I just want to start off by saying that I am not someone who gets acrylics often, in fact this was my first time in about 7 years getting acrylics, but my nails came out so terrible. I felt bad saying anything when I was there because Im sure they could tell I was upset and by the end the tech couldnt make eye contact with me. I tried to get used to them and come to terms with them, but I just cant and Im so disappointed. I was referred here by someone who goes often and their nails always looked amazing, and since my usual salon just closed, I figured Id give them a try. I showed the tech a reference photo (the photo with the key in hand) and as you can see, mine look nothing like the reference. Each nail is a different thickness, they are longer than I wanted (even after asking to have them cut down), and the color is completely wrong. The shape is the only thing I am somewhat happy with but after sitting with them, they are really not the same shape that was in the reference. I know that every nail tech is different and that they will not always be able to recreate every look that is brought in with a client, but for how much I paid, these just are nowhere near close. The waxing and pedicure services were great and most of the staff I encountered were really friendly, but I cant say I am a happy customer.

I finally got in, took forever but sooooo worth it. Everyone is so friendly and they actually care about doing a great job. I booked my next appointment before I left so that I wont have any problems with getting in.

Came here Friday 7-9-21. Lucy has a serious attitude problem. Nail service is too expensive for them to have poor customer service. Will not be returning. 👎🏽

Way too expensive. Way too loud. They do not have a ventilator system to get rid of the nail remover smell. It us extremely overwhelming. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone outside of a Street walker. The bling as they call it is guacky and trashy.

I called in to schedule a refill for my sisters bridal shower coming up. They told me I can not come in because I got my nails done elsewhere previously. I have never had a nail salon turn me down in regards to that and I will never give them my business again.

I give this place no stars if I could I have been here before to get pedicure and eyelashes this last time I went , Who did my pedicure did amazing I love them who did my lashes was also good but unfortunately my eyelashes didn’t even last a day they started falling out I tried to book an appointment to get my nails done no answer now that they’re doing it by appointments due to Covid It is unprofessional that you can’t even get in contact with anyone there , I don’t think I would set foot in his place again

I went to Chrissy Nails on Friday, May 14, 2021, at 10 am. I arrived on time, but when I got there, my nail tech didn’t come for another 20 minutes. She apologized for her lateness and got right to work on my nails. I showed the tech an image of the design I wanted, and I told her I wanted a tapered square shape. She notified me that she was excited to do this shape because, typically, her clients ask for coffin, so this was her first time doing this shape in a while. I should have taken that as a sign to leave. She puts on the tips, shapes my nails, and asked me if they look okay, and at the time, they did. After shaping and filing, it comes time to start the design. She takes the image I show her over to Chrissy to get a price. The nail tech notifies me that the total will be $105, which is overpriced compared to other salons, but I figured the quality would be worth it. My nail tech begins the design, and I can tell she doesn’t know how to do it. She asks me if it looks okay, and I tell her I don’t like it, so she sends me to Chrissy’s chair. Chrissy does not even attempt to complete the design, and after about 5 minutes in her chair without her as much as touching my hand, Chrissy sends me to a different tech’s chair to complete the design. This tech did the design, and it looked okay; I paid and left the salon. When I got home, after looking at my nails with detail, the shape was not good at all. I was never in love with my nails, especially considering the price, but I was willing to let it go until Sunday, May 16, 2021 (2 days later). All of my nails began to pop right off as if they were press ons. I advised Chrissy’s Instagram page of the situation, and she stated that I could come back and have them fixed, but for $105, I should not have to come back. I just wanted a refund. She issued me a $75 refund stating that she has never issued a full refund in her 25 years of work. In the end, I appreciate the fact that I was given a partial refund, but just because you have been doing something the same way for years does not make it right. Especially given the fact that I notified them that this is the second time I have left this salon, and the nails have popped right off like press ons (a story for another time). The customer service needs to be better.

They make you feel like family and everyone that works there is talented and friendly. The environment is chic and the prices are reasonable for the quality you recieve. 10 out of 10

I love my nails, and I like the staff. They are friendly and they treat their clientele as such. I had an appointment for 2:30 on Thursday I think and they were on time and packed! I don’t get super long nails not super short but my gel full set and basic gel feet were about $85-$90 all together. My girlfriend gets the crazy designs and along with her feet were about $120-$140!

They were super nice! I definitely will be returning! My nail shape is perfect!

This is clearly the best manicures I have had in years.I love 3D designs and Chrissy does an amazing job. My nails get compliments every where I go. I cannot wait from one visit to the next to see my nails because I have such confidence in them I let Chrissy and any of the manicurist make decisions.

Definitely a salon to try. They do everything from simple to glam nails. One stop shop they also provide lash services as well. A bit pricey and you’ll more then likely end up waiting a few minutes even if you made an appointment but it is overall worth it. They take there time with your nails and you get a relaxing experience as well.

Wish I could give no stars honestly I think nail salon just over books and takes on too many clients which jeopardize quality of service greatly. Went for bling nails waited 40min after appointment time then was basically told I should be happy to see Chrissy because she usually is booked up which was just talk to attempt to excuse her extreme tardiness, another client told me the price for my design because she had prior week but once in chair Chrissy quoted me a price 50 dollars extra at this point I feel played because she is overcharging me and I know it but the process has already started so I go with less bling. Here it is two days later and bling is already falling off and one nail is broken because she obviously isn’t using enough glue or acrylic because I got my nails done in Florida by @ichy_nails and it was hella more bling and not one bling fell off the entire 3 not 2 weeks. Chrissy is trash and the entire family ran salon are money hungry all I can say is Karma is REAL

This used to be my favorite place until they told me i cant get my nails done. I walked in at 5:12 pm they close at six this is the first time i have ever walked into a nail place that wouldnt take me.They still had time never had an issue with them before but its all about customer satisfaction and the fact that they didnt take me that changed it all for me.

