The staff were incredibly nice! The atmosphere was very comfortable and they’re very organised and safe. Everyone was very professional and they also tell you everything that you need to know. Dr. Yu was honest and gentle around her patients and made sure that your teeth were at their best. I was quite worried with how my filling would feel after the anaesthetic, but it turned out to be good and painless! Thank you so much to the team and Dr Yu!

My son is 6 years old. He LOVES going to the dentist to get his check-ups and cleanings! For his appointment the other day, he woke up in the morning asking, “How many minutes until the dentist, Mommy???” He loves the staff and, of course, the Tower of Treasure. He knows that if he does a good job, he earns tokens to get his treasures. They do a great job of making it a fun place to visit. Thank you Dr. Yu, Cara and everyone at Dental FX. Dr. Yu and Staff are truly wonderful. They take the time to go over everything with you, procedures, pricing and a plan, if needed. They even offered me a blanket if I was cold!I had to find a new dentist when my former dentist retired. I had been with him for over 30 years and was quite nervous about finding a new dentist. The staff at Dental FX were amazing! My tooth started bothering me a few days again and today I was in so much pain. My regular dentist was not able to see me until early next week but a co worker of mine called them and they fit me in right away. Everyone there was so nice and I appreciate them seeing me so quickly.

Just like most people I dont look forward to visiting the dentist. After reading the reviews on Dental FX website I gave them a call to request an appointment. Unlike other dental offices I was offered an appointment a week later. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and treated with respect and care. Before I knew it I was getting X-rays and examined. Dr. Judy Yu is awesome! She was friendly, comforting and very informative. She answered all of my questions and was patient taking extra time with me. The staff is over the top! Im so glad I chose Dental FX!

New to the area and was looking for a new dentist. I absolutely loved my last dentist, so my expectations were high. The office was very nice and well kept. The hygienist (Im not good with remembering names) was so thorough, made sure I was comfortable, and overall friendly; I enjoyed the experience. When Dr. Yu came in, it was very fast and felt a little rushed but maybe thats because I dont have much going on and I do great with my oral care? Lol either way, Ill continue to come here.

Dental FX is AWESOME! It is hard to believe that I have been a patient here for nearly 20 years but I wouldnt have it any other way. Dr. Yu is always so friendly and is very easy to talk to. She explains everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable. Dawn is amazing as well. I enjoy our little talks before and after my appointments and it means a lot when she remembers things we talk about months later. Cara and Sara are my dental hygienists and they are welcoming, friendly and great at what they do. It really is a family atmosphere which has me coming back after all these years. I came in as a new patient, for a comprehensive exam. This is my 3rd dentist in this area since moving here 7 years ago. Until now, I have not been impressed. The staff are polished and professional. They make you feel welcome when you arrive. The hygienist explained all the steps/procedures as she went through them. She gave me tips on where I can make some improvements in my routine and was so pleasant and friendly. Dr. Yu clearly explained her findings so that I could easily understand them. Dr Yu and her staff is the gold standard in dental practices. I don’t ever think I’ve ever said that I love the dentist, until now. I had an overall excellent experience!

Dr Yu and her staff are the best. I have been coming here for several years now and they always do excellent work. At my very first appointment I told them about a problem I was having with a crown (the first and only crown I had at that time). It had always given me trouble so I thought that was how crowns were. They identified the problem and replaced the crown. Since then I have had lots more cleanings and crowns. The work is always excellent. The best dentist and staff for miles. Highly recommend.

Ive been going to Dental Fx for over 2 years and its always a great experience. The hygienist I usually see is Cara, and she is AWESOME! She always is so personable, as well as thorough and informative about my care. I recently brought my toddler in for his first visit and she made it so fun for him, he loved it! She even let him pick out an extra toothbrush to take home. Dr. Yu is also great, she is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always remembers me.

I always find Dr. Judy and the crew to be friendly, caring and competent.

Staff is SO sweet, so nice, they were quick about any tests that were uncomfortable and theyve given me a comprehensive treatment plan with many financing options and brochures on why/what procedures I need done so I can understand my situation fully. I was scared to come in at first but, to my surprise, Im excited to see them again!Theyve given me the confidence to have a hard look at my oral health and to make appropriate changes to my routine. They made me feel comfortable and made accommodations for me when I explained my fear of localized anesthesia (in the form of needles). Ive never been to a dental care facility where I felt so well taken care of, educated, and listened to.I cannot recommend Dental FX enough.

I have never experienced this type of care from a provider before. I have been using Dental FX for a couple of years now. All of my experiences have been positive. They are on time and the hygienists are gentle, yet thorough. They also have a nice treat for the little ones--after their visit, they get tokens to put in a gumball machine and out pops a toy!

Dental FX Staff are very professional and helpful when it comes to the customer’s. while you are waiting the to be seen the energy level is very positive and relaxing. It’s not like your regular dentist back in the day. The staff really takes care of you.They have an amazing team. The lady’s who are working there are 100% amazing . They are always smiling, friendly, and the most important they talk to you. They make you feel at ease and the best part. On the 3rd floor they have a Movie Theater. I walked in and was greeted by the very friendly staff right away. I only waited a few minutes to be seen which is a HUGE improvement over my last dentist office. I even had an issue fixed that same day instead of having to schedule to come back and they let me know what was going on every step of the way. This office has been amazing and i am glad i decided to come in!

Well, it was as painless as it could possibly be. The staff and Doctor were as pleasant as can be and I mean.... I havent been to a dentist in 25 years. Walked out mostly pain free from neglecting a broken tooth that needed to be crowned. I will going back to have more done and as more of a preventative measure in the future, thank you Dental FX.

Due to covid-19 there are many procedures that had to be taken into consideration, but even with the restrictions Dental FX was very accommodating and my first visit was pleasant. They seem like a very thoughtful dentistry and hope my next visit will be as enjoyable as my first.

By far the best dentist I have had. Excellent customer service, Dr. Yu is very patient and helpful and her staff is just as awesome. They are well worth the plane flight from Florida! Anyone living in Maryland would benefit from going to this practice.

Dr Judy Yu is the sweetest, kindest dentist I’ve had in a long time. Very professional as well as her staff. The atmosphere in her office is like being at home. I am a complicated case but they’re understanding. And if she can’t fix the problem in your mouth she refers you to someone who can. She’s very concerned about her patients. I would recommend her to anyone. Although a bit pricey but you get what you pay for!!
