Ive been here a handful of times and its clean, I never spend more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, my tech is always super nice and professional, and my service takes less time than I expect. They also enforce masking. Great place, great staff.

I got 60 min. facial, they just did mask and vacuum for 15 min. They are so rude. If you don’t want to waste your money for nothing just don’t go there. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻❌❗️This is for respond to your answer, first of all I didn’t accept your free offer because I don’t trust you. You tried to give me 60min facial for free because you did my facial 15min and it wasn’t properly. If it was 60 min. why did you give me 15 minutes in the first place??? I just wanted to get my money back that’s why I contact with Groupon. If I can not get my money back I will be in your place. I came to you for just getting facial but you made my day awful and you stole my time and you were very very rude.

I love going there. I often have dorrina for my laser hair removal and this lady is amazing every time I get hair I know I will be with someone who is excellent with work. I had other technicians before but this lady is my favorite. The girls always treat customers good. Love this place

Very good experience with having Restylane filler for my lips. It’s so nice to not have someone try to sell me more product and just do what I want done. I have had this before and I don’t want it over done. The physician did a great job. When a staff member interrupted our initial consult he actually politely told her “not now”. This was new to me because most places seem to always have some sort of drama and the actual paying customer gets to be last. They got me in and out which is important. There’s lots of little Med spas to go to and I will go back to this one.

I wanted to get laser for years but had a huge fear of the laser being super painful. After two years of putting it off I finally said ok and did it. My tech was AMAZING! She literally said it’s not so bad only a few areas you might feel it and that’s it. She was 100% spot on.80% of the time I didn’t even feel a thing. They have this cool air while they are doing the area so you really don’t feel anything. If you are considering laser but are terrified like me, the pain is nothing compared to waxing.Waxing is the worst compared to laser. I can’t wait to see my end results!!! This was my first treatment but if it works I’ll be coming back for more! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Not only did they give me a great package based on what I wanted, they advised me on areas that wouldn’t be as effective, and addressed all of my concerns with expertise. Tip: don’t bother with Groupon, just go in for a consultation and tell them what you’re looking to do, they will work with you! And if you’ve ever had a bikini wax and could handle that, this will be a breeze.

The place to go for laser hair removal! You will have to return for touch-up treatment as the results are not permanent as they may tell you, but it works through some seasons. They switched locations and now I have to return to them after wasting money with en vogue medi spa during the pandemic. Stick with enigma! They take their time with you, make you feel very comfortable and you notice results after 2-3visits

Excellent service as always. Minor scheduling issue but they rectified and took me back immediately. I drive an hour one way for a less than five minute session, and that is why I keep coming back - excellent service.

I have been using their hair removal services since February. As someone with brown skin this is the first time in my life that laser hair removal has worked without leaving burns in my skin. The prices are accessible and the staff is very attentive. They are usually busy because they are great and obviously popular. I do not mind the wait or the 2h drive I have to do every 6 weeks. I might go broke coming to this place, lol.

I had Under eye filler done by Dr. Mephis he was great. I was a little scared having not had anything done to my face before but he put me at ease. It turned out beautiful! He was very gental so I had minimal to almost no swelling and bruising at all. I love how it looks so natural. On another note the staff was great friendly and welcoming. I absolutely love Engima Medi! I have had several different types of treatments there including laser hair removal for a few areas, laser vein removal & Kybella. It’s too early for me to see the full final results of my laser vein removal and Kybella treatments, but I can say that my laser hair removal treatments of 6 sessions in several areas on my body have produced excellent results! Helena the office manager is very thorough with the laser and so are the other technicians. Everyone is very friendly and I’ve never had to wait any longer than 10 minutes if on time for an appointment. Great prices and excellent results. Very satisfied so far and excited to see what results these treatments I recently receive yield! I am going to be booking more treatments in the near future!

