I have never ever taken the time to do a bad review. This dental offices cares more about the profit and not about the patient or client relationship. We now have to go to another dentist for our 2 daughters and get a second opinion. By the way they will release the X-rays at a cost. Just to email X-rays I already paid for. Do yourself a favor and do not use this dentist office

I was deceived by Gaiane their main Treatment Specialist, like its happened with others HERE! She made me believe I was getting a big discount for the Treatment Plan I NEEDED 4 Periodontal Disease. AND she offered to INCLUDE a Deep Cleaning WHICH was NEEDED B4 having Osseous Surgery. She was trying to GET me to take out a loan for $6000 & at that time Dr. Khabbaz walks into her office, stating she wanted me to get SOME Stay Plates ( Interim Partials) TOO! AFTER she left I said Id do IT, IF they included them too. She offered the Deep Cleaning at first, cuz I insisted I was going to hold off 4 a while, UNTIL I got SOME $$ I was expecting! THAT plus ALL the $$$ she was saving ME where her bait to GET me interested AGAIN. She said shed have to GET IT approved by THAT Dr. cuz she was the owner! That she wasnt SURE shed do IT, SO she got UP to go ask. WHEN she came back she said the owner liked me & wanted to HELP me OUT & shed agreed! THAT she wanted to help me GET my teeth fixed & THESE were her exact words as WITH the Deep Cleaning. SO I signed UP ONLY under conditions THAT theyd INCLUDE the Deep Cleaning & Stay Plates. BUT later she added the Deep Cleaning & Stay Plates on the Statement! I actually GOT charged 4 THESE, unlike WHAT the spoken agreement had BEEN. Gaiane was SO deceiving THAT I didnt check the Statement till IT was TOO late! Once she GOT her DEAL with ME I noticed HOW she wasnt SO nice AFTER. SO IT seems ITS true WHAT others write HERE ABOUT them, JUST being interested in a Profit! Dr. Khabbaz seemed ALRIGHT AT 1st THOUGH. BUT when I brought UP HOW I had BEEN tricked by Gaiane she wouldnt acknowledge IT. I spent 6 + months giving IT the benefit of the doubt to NO avail! EVEN though she MADE me believe she cared ABOUT my dental health WHEN she SAID I could HAVE my Perio Maintenance DONE THERE. I WAS supposed to have started IT in February OF THIS year BUT INSTEAD she jeopardized my dental health OVER dishonesty. I asked to be credited 4 the Deep Cleaning & Stay Plates which was $1200. THEIR Controller Andres is in ON IT TOO, which U figure hed be, once U meet him! WHEN I brought IT UP to her, SINCE shed have LAST say, she pretended she didnt deal WITH $$$ part at ALL. Gets worse THOUGH! Gaiane started acting peculiar WHEN I brought ALL THIS UP, as IF I was in the WRONG & didnt appreciate, ALL shed DONE 4 ME. WHEN ALL 3 of us met in her office to GET clarity she denied EVER offering a Deep Cleaning WITH the Treatment Plan! AND the owner acted like she didnt remember TOO well, ABOUT the Stay Plates. Gaiane threatened she was going to write SOMETHING on my file SO I wouldnt be a patient THERE ANYMORE! She ended UP doing JUST THAT too. WHAT I dont appreciate ABOUT Dr. Khabbaz THOUGH, is how she compromised Dr./Patient Relationship OVER a Wrong! EVEN when I pleaded her to DO RIGHT thing, AFTER Gaiane arranged ME not being SEEN THERE anymore, for AROUND 6 months, UNTIL I was officially removed 4 failure to communicate right earlier THIS year. Claimed IT was Out Of Her Hands & NEEDED to look AFTER her staff. ANYWAY when the owner wouldnt SEE to ME being credited for $1200 I EVEN went down to NOT include the Deep Cleaning, WHICH THAT Gaiane was denying NOW! I figured she should AT least honor $700 for the Stay Plates WHICH she wouldnt EITHER. Claimed she couldnt, LIKE it was out of her hands OR something. SO I ended UP forgiving her 4 IT BUT LAST straw was WHEN she wouldnt LET me back in AFTER Gaiane had ME withdrawn FROM THERE! AFTER we had THE meeting & I tried MAKING peace with Gaiane she was bitter LIKE she was in the WRONG & wouldnt admit IT. She had suggested to the Dr. THAT Id be banned BUT the owner wouldnt HAVE IT yet! After THAT she resented OUR patient/Dr. relationship IT seemed, cuz she wouldnt say Hi WHEN I was THERE. Wouldnt EVEN look AT me like she was guilty! BUT after I found OUT I wasnt getting Treatment NEEDED, THAT I made owner aware OF she DIDNT intervene as she SHOULD OF! INSTEAD she gave in to the whims of crazy Gaiane WHICH I believe isnt Ethical.

