At this point I’m actually not sure if this place is ran by children or someone who has zero customer service/ English skills. Telling them what you want is almost impossible because it’s like they cannot hold a logical conversation or understand the words coming out of your mouth. Don’t even waste your time calling them.

Love my nails every time I get them done! Always get compliments I highly recommend this nail salon. Tee is amazing! She is quick, neat, creative, and does a great job every time. I don’t go anywhere else, they are a bit pricey but for peace of mind knowing my nails will be on point, I gladly pay it. Only negative thing I noticed is that they are not very kid friendly so if you bring you child make sure not have them running around the pedicure area, or touching the polishes, but understandably so it a liability.

Very clean and relaxing salon, great service. Pedicures are reasonably price and expertly done. Neck and shoulder massage while your toes are drying is a really nice and appreciated bonus. Love this place.

You know when you keep coming back to a place regardless of where you are in Philadelphia, its the real deal. This is one of the places that Ill bike down from old city to get my nails done. The nail techs are sweethearts and do amazing job.My gel-manicure last 3-4 week never had a complain about how my nails look after. Tee has taken care of me multiple times for pedicures and my feet couldnt feel any better

Woman was scared to do my pedicure so it didnt go well. I declined my manicure because of this. Ive had better pedicures for $25. I think their only used to certain customers lack diversity. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR REFER ANYONE..... $40 WASTED. The inside was pretty.

Nail polish bar little more expensive then some other nail salon but worth it. They are very detailed, meticulous and excellent service. After a long day at work, I get to lay back enjoy a beer and a pedicure.

Best nail salon Ive ever been to. Ive gotten shellac from Tee and each time she make sure my nails are perfect. She doesnt rush through like Ive experienced at other salons. Definitely more expensive than other places but if you go here you can expect your nails to be on point. Ill definitely pay the extra for how good of a job she did. Never going anywhere else.

I love Nail Polish ! Tee always does a great job on my nails, but today she worked some magic. I slammed my finger in a car door and the black finally fell off. I was left with this horrible nail bed and she fixed it no problem. Always great service.

My experience was poor here for several reasons. Allow me list them so you can look elsewhere. The gel manicure is $55if you are willing to go without your cuticles done, they only charge you $35. This is still a rip off.Its not a very good manicure at a very high price. They only accept cash. I asked for some water, they said they had none while I saw bottles in a beverage cooler. Its not a nice place to relax or get a beauty service and the job on my nails was poor. Not returning.

I wont go any place else to have my nails done. They actually do the coffin nail shape right!! Bring in a photo and Tee will get exactly what you want, every time. My gel nail last 4 weeks the very minimum.

A lot of the reviews are bad but I had a good experience. They took me on a snowy night after my usual salon turned me down. I had a good pedicure and a neck massage, Found out later you pay less if you pay cash, but a lot of the salons do this.

I went to this salon and got my nails and toes done, I loved my experience. When I went to return they took the polish off my toes and I had a FUNGAL INFECTION!!!!!!! They tried to tell me that they seen it before and forgot to tell me. I told her she was crazy, I never has a toe infection before I came here. She then snuck and took a picture of my feet and tried to get me to sign a paper saying I came with the infection. They use formaldehyde polish and do not use new brushes on the next clienta feet. I warn you to not go here!

Overpriced. Called in advance to confirm they could do my nails in a specific way (UV gel fill) . Said yes, and I made an appointment. when I showed up, the place was totally empty, they didn’t have the supplies they said they did on the phone, and then the woman cut all of my nails down to the quick!! What’s more, I got charged $55 for basically a clear gel top coat - cash only. When I balked at the price and informed them that salons usually charge half of that, they said “well that’s not what we do here.”My nail beds hurt, I’m out $55 cash, and now I have to wait a month to get my nails to return to their original length.

I paid $35 for just a gel polish change AND it is cash only. My nails are uneven, and the polish is lumpy and not completely opaque like it should be. Im very upset for having paid SO MUCH for such an awful job that was done. The lady seemed to be rushing to get to her next client. Not surprised that the place is almost always empty.

Horrible horrible horrible! I got acrylics done and she filed my skin. The nails were crooked and not all the way down, so it looked like I had to get them filled in. She filed the top of them after she smoothed them with a paint brush and it made it bumpy. She was rude. Acted like I didnt know anything. Paid $50 ! And they looked like crap! DONT GO. SAVE YOUR MONEY

I tried to give this place a chance but but after last weekend I will NEVER go back there! At an unreal price of $75 (plus tip) for gel mani and pedi the service and what you get is just not good...did I mention is cash only, yea. A new salon just opened a few blocks away (at 4th and South btw) that has AMAZING service and charges $50 for gel mani and pedi (free glass of wine, free massage, and an entire wall of colors – yea, its amazing). Don’t waste your time at Nail Polish Bar! If I havent convinced you yet, here are all the reasons I hate this place:- It’s small and only 4 people working. They don’t turn away anyone or ask them to wait/come back in 15 minutes. They instead pile people on top of each other and make all the customers wait instead of just focusing on getting the people they already have there out faster.- They basically double teamed me and another chick for a gel mani. They had us sitting next to each other and while her hands were soaking she would paint my nails. While my hands were under the UV light she would paint her nails. I didn’t know this other girl! Never in life have I experienced this. Wtf am I paying $55 for? So I can have a buddy during my service? No, thank you.- I sat with my feet soaking for 30 minutes then with my feet drying for 30 minutes before they bothered to start my mani. It took THREE hours for both services because they kept taking people before me and during my services.- The $75 I paid was for the basic package - literally cleaning up my nails and paint. No scrubbing, no massage, nothing extra...literally just a soak, nail file and paint.- They have such a small collection of colors to choose from. Literally, tiny selection compared to other salons.- They only accept cash and make you walk across the st to the bank, she told me ‘don’t forget tip money’ umm, here’s a tip lady…- On top of all this the salon looks like a mess and so do the woman who work there. Every time I’ve been there they girl that does gels where’s a see through tank top and a neon bra. They also eat right next to where you get your nails done. Just over all, bad.In conclusion, other reviews will back me up, don’t waste your time and money here.

Overpriced, service not great. Technician wasn’t going to put a base coat on my nails prior to the color until I said something. I paid $18 for a 10 minute foot massage that felt like lotion being rubbed on me. Very disappointing!

I drove 45 min to make it there by 730 to fix a nail and the woman I guess didnt want to work saw me putting money in the meter in front of the nail salon and hurried and closed and left out the back sliding doors after I spent 6.00 on a meter so then I called and was spoken to by a ride female that sounded fresh out of HS saying theres nothing they can do I dont know what to tell you she said - oh I wont be going there anymore