Business here is always a pleasure. Front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. I’m currently receiving laser hair removal treatments. Each session I had a different tech and they all were awesome! Today, I had Nancy and she was great! She was lovely and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The spa also sell products. I bought a numbing cream to use prior to each session, which helped a little. They were kind enough to instruct me on how to use it. Overall, it’s a great spa and I already referred my boyfriend and sister. 😀

I have been twice for Brazilian Waxes and both experiences were awesome! The only thing that wasn’t the best was the front desk. They don’t communicate before transferring you and sometimes it get frustrating to repeat the same thing multiple times

I have mixed feeling about this place.The positive is that their laser hair removal is affordable compared to other places in philly. I see results immediately, however after a few months everything tends to grow back. So im not sure if im just a hairy person or the laser isnt strong enough to fully kill follicle vs stunt growth. Technicians are also very friendly.The negative is that there is usually a wait and the girls miss spots on the body in large areas. Has happened with every session, there will be a patch of hair in my legs that will grow while the others fall. I think they need to mark large areas into sections instead of eyeballing it. But this would increase service time so it most likely wont be implemented.

Always kind and on time. I travel about 45 mins to come here and I am always greeted at the door and seen within 10-15 mins of my arrival. I usually see Dorina and she is always great throughout the procedure since laser hair removal can sometimes be a bit painful. I am 8 sessions in for Brazilian and my armpits and it’s definitely working. I feel like my hair is 85% gone and or lighter and thinner.

A friend of mine was extremely mistreated at this location!!! All over a miscommunication. She came to redeem a groupon she bought & was told that she was wrong & didnt know what she was talking about. They ended up feeling the need to bring out a larger Russian man that almost physically assaulted her & there were several associates that were being EXTREMELY verbally abrasive all because they didnt want to work with her & figure out the groupon. As far as Im concerned your better off trying to do whatever you were gonna get done here at home. Youll guaranteed to have a better experience in the comfort of your bathroom.

I have been seeing Olga for years for my VelaShape when I need it. She is AMAZING, so kind and always honest about what’s best for treatments. I had my first session of SculpSure with her and she was great the entire time, already seeing results can’t wait to see full results in the 8-10 week mark.I’ve also seen Michele for colonics when I need it as well. She is always great!I wouldn’t go and haven’t gone anywhere else for these type of treatments!

Front test not very pleasant. Caution if you exchange Groupon for a different treatment for not what you thought. They won’t document the credit. Went through this twice. Front desk didn’t document so I had to find receipt and prove how much I paid even though the buy again show it. Did everything she could twice to refuse me my credit: Just made it difficult for me. So get your money back instead would be easier. She tried to tell me service was much cheaper than Groupon price. Service is good, people are nice. Expensive .

I came to Enigma Medi Spa for Upper Back Laser Hair Removal Service. I ended up doing my whole body. George, I believe he is an owner, explained me the process and was very welcoming and helpful. The outcome is amazing and I will be using Enigma for my future spa services.

I made an appointment for a deep peel and was quoted $85. When I got there, the esthetician was 30 mins late. I sat there waiting patiently and even asked if I needed to complete new client information forms after sitting there for 20mins. The esthetician was running in and out because there was another client she was finishing up. She cleaned my face, left me to check on her other client and came back cleaned my face again, applied two applications of the chemical peel with a cotton ball (2mins each) and said I was done. She told me while I was on the table that it’s going to be alittle bit more for the service because I was getting a deeper peel. She told me it was $150 but will discount me and I was charged $110. I paid and never came back. This is by the far the worse experience ever. At least put some effort into it - maybe a facial steam? Mask? To at least say it was worth $150! And that I had to at least get several more treatments. Waste of money and time. Oh and the esthetician asked, “Are you mad at me?” After she told me the price - if you have to ask you know you are wrong. Room was cluttered, very tight and a mess...charging downtown prices for a cheap service - the results were not visible as I have had many peels before and the treatment given barely did anything.

The experience was great and will go back again for the same service.
