The worst. The nursing supervisor, Linda, lied to us about how our family member was doing. Linda didnt have to lie she just needed to tell the truth.

I am the marketing and PR person at JAA so my review is based on my inside knowledge of the community, the seniors and families we serve, and the staff who provides the services. This is a 4-5 Star Rated nursing and rehab center. That is not JAAs own rating. That comes from the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid which is the standard for reviewing quality and services to facilities like ours across the country. We appreciate all forms of input, both positive and negative. We cannot grow and get better as an organization if we dont know what you think or why you believe what you say in your review. This place is awful. The staff is rude and dont seem to care much about what their residents need. The whole place is dirty and unsanitary. The nurses have little respect for the residents. Not recommended at all.

The rehab team was exceptional!!! The CNA’s need supervision. Some were very mean with very poor attitudes.

Awful place, please do not send your family member here. Please make sure you pay attention to Drs orders because they dont.

Should be shut down for abuse.
