I have been a member of hair Club since 1994. I used NYC for 18 years then transferred to Raleigh in 2012. Bonnie M. is my stylist and is just fantastic. I look forward to my monthly appointments. The staff is professional and always make you feel at home. The managers are attentive and caring. I highly recommend HCM.

My life is significantly better as a result of the products and services provided by the Raleigh Hair Club.The location is both professionally run and friendly and supportive. My stylist Ashley is outstanding. She does a great job of styling the systems in with my own hair and making me look both good and natural. I have never had anyone ask me if I wear a hairpiece. She is also professional and friendly at the same time. She always makes me feel welcome when I go for an appointment. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting services like theirs.

I came in right on time to save my hair and Hairclub of Raleigh did just that. My hair is thicker and stronger and I feel so much better. My stylist Kaitlyn is the best. She is so experienced and knows the needs of every client she encounters. I 1000% recommend this place and my stylist!

I’ve been a hair club client at the Raleigh, NC salon for three and a half years. The staff there is absolutely wonderful especially my stylist Jahida, asst. manager Jennifer and manager Aaron. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my hair and well taken care of. There have been some problems along the way but they and other team members work together to find a solution.

Bonnie is an awesome stylist who really cares about her clients. She goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction during every appointment.

I have spent the better part of 28 years at the Club and they have always overperformed and gone out of their way to do the best possible job. 24 years in NY and the last 4 years in Raleigh have been always filled with can do and we can do that. Specifically Aaron and Ashley were instrumental in making every experience at the Hair Club enjoyable and positive. They were a family that i will miss as i move on to a more shaved part of my life. I LOVE the Hair Club in Raleigh!! The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. Very positive experience; no wait time for your appointment; you are treated with the utmost respect as it relates to privacy, it’s just you and the stylist in their styling room; you have their full attention and YOU are their focus, you get all of your questions answered, and given tips on hair care. My stylist is Nikki and she is awesome!!!! It is so comforting to know that the person providing your service is skilled at their trade. Nikki is a perfectionist, initially I was lost for words the way she takes her time for treatments, color & highlights each step meant to keep my hair healthy. Finally, my hair is healthier than it’s ever been. I wish I had discovered them years ago before my hair was damaged.

As a woman, losing my hair was traumatic and crushing to my self-esteem. My hair started falling out when I was 19. I found Hair Club in 2004 and the difference it has made in my life has been significant. Even friends and family that know that I have a Hair Club System forget and just see me now. Bonnie is my stylist and she is exceptional! She listens to me and helps guide me on styles, colors and products. I TRUST her.My only challenge with HCM is their fees. Since 2004, my same basic system/service (not much for change 😊) has almost doubled. After my rate increase this year, they also want to add an additional $30 per month for me to get the same length of hair (12 inches vs 10 inches) that I had been receiving. My hair looks most natural and attractive with the additional 2 inches.Would I recommend HCM? Absolutely. It is simply the best and most natural solution to hair loss.

I have been going to them for 7-8 years now. As far as for a female it was such a life altering event for me. They are so professional and very sensitive to what my needs were. For women it is not acceptable for you to lose your hair or have thinning. I had lost all of my self confidence and never felt good about the way I looked. I called the number for the info commercial and after that first meeting with the ladies I was changed. I was allergic to creams, liquids and other stuff and tried every pill out there. Nothing was working. HCM gave me my life back! I gained self esteem and confidence back after starting with just my first system. I was so happy that I could be ME again. I encourage any woman that is struggling with hair loss or thinning to call them and just talk to them and see how they can help you.

Getting older can be depressing and very stressful, especially if you once considered yourself to be a glamour girl, one day you wake up you are going bald, you see the doctor only to find you are growing old, well I had to do something and do something quick I felt life was over, while watching tv one night my prayers were answered. I knew I was balding. I had investigated (surgery - eyes/neck) but I finally contacted HCM. The stylists have been fabulous - your consultant changed 3 times in the past 7 months. When my new hair was applied I felt like a nervous wreck - this was a radical change.