I use to come to this location years ago. They had a fire a few years back & they opened up a second location until this particular one was renovated. I did start going to the second location & stopped coming to this one. The owner Chrissy is a sweetie pie. Trying to book a appointment with her is hard because she is always booked weeks in advance. They do very nice nails here. Place is has always been nice & clean. They have so many different nail color options as well. Large parking lot with free parking as well. You will not be disappointed.

First time going there and last. It’s been a while since doing my nails since COVID and was not happy with my gel nails. She messed up the shape and just looks bad. I had work so will find another spot to do my nails ASAP.

I only had lashes put on and everybody loves them when I do it. They have many different kinds of services but I mainly stick to lashes and nails.

This place is absolutely amazing. I am beyond words. I love big bold designs with a lot of bling and something that won’t fall off and won’t take hours to do. I been to so many good places in the city so far this has been the most amazing place. Schedule appointment before coming in or you will be waiting to be seen but with appointment they always take me in and do amazing work that’s definitely worth it and they have great service. Very professional! Also they do amazing gel pedicure, facials and eyelashes last me 3 weeks!

To start, I never write reviews so that fact I’m taking my time to write this should say a lot. I went in to get a UV gel full set, let me tell you how this lady rushed and completed my nails in 45 mins tops. Every nail is a different shape, uneven, crooked, so chunky they look absolutely horrendous. I wanted them off as soon as they were done, not to mention they were 65$!!!!! I went to another salon as soon as I left to get them fixed because they were that terrible. Was looking forward to coming here because of the good reviews but I had a terrible experience so will not be back

I asked for a certain design my friend got the previous day and they kept acting like they didn’t do it at their salon. after telling them she definitely got it here they told me i would need a new set to get it. I was not paying for a whole new set so then i asked if i could just get glitter on my nails. My person said I needed to get gel to have glitter on my nails? I could literally just do it myself at home. This place is overrated!!

I am very disappointed with Chrissy Nails. I went with a friend, we had to wait almost an hour and a half till we could be seen. We were there for 3 hours, did not receive good service for $60.00(2 crooked nails, that I was repeatedly told would be fixed but never was. I asked for a spider web and 2 spiders, he couldnt finish the design I wanted, someone else had to finish it, and worst was waiting then hearing someone else get 50% off that wasnt there as long as we were) and pretended to have a son story. Chrissy nails is too expensive for mediocre work and not worth the wait.

This I use to love the way they did my nails here, but not anymore. Lately their service has been lacking and my nails were done awfully . They are over priced and provide basic services which can be done anywhere. Not worth the hype. I will not be returning to this nail salon.

I use to be a regular at this salon as me and my mom went every four or five weeks. At first they always gave me a great experience however , after some time I got disappointed. I came to this salon because it was known for its amazing nail art and designs . But every time I came in with a idea in mind they always gave me attitude. It was like they dreaded doing my nails . When I came in they stop giving me any customer service never spoke to me were silent the whole time and lazy when it came to my nails .

I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years now and I have never found a place better than Chrissys. Everyone who has worked there is amazing, the designs are great, everything is so clean, and the whole experience has been nothing but amazing. There are so many different things you can get done, not just nails. Theres different kinds of nails to get, 3 or 4 different kind of pedicures, waxing, and I think they also do eyelash extensions. So if youre looking for a clean place with high standards and great quality, then you definitely should come to Chrissys!

Very expensive, but the atmosphere and service they provide is top notch. It was $85 for my daughter and I to get a basic toe polish change, and one gel nail on very short nail, and one full set.

She was rude (chrissy the owner) Ill admit im meticulous person however when I asked before I sat in anyones chair whose the best at stiletto nails. And her husband (randy) said they all are just tell them you dont want it wide. Which I did but when it became a problem because youre changing my nail shape that I came in with (real stiletto not almond with a point ) as theres a difference. Then the owner (chrissy) started doing my nails if it wasnt bad enough that she spoke bad about me in vietnamese with the original nail tech. She felt it was ok to tell me youre very picky my staff cannot deal with you youre lucky my client canceled I responded dont worry I wont be back. If you & your staff learned nail shapes we wouldnt be at this junction. This is the reason I stopped coming here years ago I thought it changed how wrong was I. Youre silly to think you can charge the prices you do and mess up my nails.

UPDATE: was told they couldn’t do my nails how i want to pay for them twice, after already being filed down, leaving me stuck to compromise, chose something they have available - SUPRISE ALL OUT. Compromise again !! Then told sorry i have an appointment coming in, someone else will work on your nails. Are you kidding me? Then im put into a station where the person is constantly getting up because his station is set up. NEVER GOING BACK.They are the most up to speed in nail designs you’ll get in the area. However, the owners Chrissy & her husband could refresh on there customer service skills. Expect to be ignored, told how you will or will not get your nails done, and passed on if you’re not a top spender. I’ve been coming for months. But looking for my next salon ASAP.

Sooo my first time here earlier, we’ll the lady obviously did not listen when I asked her for my eyebrows not to be thin to just clean them up ( usually get them threaded but couldn’t get to the mall) well she also got wax on my freaking eyelashes!!!! Sooooo disappointing I paid and tipped her cause I didn’t realize till I got home and washed my face.

Drove two hours away and the experience went well until my nail broke two weeks later. I paid over 100 dollars for these nails. The reason I went to this person was because this youtuber on instagram went there as well, but she experienced the same problem as me. This is what happens when you don’t listen to your gut feeling. I was going to give them another chance to see if it was just a mistake, but Chrissy saw my message on Instagram and never responded. Nail techs need to do better!!!! For those planning on going there just make sure they do your stress area strong.