This dental office has only one thing in mind, to make as much profit as possible. They would even charge a fee to email you the Xray that you have already paid for.

This “business” is like experiencing dentistry in a 3rd world country, at 100x the cost. If you enjoy being treated by people whose exclusive interest is making as much money off of you as possible, you’ve come to the right place!. I am reporting them to the State Health board, HIPAA and Federal department of Health & Human Services for unfair price gouging.

Do not ever go here. I was referred here with a dental emergency. My face was swollen so big the specialist (who was very kind) clutched his pearls. I was in need of immediate help. After I got my x ray and the all clear for the procedure they took me out of the room and placed me in a secondary waiting room. A lady came in and called me into her office. She proceeded to tell me I needed to pay $250 for some shot which my insurance company later confirmed was already covered. She said I needed it and there was no way around it. At this point it was made clear to me that they would not help me unless I paid. This was alarming since I was there for a serious emergency and in great pain. When I told her I had no money for this due to THE PANDEMIC THAT HAS RENDERED AMERICANS PENNILESS, she told me coldly to call someone and ask to borrow the money. At this point I’m thinking is this a dental visit or a drug deal? What kind of savagery is this? How dare she? She then said that I could use credit and asked for my credit score. What the steaming hell? I told her that it’s a pandemic and just bc she has a job doesn’t mean everyone else does. She replied “just bc it’s a pandemic doesn’t mean people have bad credit”. Well at that point steam came out of my swollen head. As a black woman it is very common that I’m spoken to like a child that doesn’t know their own body in any kind of medical situation. In this case I felt so hurt that I was being taken for a fool during a time that I needed help the most. I suffer from social anxiety so badly that I often don’t leave my home. To go to a place that’s supposed to help you and be met with this kind of abuse was very traumatic. I got up and walked out. I got so angry I went to the receptionist to complain. She just laughed nervously from the onslaught of logic from a disgruntled patient and just ignored me. As I left (not before accidentally dropping my phone in the garbage and embarrassingly having to fish it out) I had a severe panic attack. Between the pain in my pulsating face and the shock of the abusive nature of this place my crippling anxiety took over. Barely being able to breathe and crying my eyes out I called my insurance company right away. they confirmed that 1. A patient should never be spoken to that way and 2. That $250 charge was unnecessary due to it already being covered. “Always ask them the code of the procedure and call your insurance company to confirm” this place abuses referred patients and god knows how many people have paid buttloads of money. I’m from the Bronx, I know a shakedown when I see one and if you’re not street wise you will be taken for a fool. This place operates just like the scam artists in brighten beach Brooklyn. Eastern brutishness used to scare you into paying up. Cancel this whole office please.

Worst dental office Ive ever been too. They only care about how much money they can charge than how to care for your teeth. The dentist told me my son need two fill-ins but then they charge me for two crowns. Dont understand why you need to pay for the treatments before in order to schedule the appointments for them.

Please dont come here! They sold me a machine called Waterpick for me use at home and clean in between my teeth. The stream of water was so strong that my gums started to separate from my teeth without me even knowing! During my next regular cleaning my dentist noticed this problem. Didnt ask me why all of the sudden this was happening but right away she recommended for me to have immediate attention with a very expensive, costly treatment. Everything is about money as soon as you enter. Never went back! Now I go to Art of Smiles. Better place with new equipment and nice people. No additional, unsolicited treatment or equipment, no gimmicks either. Im happy now 😊😊😊😊

They have it all, so you dont need to go elsewhere to specialists for different dental needs. Theyre kind of like the KP of dentistry. You can get scheduled to have several works done in the same morning or afternoon, saving you time and money. And if your insurance is lacking they also help you get financial coverage. And, btw, everyone there is professional, knowledgeable and friendly! They do excellent work!

This place was great. I took my wife here to have her wisdom teeth removed. The surgeon and team were efficient and kind. On the day of surgery they talked us through what to expect and sent us home with all the tools to recover.

