I volunteer indirectly for the American Red Cross through a non-profit organization that supports local blood drives. Since the pandemic began, I have volunteered hundreds of hours to help those in need. Unfortunately today, I’ve officially heard that the Red Cross will be requiring that all volunteers be vaccinated and show their vaccination card to be able to continue to volunteer. I am not an anti-vaxxer. I was vaccinated in the Spring. Unfortunately, I cannot support organizations and businesses that require you to provide proof that you are vaccinated. This is not the America I served in the military to defend. Even though I was vaccinated, I still got covid months later. The unvaccinated are not the issue here. The issue is with companies and organizations that are acting like tyrants.

Had to wait a very long time, maybe an hour, before I could even start the donation process (answering questions). Wont go here again. I go to the one at spring garden and 7th because its much better

I renewed my BLS certification here. The instructor was absolutely incredible, and made sure we left with the knowledge we needed.

I was going to take the nurses aide class but ended up not being able to so I requested a refund. 5 months later I still havent received a refund and the woman who told me I would get it hasnt answered the phone or emails in 4 months. So unprofessional and ghetto. I could do their job better then them and Im not even trained to do it. If you can go somewhere else, please do!

Are all of these reviewers ESL learners or just retarded? Who knows. Also, Red Cross... Your customer service and availability is ridiculously narrow for such a money churning organization. Essentially you guys are terrible at what you do. Youre trying to be too large and failing miserably at it.

For any one who is thinking abut taking the CNA Clas with this red cross. DONT DO IT! They are liars. They will tell you one thing then turn around and tell you another one just to take your money. You will have to go through hell to get only part of your money back. This is the worst experience I had with any institutions .They should be investigated by the BBB.
