CHAP is a really good overall clinic for comprehensive health care. I have had excellent care from the doctors in clinic. A few of the out of clinic specialists CHAP recommended were so so, but no huge disasters. Just check out the doctors they refer. Look them up on the internet. CHAP does take Medical patients, so the wait times can be long to get in, because of high patient loads. Be on time for your appointments, there is NO grace period, if you are late a walk in will take your place, and you go on the walk in list too.

The wait times in this place are horrifically long whether you have an appointment or not and if you ask the person behind the bullet-proofed glass in the waiting room on the second floor, you almost feel as if you should expect a mugging for having the nerve to imply that your time may be valuable! I know that they dont handle emergencies so I cant understand why you have to wait so long? I mentioned my issue with the waiting to one of the doctors and his/her response was: If youre so unhappy, why do you come here?!!!! I am starting to think that they care so little about patient satisfaction because the majority of us patients are low-income.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Terrible place, rude people, and they dont care about their patients. I would definitely try to find another place.

I was very happy with the pediatricians at this medical facility. Great bedside manner, and very knowledgeable.

Service was prompt. All staff were caring and professional. The Del Mar clinic should serve as a model for efficiency.

Lazy, try and get you out as fast as possible, dont know why they keep sending me here, Ive been having abdominal pain for over a year and they just keep saying its diet. Ive changed my diet and here I am back for the same thing and they dont answer their phone. When its lunch time every one leave at once so if you so happen to come around that time your screwed.

You can go in as a walk in and if someone misses their appointment you get to see a doctor.

Im glad I decided to go here instead of the Glendale Health facility. I was told only to take Motrin for a very painful condition in Glendale, but got the proper care at this place.

Phone staff sound really spaced out and dont take anything seriously theyre mostly overweight lazy people who work at a medical clinic.

Horrible they are never open from the morning, until 3:30 in the afternoon the rude staff despise they do not pass you to the pharmacy, they tell you to go if you want to see if there is any good, because at that moment there is no one who answers you, I arrived at 4:15 3-year-old person was retiring sadly, it is closed, I told him here it says that wings close 5. I go to the entrance, the lady who is always at the door closes it and leaves, people are arriving and they do not care, ay Good staff, and staff like the lady at the entrance who looks at you and treats you rudely as if she paid, your account is community and out of necessity we have to put up with rudeness and schedules, that they have, ???