They don’t answer/ return your calls! I’ve been trying since February to get a refund on a service they charged me for but never did. I’ve called weekly ever since and they always tell me they will call me back but never do. Last time I called the lady wouldn’t even speak to me herself! I’m a very patient and respectful person but maybe they shouldn’t charge me for something before they even do it just to have their doctors tell me I don’t need it!

I had to come with a friend that was getting her wisdom teeth removed, we waited an hour in the waiting room, then her surgery took an hour, they made her wait in the room for another hour until her doctor finally gave her a prescription.... longest waits ever and when I asked the receptionist why she scheduled my friend at 11:30 when she didn’t get called in until 12:45 all she said was “I’m sorry this happens a lot” even the employees know this place sucks. Hah.

Not many dental offices in Pasadena can you go and truly have all your dental needs fulfilled! Outside of just general dentistry, they can handle dental implants and implant work. All of the staff is so kind and the pediatric patients always seem happy as well!

No stars if that was an option. I had a referal from my primary dentist to this facility for oral surgery for my left wisdom tooth. I went to the consultation, the lady I had no consideration . I told her I am a full time student, but I start school in the fall, I live off my VA GI bill benefits I only get while I am in school, and I start soon til then I have nothing no cash flow coming in. I figured I had come up with money because of the excursiating pain again, not any understanding just wants my money. She made feel that I must have the extraction so I was forced to pay $600 and she supposedly gave me a $100 off. Said the implant I needed for the jaw bone not to erode was a few thousand dollars. Asked if I wanted to open up a credit account and probably being paying if off the next 20 years. So she made feel I had to have the procedure or bad thing would happen to my teeth gradually over time. I paid reluctantly but didnt feel too good about it. I told her I start a job soon and school on the 31st I had very limited time but need it done fast, she made me feel, not the tooth was very uncomfortable.I went to the oral surgery on Friday. I had anxiety and was scared of the shot. I was scared, really scared. The girl, I doubt she was even a real nurse, she was nice. Doctor came asked why I wasnt going under and just local with the type of extraction I was getting. I told him, I didnt really get an option. Then that lady stormed in and started giving attitude that she told but because I poor and didnt have the money basically making me feel like dirt, I told her to please leave my sight now, I wish to not speak to her again ever. Then the doctor comes and gives me the shots in my freakin mouth and I was terrified. I kept moving away when I saw the needle coming near my face. The doctor gave me total attitude was very mean and insensitive as well. I told me I can go somewhere else. I said, nope I paid, you are doing this, your office has bad customer service skills. I found out I could have went to Mexico and probably had the same done PLUS the implant for thousands cheaper and been treated a hell of a lot better than I was treated at this facility. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.ad the consultation was awful. She is veinsensitive ainly cared to give me my money. So shred of sensitivity at all. None. This was only regarding the extraction. Really amazing dentists. I had such a difficult case with my molars and the oral surgeon and staff were very professional. My appointment was quick. Even though I was put under anesthesia, Bobby the oral surgery assistant was the best, very attentive and caring. Lots of parking available.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Letrong This past Wednesday when I went to get my crown replaced. I did not feel a thing. And he was very calm and reassuring throughout the entire process. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to getting dental work, and he put all my nerves at ease, just as he has done in the past. I love Premier care dental group, I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a dentist.

I chose Premier Care Dental Group because of many reasons. When I did my research years back, I found that their staff are graduates from great schools and the experience that they have in the field is excellent. Also, I read that they were involved in training students from USC. Another thing that came out of my research was that when comparing them with other Dental Offices, Premier Care Dental Group exceeded them in service, diagnosis, and treatment. So, I decided to have them be my Dental Group. I have been coming to them for my dental needs ever since. Even though I moved to Orange County, I still use them; I don’t really care about how far they are from me. They are the best in Los Angeles County!

I came in for a bone-grafting surgery follow up yesterday. I had several questions regarding my recovery - including there was a piece of suture left in my mouth from 2 weeks ago when they took out the suture.The doctor came in and took a brief and was ready to leave. Completely ignored my questions and the piece of suture in my mouth. When I finally got his attention, he finally LOOKED at the surgery recovery area and took out the piece of suture. Then he walked away quickly and ignored my questions.I still had several questions regarding my recovering teeth. Guess what? They were not worried about answering my concerns. Instead, they try to make me schedule more appointments for other dental procedures they wanted me to do.I have been coming to Premier Care Dental for over 5 years now. Some doctors are great, which is why I keep on coming back.This is not the first time I felt being treated unfairly. And I am very tired of them treating me like a piece of meat.Overall, they try to tell you to spend money on procedures you may or may not actually need at all. They have very little concern about your actual well-being. In short, they dont see you as human beings that deserve professional care. They see you as meat for them to make money from.Also. Something very fishy about the charge....somehow they take the insurance but the insurance doesnt cover the procedures they want you to do. I had 3 different dental insurances in the past 5 years, and its always the same. I heard other people experiencing something similar as well.I kept coming back because of Nareem. Otherwise, I would never come back to this place.

