Mom loves Whitetail Springs. The aids and nurses are wonderful and caring. They will stop what they are doing just to say hi and give your loved ones the special attention they need. The rooms and facility is always clean and well kept. Ive attend a family gathering picnic there and the food is very good. Always a ton of activities to keep mom going. I couldnt think of a better place for her. Thank you Whitetail for making moms stay there so amazing.

My grandmother is currently living here, and the staff have been instructed to not allow my grandmother to talk with anyone outside of the home. She is not allowed visitors and she is not allowed to even use a personal phone to talk to her grandchildren or to talk to her sister, who she has lived next to and talked with every day of her life for over 87 years. There is no reason for these draconian measures aside from my aunt having a personal vendetta with the entire family. I have not been able to talk with my 90 year old grandmother in a month, and there is no reason that she would not want to talk with me, my brothers, or with her sister. These people have provided no indication as to when they will stop isolating my grandmother and no explanation as to why no one is able to talk with her.

We can’t begin to express our thanks and gratitude to all the professional staff at Whitetail Springs. These special people took the best care of our loved one. They cared for dad like he was one of their own family members.Anyone one searching for the perfect place for their loved one, I highly recommend Whitetail Springs. Call them, make an appointment and visit .This horrible disease is hard enough to accept. Give your loved one the extra special care they deserve and chose these extraordinary nurses and others to care for your loved one and you’ll find in their own way they are caring and helping you through difficult times.
