They will closed your child case without getting in contact with you. Tried calling the office multiple times and haven’t received no answer has been like this since August

This place is okay, Ive come to merakey for social services with my daughter. Did not really benefit with the therapeutic visits. They dont really have much to do for children 10+ years. Its pretty small to my opinion.

Horrible front desk staff. Never answer the phones. I needed to schedule my son an intake appointment, phone just rang. Then when some young lady name Rasani finally answer the phone (weeks of me calling) she was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. I ended up taking my son to another agency. This place is ghetto as hell.

Great resource for families with children who need help. Go with the staff that been there for years.

My stepson goes there for therapy and I can honestly say he has never opened up to any therapist the way he has opened up to the ones that worked with him here. The staff is absolutely incredible and they work so well with my stepson, he finally was properly diagnosed and put on the proper medication he sees his therapist every week and once a month he sees his doctor put each and every person who works with him is amazing! I know people leave negative reviews about this place but he has been to so many other places and this is the only place that has been helpful and I refuse to send him anywhere else!

These people are so irresponsible I been trying to make an appointment since November they scheduled me and never send me the link I missed that appointment now the same thing this month plus they never answer they phones 😡😡😡😡😡😡

My daughter used to go to years ago when was called North Health Services, the staff was awesome and they always give us points to encourage me to push my daughter to do her best.

The overall buisness is suppose to be supportive for children with Special needs, but the staff there is very unprofessional, prejudice, and under trained to handle preschool students with special needs. The bus service is very inconsistent with pickup times and late everyday. The last time my son was there they called me while I was at work stating I had to pick up my son early because of a runny nose. Stating that the nurse there said he had a Virus because it was green mucus coming out of his nose and he couldnt return unless he had a doctors note. I beleive this is a disgrace to the human race there should not be people working with children who can out right be bias to the needs of these children because they have the authority to do so. When I called my sons doctor to schedule the appointment the on call nurse said theres no way they could say or possibly determine that he had a virus because his mucus was green. I still took my son to the doctors and they were disgusted with the accusations, she suggested that I pull him out of the program because there is something misleading about it all.Therefore, my son will not be returning for P.A.C.T. preschool services there this was a very horrible experience...as parent and humiliating one too..Kayden James was cleared by his doctor and he does not have a virus...but he will no t be none of you guys object of ridicule..🖕all the staff there that make themselves feel good by picking on a 3 year older kid that needs more love and care than others..

Don’t like there services, Doctors are not helpful. Therapist always called out. Can’t get through on the phone to reschedule appointments from a therapist that’s never there. Overall disappointed.

Didnt took 5 minutes in a small, hot room, for the Psychiatrist to flip out on my 5 year old son. She should be the one with more patience and understanding of the situation since she works with kids with mental problems . Instead, she called security, threatened to call the cops and was going to send me to a mental hospital to get him treated. She didnt even took the time to get him to speak to her. Is ridiculous. I havent felt so hurt and stress as much as I do now. Made me feel like Im hurting my child when Im almost begging for help for him. Im seriously not going back to this place. Was my first and last time.

Need better maintenance inside

Find somewhere else for your child to receive services they always mixed up my child name with someone else child we came there serveral times for an appointment and it was for someone else child and when they eventually do get your child the correct with an appointment they dont give you an notification