Would of been a good transaction. But be cautious on how they explain penalties. Canceling and rescheduling appointments have the same meaning to them. You will get penalized if you reschedule your appointment. And in a timely manner also. The Dentists are great and do great work. But the finance department which the person (lady) will remain nameless. As I’m sure she gets a lot of complains about her.

I was elbowed on my face several years ago and the injury caused my front tooth to crack at the root. I didnt realize it until the crack root pinched my gum, the gum got infected and the infection spread to my sinuses causing nose bleeds. It started with a few drops on my pillow everyday. By the time I had discovered what happened I was already deployed overseas with the military. The military did the best they could and ended up placing a bridge, which Ive had to replace twice. Ive always been self conscience about my smile. Then one day last year in spin class the jolting caused my bridge to come loose once again. I went into the dentist only to find out that the bridge had broken off my other tooth. I decided there and then to invest in myself. Because of all the previous infections, I now needed cadaver bone prior to any work being done. Its been about eight months in the works. I just completed stage two and Im waiting for the swelling to go down and for my stitches to be removed. Yes, some places will promise a magic smile same day, but if you need implants you need to allow your body time to recover from each procedure. Just like you cant take a seed and expect a fruit tree the next day, or a fruit salad the day after that. You need to be patient. The staff at Premier Care Dental Group has been excellent. Theyve always respected my privacy and have been professional with me during every visit. Its been a long journey, but I know that when its all finally over, hopefully the next two months, Ill look back and know that in the long run it was all worth it. Whats keeping you from investing in yourself? Dont go for the quick fix, unless you want to come back in the future for another quick fix, just like I did with my previous bridge repairs. Imagine yourself five years from now looking back at this very moment. My injury was sustained 10 years ago. I wish I would have gotten this done even five years ago. Dont wait like I did. Invest in yourself now. You owe it to yourself to take care of the most important person in your life. You. If you cant take care of you, you wont be able to care for others. Its not selfish, its because you deserve a better quality of life. Remember pursuit of happiness is the American way. Do it for you. Now that Ive put myself first, even though my work isnt complete yet, I get a lot of compliments on my smile. I wish I could post pictures, but trust me, Premier has kept my smile looking fabulous these past eight months.

The individual dentists are great, however the financing is often wrong and does mistakes in their favor. Takes months and months to get refunds, while they push you to pay all a month before procedures. More transparency and honesty would be appreciated. The receptionists are courteous, the people in charge of your payments will not return your calls, so try not to pay in advance.

I have had a lot of work done with this dental office and I can confidently say that it has been a very positive experience and I would especially recommend going there if you need serious work such as dental implants. I received 4 and I am a very sensitive patient who presents with anxiety at the thought of dental surgery, but I was treated with such care and personalized attention that made it possible for me to have all of the work done that I needed. I am very satisfied with the care that they provide and I have referred other persons to this office.

This is a large clinic, with many dentists working here (before the pandemic). Ive needed a lot of serious dental work, and have probably seen 10 or more of them over the last few years (depending on availability and specialty).I thought all the dentists were at least pretty good, and some quite exceptional. For serious oral surgery, Dr. Farid is amazing in his knowledge, skill, attentiveness, communication, care, and friendliness. (My wife changed to Premiere Care because of my experience with him.)For cosmetic surgery (caps, crowns, etc.), I can’t imagine someone better than Dr. Letrong. He’s an artistic perfectionist who does whatever it takes to satisfy his patients, and like Dr. Farid, he goes above-and-beyond for their wellbeing. When the pandemic hit, I thought I’d have to wait until it was over to get the final crown for a dental implant. But as that could cause dental health problems, he braved the pandemic and came to the office just to put in that crown for me (and it’s perfect).Also, my experiences with the rest of the staff — receptionists, the financial coordinator, dental assistants, and technicians — have been consistently good.Finally, they have convenient (and free) parking, and good public transportation access.

