I came in to day to get cavity filled and this gap between my teeth and gums that are extremely sensitive. Well I only got the gap filled. I notice the whiting treatment. And ask about it. I have bad stains from life long soda drinking. I don’t open my mouth to wide so my teeth don’t show. When short story I got the whitening treatment. I love it. I feel more confident in my smile. I mean. It’s white. Can’t get any whiter. I have not stop smiling

My bill went from $160 to over $1000 my bal after paying almost $400. Novocaine was wearing off while he was working. Everything wasnt in the room & ready before my procedure. I got NO love from dr once he was done. I had to ask him about post care. I was NOT asked to come in to see if all is well so.... My ear, head, neck & mouth is n a LOT of pain. I think 🤔 he held back on novocaine. I was crying @ the pharmacy bcuz of the pain. Im afraid to go any further with my teeth issues. My worst experience ever❗The 1 star is only bcuz he completed the job which was the problem it was a JOB

The service is absolutely fantastic service with a smile. I visited 2 years ago and I must admit, I was a bit skeptical. I got a cleaning and they did marvelous job. I had to do a deep root cleaning this past week.My Hygienist Dr. Jerri Marie took care of me, she was fun, funny, straight to the point, very professional, she really puts her all into what she does, I was comfortable. I left with my mouth feeling brand new. My mouth is so clean I dont even want to eat.Dr. K did a filling and less than 5 mins she was done. Ms. Ella at the front desk, is polite, funny, down to earth. Jade who took care of billing and schedule does A WONDERFUL JOB getting things set up. THE SERVICE IS GREAT!!!!!!! Looking forward to my 90 days follow up.....

So i went too this dentist office maybe back in November because I cracked my wisdom tooth and at that time I didn’t have dental insurance so I have too pay out of pocket to get the tooth pulled which was like $375 it wasn’t a problem for me to pay I was in a lot of pain ok fast forward April 19 2019 I have been waiting for this appt since April 9th 2019 when I called I told them exactly what the issue was I again broke another tooth ok so today April 19 I had appt at 10am I got there maybe 15 minutes early walked up to the window said good morning to the receptionist she never opened her mouth ok cool she finally asked what my name was I told her ok they took me in the back and the receptionist took xrays of my mouth I will admit over years I haven’t been the best with my oral health but I’m trying to get it together fast forward the receptionist tell me I need a deep cleaning she’s goes and get a iPhone and try’s to force this credit card on me called care credit or something I got denied than she start talking Like well can u pay out of pocket or something um no I can’t right now im not working very ghetto about it she leaves some Indian lady comes in talking about what do u want us to do um pull it out that’s what I said she’s leave the room a older black lady comes back with a paper for different dentist office talking her call these places maybe they can take u because we cannot help u told I want for week for a drs appt just for them too tell me they can’t help me now here it is Friday and I’m sitting home miserable in pain because of these scandless ppl who wasted my time basically I have dentist insurance but they don’t want the insurance too pay I believe they are in this office try to SOLICIT MONEY from patients and I believe if u get that care credit card they also get some type of kick back when I called too my X-ray sent too another dentist office i talked too a lady named Brittany and they act as if they had no record of me was being very rude I have a friend who went there a while ago too get her teeth bleached which u have too pay for upfront usually the Receptionist called her months later right Be Christmas saying she never payed I believe it was the lady with the blonde hair she’s a lil heavy set this whole office is a scam something isnt right about them and I truly believe they need too be Looked into they thought since I payed out of pocket last time that I was gonna pay again out of pocket why would I pay out of pocket of I have dental insurance Moe this office is a scam and I will be reporting them to the state ASAP this office is right where it brings in the damn ghetto I wouldn’t recommend this office to my dog

I must admit i was extremely nervous, because of a traumatic expecience at another dentist office many years ago; however at the end of my initial appointment here I was smiling more when done. They were professional and courteous toward me and made me a believer that NOT ALL dentist leaves U with a bad experience & large bill. My dentist Dr. Ashalatha Kancharla. DDS was so very patient, kind and professional during every procedure i had. All of her staff were amazing young woman. I will refer anyone to them.
