People say Dominicans can do our hair because it’s somewhat similar but that is not true for this place.They don’t know how to do black hair(i have 4b/c hair). I went for a trim and it was so UNEVEN. She literally burned my hair. It was so smoky in the place. My curls are ruined. I absolutely regret going there. I don’t review places but this place needed a review. Go at your own risk. My years of progress after my big chop is ruined. I am so angry.

I love Ines and have been coming for years. She straightens my thick, long, curly hair and gets it super straight. And she makes sure you leave happy. And very affordable.

Ines was so sweet, it’s my birthday & I was recommended to her by a friend because I really wanted my hair done. She’s quick and efficient as well. I was hesitant on getting my ends clipped because I’m use to getting too much cut off but, she convinced me and barely cut an inch. I definitely will be returning because she offers many different services!

Good blow out for curly hair

I’ve been going to Ines for years. In my opinion she does the best blowouts In the Raleigh area and trust me I’ve been everywhere. Her price is just right for the service provided and such a welcoming environment. She is the sweetest and I hope you guys give her a try :)

She is excellent. I got a blow out on my natural hair and it lasted a month (that usually doesnt happen) and I didnt get heat damage. Better to come during a weekday morning if you can, less busy.

3 weeks ago was my first time going to Ines Hair Salon. She did an amazing blow out on my thick natural hair. I’m so shocked my hair has stayed straight especially with the hot temperatures we had for the pass week. I will be paying Ines another visit very soon.

I followed my longtime beautitian, Felicia from her previous location to this salon. Felicia always has beautifully styled my hair, and today was no exception. Her new location is nicely decorated, spacious, private and well-kept. And, Felicia was as professional and accommodating as shes always been. I highly recommend Felicia.

Ines is a friendly, very skilled, professional stylist. I am natural and asked for a blowout. After Ines washed and styled my hair....my hair is beautiful, bonestraight and full of body. She took extreme care and caution in detangling my hair. I plan to return to Ines on a regular basis. I am very pleased.

Worst experience I have ever had. I am giving her one star because I cannot do zero stars. I needed to get my hair blow dryed for my cousins wedding. I was coming from out of state so I called her several weeks in advance to make an appointment and make sure she would be able to handle my natural curly hair. At the time she assured me that not only would she be able to handle my natural curly hair but also take care of my daughters hair at 10am. She specified that she was going to write it down in her appointment book. I highly doubt she even owns an appointment book and if she does she is not using it. After I arrived to NC I went to visit her (24 hours previous to my appointment). I wanted to introduce myself, confirm that everything was all set and to ask if it was possible for her to take care of one more person. She specified there would be no problem with adding another person. When I am inside talking to her she changed the time of my appointment from 10am to 12pm and assures me we will ready on time. She also informs me that she cant open at 10am because she has plans for that night. I agree with the new time because I didnt want to make a big deal. She said you will be my first appointment. The wedding was in the late afternoon so I believed there would be enough time for everything to get done. My mother, my daughter and myself arrive at the salon at 1130a. She arrived at the salon at 1145a. When I stepped into the salon she was sweeping and picking up towels from every surface (floor, chairs, sofas etc). The place was filthy. There was trash (soda bottles, etc) and hair everywhere. At that point I should have ran away from there like my ass was on fire but I didnt. Her bathroom had a hole on the wall that was filled with water and there was black mold on the wall. I didnt have another option I had to trust her. As she is washing my hair she proceeded to tell me she had gone to a bar, an after hour party and she had arrived at her house early that morning. She was also badmouthing her own employee for calling out of work. At no point during our conversations did Ines tell me that she had booked two other appointments at 12pm. She washed my and my daughters hair and sat it in rollers. I am no stranger to hair salons and I figured it would be perfectly fine to do the whole rollers/blow dry deal. At this point she hadnt even started with my mother. When we questioned her she said she would be quick drying the two other ladies hair and since she sat our hair in rollers it would be even quicker and We would be out of there and no time at all. Her employee finally showed up and washed my mothers hair and sat her hair in rollers also. We waited for our turn for hours. She finally got to us and was so slow. We left her Studio after 530pm. We still had to go back to the hotel and get ready for the wedding which was about 30 minutes away from our hotel. We missed the whole wedding ceremony. The whole time she acted like nothing was happening even when we told her we really had to go. Save your money, your time and avoid the aggravation of dealing with such an unprofessional hair dresser.

She does Excellent work but she works alone with one other person that only wash your hair. if you come in at 10am you not leaving until 4pm where your whole day is done. Long wait time is not good.

She was quick fast and easy and knew exactly how i wanted my hair. I went to 2 other shops that were trying to charge me ridiculous prices to do a pin curl because i wash and dry mine at home to avoid to much heat and I’m natural she was great and i will be going back!

The lady damaged my hair by removing some extensions, then she said that it was due to a dye that she put on me herself, my hair is natural unprocessed and the lady left me practically without hair and she was absolutely as if nothing was happening and she was serving another client . She is the worst stylist I have ever visited, nothing professional.He works very fast, first he dyed me the wrong color and said that that was the color I had left when he really got the wrong color because he was fast and then he knocked out all my hair ...The lady should work calmer and concentrate more on what she is doing and if she does not know how to do something then not to do it and if it damages a clients hair, do not play crazy and show more respect for her clientsI hope my hair grows fast I leave me bald!