The premier scam group!Financially Shady, overpriced services, rude staff (except front desk staff),illegally charging for services not done, ultimate money oriented fake diagnosis!-Shady financial transactions (charged me close to $1500 for absolutely nothing, had to file a dispute with the credit card issuer and took me one year to get my money back)-Super high prices. (Quoted me $980 some change for wisdom teeth extraction, while only cost me and my insurance total of $216 at another office)- Work not done right, did not take responsibility!!- (some) Good doctors working there, also some total newbies who ruined my teeth, still suffering after almost 3 years)-Their diagnosis doctor sweet talks you into a full disaster! Never allow them decide for you!-They charge YOU for the mistakes THEY make!! (Messed up a tooth that was already filled, removed old filling, filled it again! That should have flagged them for me! next prescribed a crown,next root canal!!! Still not done right!)-They charge you close to $50 if you request YOUR OWN RECORDS!-Rude financial manager!My best advice, stay away from this office!I have never ever distrusted a dentist! Walk in... had xrays done made appt for a filling...office manager states im going to have a balance after insurance of $363...for services not rendered yet and unbeknownst to me and unlawfully ran credit for $3000... called after I left and she wont take the call.

The place is not recommend as my 2 years experience. not professional, not well communicated and many more..... suffered enough from the treatment..... baaaaad prognosis.I paid all out pockets years ago.After 2 years I get a bill of 600$ from primer.I checked with insurence the total out of pocket was 1100 for 3 different treatments. I paid 2300$ to Priemier dental care all total. They add unnecessary money. I changed this provider. The out of pocket become less with sane insurance.I had appointment for my son at 8 am and the day before at 5pm they call and say appointment shifted to 8:15am and as soon I arrive the facility they say they have an emergency and shift the appointment to 9am. The kids school and the parent work was affected due to same and the receptionist started shouting at the parent when the orginal schedule was at 8 am printed on a paper and given by them. I always arrived 10 minitues before the appointment but the doctor never saw the patient until another 45 minitues! And later they came and said wait another 45 minitues….Unbelievable services and providers. No value for people time or services.

I paid to be sedated intervinioisly (totally worth it) best experience I have ever had, this place is pricey , but for quality care, you get quality service. I was charged $195 for the service I have never received! I scheduled an appointment for my daughter. The office asked me to pay in advance. Next day (about one week prior the appointment) I cancelled an appointment. The person in charge said that I will receive a refund in 2 to 3 weeks. One month after I still didnt get anything. I called multiple times with NO result

Do not trust these people! This was the last place I went to to have 3 extractions. After all the teeth problems I have had, these 3 teeth were the last that were in bad condition. Shortly after my extractions, realized that they must have hit my tooth with a dental tool, and had a piece of my tooth fall out (a perfect pebble shaped piece on the back of one of my front teeth (that was in good condition). When I was still healing, I had another chunk of tooth come out of one of the teeth that were next to the extracted ones. I wouldnt trust them. They are clearly greedy, and do not have any compassion towards people who are terrified of the dentist, and make matters worse. Wouldnt go back to this place if they were the last dentists on the planet. And if you notice the reviews, the owner only gets back to the people who have good feedback. If you had a lousy experience, they arent interested in finding out what they could do to make it better, and that is proof that they are some scammers!

I like this place. Front staff, kid staff, dentist, everyone is really nice and the work is very good and as a paying customer I think is cheap. My only problem with this place is that it is DIRTY. The floors the sinks the everything is enough to make you cringe.. They really need to renovate the place. Im done with all my dental work and was very pleased with the work, but I wont be returning because I just cant bear the grubbiness of the place.

One of the most uncomfortable dental experiences Ive had. I was told it was a 30 min appointment and I was there for an 1 hour and 15 min and had to leave without receiving a cleaning. They took about 20 X- Rays of my mouth which felt quite invasive and I did not enjoy being told every time my tooth bleed or hearing comments that something in my mouth was prone to infection. Will not be returning.

Great experience. Dr. Friedman was informative and kind not to mention a pleasent sense of humor. The ladies at the front were helpful and efficient. It was a great first visit!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Communication between the staff and clients is horrible! They dont explain the extent of the work being done to you but will be quick to bill you for it. $10,000.00 plus into the work needed according to them, my mother has had to go back and forth with them for numerous mistakes they have made. If you care about your dental health and well being for that matter DO NOT go here. Not only will it stress you out, youll be left with tremendous bills to pay for the worst dental work ever.

