I wish enough of us mothers come together and protest. we have rights and shouldnt be subjected to being treated this way from Noone

Some staff are very amazing and hard working and then you have those few who take advantage of the hard work of their coworkers.

If you are reading this review & you recently had issues with DHS, CUA, city solicitors &/or child advocates lying, falsifying reports, violating your rights, violating court orders & stealing your children away for a profit please join us on Feb 12, 2019 from 10am-1pm at Philadelphias City Hall room# 400 for city councils hearing regarding the illegal operations within the agencies. The hearing will be televised on cable, it will be live streamed & it will be made available on all social media sites as well. You are allowed to make & bring posters, signs, etc bc they are permitted in the hearing room. Transparency & accountability is what we need & moving in numbers is how we will see results & stop these agencies from destroying families & children. Parents & families need to start standing up, speaking out & fighting this severly broken system. Great place to find help and resources

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Very clean inside

The caseworkers and staff are very understanding and helpful. If it were possible now that my son is reunified with his father and i can basically visit whenever and as long as I want my visit to last, I would love ❤ to be friends with my caseworker but I understand this is unethical . Ive never been treated with as much respect as I was at turning points during my entire foster care and kinship care process. I dont think my son would have come back home to his family without the help of their staff

Some workers are nice, some are not. Have policies in place that are against parents, just because they are understaffed and undersized. If you dont confirm your appointment between midnight and 11:59 am only, the day before your visit, you arent seeing your children. Cant confirm before or after that. If you had your grandmother died, and you were unable to call, youre f-ed... This is why governmental human services should never be outsourced to the private sector.

Very unprofessional and I really feel they don’t have the best interest in the children at hand. These children need they’re parents and this “Non-profit” organization is prolonging the reunitement of the families. Sad every time I go in there the Ora is in balanced and the greetings from the staff is far from heartwarming or friendly.

This place is horrible. I will not recommend this company to my worst enemy. It’s only one worker that was wonderful, but she had to take care of something personal business and thing have not be right since. If you really want help for your children I suggest you do the research on your on. I have tried to get in contact with supervisor over supervisor in the place and no one got back to me yet. The communication is horrible. And communication is the key to everything. Im in the process of finding my son the resources he need because clearly this place can’t or they just choose not to do the work. N they don’t even deserve 1start but it wouldn’t let me post if I didn’t hit a start smh

This organization is a very important resource for Families in crisis. I needed to find help for a client. I was connected to a Case Manager who referred me to three locations for help. I hope my client follows up.

This place is the worst they dont know how to do their jobs or they just dont care the supervisors are worse their rude ignorant and lie to save their asses DHS an these umbrella agencies need to be held accountable for their actions or lack their of treat people like trash as if they are any better smh burn this place down

Thos is what is called a CUA agency, this is literally a step down from being involved with the DHS. I believe that this agency needs to stop taking children away from parents that actually do take great care of there kids and worry about the parents that dont give two S**TS about there kids and do not take care of them at all. THIS AGENCY IS HORRIBLE AND THEY LOVE TALK BEHIND PEOPLES BACKS. I have always taken care of my son but because there are vindictive IDIOTS in this world you took my son away from his mommy and daddy and now we have to fight so hard to get my baby back. GUESS WHAT CUA??? HAHAHA I AM AN AMAZING MOTHER AND I WILL NEVER GIVE UP FIGHTING UNTIL I HAVE MY SON BACK HOME WITH ME AND HIS DADDY.
