runner and in June of 2013, I injured my left hamstring. Dr. Nathani has changed my life through gentle adjustments, physical therapy, medical massage, and laser. I moved to Raleigh in January of 2012. By Feb. 2013, I had seen 3 chiropractors. When I contacted the Holistic Vitality Center, I didnt know I was contacting yet another chiropractor. Upon that realization, I began to rant -- Look, Ive already been to 3, etc.... During that conversation, truer words had never been spoken. The nice young man said, Shes not like all the other chiropractors. He was referring to, of course, Dr. Nathani, my holistic physician.Her approach is thorough, her bed side manner warm and caring, and her knowledge of the functions of the human body is vast. In addition, thanks to her understanding of the daunting world of Medical Herbalism and non-pharmaceutical techniques such as acupuncture, therapeutic massage/body manipulation, she has truly proven to be a Godsend.After performing many tests (most of which conventional physicians do not request), my treatment was put on paper in laymans terms and well explained. The course of action included several stages along with nutritional goals. I feel better than I have in years and have lost 20 lbs! I can honestly say that due to the care and many services/modalities available at HVC, I am a different woman today.I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Nathani and her team to anyone in search of achieving balance and well being in their lives.

Dr. Nathani and her staff are absolutely amazing. Dr. Nathani expressed genuine concern for my health issues, and she took the time with me to figure out what was going on. Dr. Nithani is like a detective on behalf of your health. Last year I experienced severe and constant pain in my trigeminal nerve and numbness in my face. After a month of multiple visits with my primary care provider with no answers and no relief, I was beyond frustrated. In every visit, I was rushed in and out and finally (on the third visit) prescribed pain meds (which I ended up being allergic to) when I really wanted to understand why all of this was happening. After 2 chiropractors, 1 MD and 2 Physical Therapists I found Dr. Nathani, and while my recovery is slow she is the first doctor to not only listen to my initial problems but keep tabs on my progress and adjusts my treatment accordingly rather than follow a prescribed treatment plan that she lays out and follows without regard to setbacks in the treatment. After four months I am much further along than I was after 2 years with the other healthcare professionals and Dr. Nathani has not only addressed my back issues but also corrected my acute insomnia through Acupuncture.The entire staff at Holistic Vitality Center is exceptionally competent and very professional and I recommend them to all of my friends and acquaintances whenever the need arises.