You can definitely find a better place. They are very pushy and dismiss anxiety with the “everyone gets anxious sometimes it’s normal” attitude. They do have everything available there (oral surgery, ortho, etc). If you are a sensitive human find another dentist.

An office full of great dentists. Ive had bad dentists before, but this office makes me not afraid to show up for an appointment. Multiple procedures, multiple dentists, all great at their job, polite, kind and willing to explain anything. Such a relief to get work done here. And the waiting room! Spacious, comfy couches and chairs, wi-fi, movie in the background...Just make sure to move your car every 2 hours or just pay for parking.

I originally sought care for an abcess and seeing this office listed as a provider by my insurance. Because of the severity of the problem and not having received dental care in years, Ive had to visit the office a number of times so have interacted with many dentists, assistants, hygienists, the surgeon, and office staff and have been very satisfied with care, follow-up, attention to detail, the staffs interpersonal skills, and the facility generally. Follow-up instructions have been clear with clarification available as needed. I really appreciate the care Ive received and would recommend their services.

I had 1 impacted wisdom tooth and all four wisdom teeth which needed to be removed. Dr. Forids teams customer service was calming, reassuring, and really sat me up well. The procedure went very smoothly and I am incredibly happy.

Dr. Rouhani is the best dentist Ive had. And Im not young. Knowledgable, friendly, helpful, and a first-class human. Her staff is also skilled and friendly. I recommend her.

If they continue to pay attention from the front desk to the personnel who organize work charges and payment as well as hire and maintain good doctors and their medical support team, this dental group will continue to insure they will have a successful business for many years to come.

This place is a total scam! Do not go!! Took my son for a free consultation (biggest mistake)They charged me in advance for a medication that was needed, which was NOT used since I ended up going elsewhere bc too expensive. When I tried contacting them for a refund they completely dodged me, but they ended up giving me PARTIAL refund not even my FULL REFUND! Their financial worker Andres is so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional when I questioned him on why I didn’t get my full refund since my son didn’t even get any work done with them he made up excuses that weren’t even relevant. He didn’t resolve my problem he ended up saying since I wasn’t “understanding and cooperating” he couldn’t talk to me (he was screaming at me over the phone as he explains to me the reasons why they can’t do full refund) TIL this day my problem hasn’t been resolved they make their money by scamming people. Don’t understand how they have good rating. It’s also funny how they only respond to the good comments, but not the bad ones.

The place is located under Walgreens. Took a little to figure out where they were. Even had to call to get directions for the front door. This ordeal made me 10 minutes.Once inside, the receptionist seemed like it was her first day. Took 10 more minutes just to get checked in. She verified my information after giving me the intake form. By the time I got back to my seat and started on the form, I was being called inside. Kind of a good and bad thing at the same time.My appointment was for a check up and cleaning, they did the check up, and like any other LHI visit, cleaning wasnt even done on the same day. All they did was check my gums and tell me what was wrong. Supposedly, theyre gonna be pushing for a second visit so that I can actually get the cleaning done. Only time will tell.

Rip off artists. Wanted more than $5000.00 for treatment that was covered by my insurance. When the Dental Plan called they refused to give them the procedures codes so they could verify why I was being charged so much money they refused and dropped me as a patient so they dont have to disclose the rip off artists they sure are. They first began by lying over whether a bridge should be covered or not and everything went south. I wouldnt recommend this place. Now if you have the money for the up sell, then go ahead and do it.

Terrible, I cant recommended to anybody. They are a FRAUD, they offered to me an implant and a plan to pay 140 to 175 dollars per month if so all my treatment. I was agree and my bill was for 289 every month. Laura and Andres, they never resolved and I still paying 26.99 percent.. and Care credit, the bank says is the dentist because they make a mistake submission the bill, the manager and the other theft guy, never resolved and I am paying because I dont want to lose my credit.. I recommended to my sister and my friend, they spent 13,000 and they made a lot mistakes on me. NOW I AM LOOKING A LAWYER TO HAVE A COMPLAINT IN DENTAL BOARD. .. Didnt get any work done but this is a terrible place. DO NOT COME HERE. A wire was poking out from my permanent retainer and I just wanted the wire removed since Im a college student and Ill be going home soon to my dentist back in NY. First thing they did was bring me into an x-ray room saying they did this for all new patients. They didnt even ask me for my problem yet so I guess they just do this as a way to make easy money. Clearly this was overkill and I told them my simple problem. They then brought me to a financial consultant who said it would cost $500 (citing they required to take x-rays and other bs) and insurance would not cover any of it. Left immediately and looking for another dentist in the area. Completely overpriced for such a simple task.

Do not go here. They will rip you off.I went here to get a root canal, since they took my insurance. They insisted on an initial consultation, even though I had a referral from my dentist and an x-ray. I was charged a $5 sterilization fee, though the doctor never even looked in my mouth or picked up an instrument. He just looked at the x-ray I brought with me.When he was finished with his used car salesman impersonation, I was sent to the payment consultant, who created a bill for me. They could not do the root canal for 10 days, but she wanted me to pay on the spot. In fact, she refused to make the appointment unless I paid my co-pay. I declined, took a copy of the bill, and called my insurance company. According to my insurance company, there was a $425 item on the bill that had nothing to do with my situation.Needless to say, I went somewhere else for my root canal but it didnt end there..4 or 5 weeks later, I got a letter from my insurance company listing the charges they tried to pass off to my insurance, including a charge for an x-ray (I brought my own), and several other items that totaled over $600.Keep in mind that these jokers never once looked in my mouth. The doctor just spent a few minutes looking at the x-ray that I brought with me.This business is a scam.

On 4/5/2019 I visited Premier Care Dental Group for an appointment at 1:30 PM. This appointment was set the day previous (4/4/2019 with Angie)Upon setting the appointment the day previously, I asked Angie 3 times if they accepted my specific insurances. She assured that they do. I told Angie that I only wanted to have fillings and the tooth extraction that is covered by my insurances and did not want to be sold any other procedures that were not covered. She assured me that they would respect that. (Told Angie I Already had previous dental xrays/cleaning, records)When I arrived the next day on 4/5/2019, all my identification cards and insurance cards were collected and I was asked to fill out patient forms. After I completed the forms, I was taken to patient room 4.Dr. Rouhani said that it was not possible for me to get fillings today, despite Angie assuring me that today was possible when making the original appointment.Next, she told me to get up from the dental patient chair and grabbed my charts and told me to sit in some other waiting room and stated Laura is going to tell you what to do next. This waiting room area was across from an individual who had Laura and then the title Director on her door.This is where the friendly and courteous demeanor of Premier Care Dental Group promptly took a 180 degree turn. There were 2 extra charges there that Laura claimed were not covered by insurance, one being an Occlusal Guard and the other Sedation.I informed her that I was only there for fillings and the wisdom tooth extraction, and only going to agree to the procedures covered by my insurance plans.Laura then became belligerent and hostile, stating that I had to sign the paper with the extra charges if I wanted dental services. I informed her that Id be happy to sign the form once she took off the inaccurate information/ unnecessary/ extra procedures (A mouth guard and sedation totaling to $777.00).Laura the Director snapped back with You can just cross these out with a pen, and then sign it here! I politely informed her that it was illegal to attempt to force me to sign this inaccurate billing form with these additional/unnecessary & inaccurate charges/procedures I refuse to agree to.I asked her to print out an accurate one. She refused.I then stood up, opened the door, and left her office and asked another staff member to help me. I was told to go to reception. Went to reception, I asked why this lady is trying to force me to sign inaccurate/fraudulent patient invoices when Ive told her 6 times that Im only there for what my insurance covers.Laura then states that my insurance doesnt cover ANY services at Premier Care Dental Group.(I knew this was a STRAIGHT UP LIE, as Id called my insurance the day previously to confirm what was covered & had read the Yelp reviews here on this dental office already. I had already made an appt before reading the reviews, so I wanted to give benefit of the doubt to this office.) I asked why I wasnt told this at the initial day of making the appointment and why wont she answer my questions. She then tells me to just leave. Huh?An individual who stated his name was Jesse Hernandez who told me that none of the dental services are covered by my insurance and that he wanted me to just leave. I stated that I was confused and why all of a sudden now that Im refusing to sign these fraudulent patient invoices that now they claim that they dont accept any of my insurances and for me to just leave.By this time a grey haired gentleman in aqua green scrubs, approximately 50s to 60s yelled out Call the police in front of all the other patients waiting in the front area. I responded So youre going to call the police on patients who refuse to sign fraudulent patient invoice bills? Dont worry Im leaving, but I have to say this is quite unethical and degrading to people. And left.The whole experience was traumatizing, leaving me, the patient distressed and degraded.

Bin was solicitous and checked on me regularly during my cleaning. He also kept me dry during the water cleaning; water tends to dribble down your face which is pretty unpleasant. Dr. Roujani was pleasant and professional, and Maria explained why a zirconia crown though more expensive was the way to go if you could afford it. My only objection was them asking for payment before doing the work. Next time I will be more cautious and only pay half up front or ask for installments. But definitely loved Bin - he’s a keeper!

If you notice the reviews for almost any business are either great or terrible, terrible reviews in my experience are often by people who were turned down for financing or just couldnt afford the whole monty.That aside, I AM LOVING MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR !!!I have had several tooth extractions and other procedures at several different dentist, along with several orthopedic surgeries, and I know good medical care, and the staff and crew at Premier Care are top notch.So far I have had an extraction and bone graft, I am scheduled for a deep cleaning and the sleep guard I desperately need and then hopefully beginning next year I can start on getting the tooth implants I need.I am a private corporate pay and so I first went in for my low cost exam, x-rays and diagnosis, the x-ray tech, dentist and the orderly who came in the exam room to offer me water and check that I was comfortable were all so cheerful you can tell they enjoy where they work and want to do their best because of it.The dentist took plenty of time to explain to me in detail my needs, their order of importance and the projected effects of having versus not having them, and I love that I never felt rushed and almost pampered enough to think I was at a spa.I next met with their GM Laura who put together a very detailed estimate of my needs and their cost for me to take to my people for a purchase request, she then met with them and myself to schedule everything and receive our payment and even went the extra distance to rewrite one purchase to the corporations individual protocol, the payor even mentioned how much more professional, organized and to the point Laura was in comparison to other contractors he deals with for a living.In today for my extraction and graft and I am dealing with a lot less of a pain level both during and hours after my procedure, in a very clean and organized treatment room and their team worked so well in unison I want to buy a race team just to have them pit for me.And,When I thought a mistake was some paperwork I should have doubled checked myself first, because it was my mistake, and to the nice young lady who I at first thought made mistake, my sincerest apologies, contempt prior to investigation is very outside of my character and it re-taught me lesson.All in all I have been to Western Dental twice before for similar work, and by comparison Western is puppy mill style dentistry in dirty noisy conditions by an inexperienced staff just there for skool hours.Premier Care will have my business from now on and always and I am looking forward to finishing my procedures at a proper pace and not just piggybacked together to collect the money as fast as possible like at other places, and as a business man I know that it cost Premier Care a little more money to operate that way, I guess they think their clients and patients are with it, and how awesome is that ?Thanks again Premier,Very Sincerely,One Very Satisfied Old Goat 🐐

Unless you call root cancels drilling etc. pleasant . I have had 4 different hygienist All have been efficient thorough and fast .After they clean your teeth the doctor comes in and looks in your mouth for obvious problems , or may do X-rays .I have enjoyed each doctor I can talk to them and they listen as well as giving advise .I recommend this to any of my family friends or clients . There prices are fair as well since in today’s world we all dont have dental insurance and they will try to get you a loan as well at a very low interest rate as long as you can qualify .Now lets talk about my 6 year old boy and Dr. Raymond WangI wouldn’t want any other Doctor to work on my sons mouth , as a parent you feel so helpless for your child but i was amazed how he can deal with the ones who cry or are scared . He has a very special way with children he makes them fell comfortable as well as the parents he talks with you before and after the procedures. I was so nervous for my child and he did it so fast and was amazed to hear my son singing right after allthou that didn’t last long for there mouths are numb and they are to little to understand about certain things like not biting there lip while numb .The hardest thing was to let the medicine were off , by the next day he was fine and back at school . They are deceiving. My sister was referred to their office because she has cerebral palsy and needed to be put under to get work done. Even though we insisted on only getting the necessary service to get started, they insisted that she would get a better price if she agreed on getting everything done. Since she did not qualify by herself to the over five thousand bill, they sweet talked me into cosigning for her. On our last visit they were asking for another $150.00 dollars which I refused to pay. I asked them for a refund since everything has been paid for, and she has still not gotten an implant. If we don’t get the refund, I will continue writing bad reviews for this company. I will also write to the Better Business Bureau and complain of their unethical practices.

This place is a ripoff they way overcharged for the dental work and even charged us without any work ever being done we were making payments on treatment that had not been completed or even started unheard off please look at your policy and ask your insurance how much they can charge you for treatments beware or truly be sorry
