I was referred to the office by my best friend who has been a satisfied patient for a long time. Let me first say that Monica who scheduled my appointment was terrific. She was friendly, accommodating with my time schedule and got back to me quickly with an explanation of my dental benefits. The rest of my experience was just as smooth. I saw Dr Michael for an exam and some painless fillings and Susan helped with the finances. My Best Friend was right! The Walnut Hill team is pretty FANTASTIC.

I had a great dental experience at Walnut Hill Dental. From the front desk, hygenist, accounting, and my dentist Dr. Wolfe, the ladies are all professional, friendly, and made sure I was informed and comfortable the whole way through. Dr. Wolfe was professional and not at all pushy in informing me of all my treatment needs with a priority list that helps with planning and managing the treatments. She answered all my questions along the way explaining the treatments needed and alternatives when possible. I highly recommend Dr. Wolfe and the team at Walnut Hill Dental to take good care of your dental needs!

I have only been with Walnut Hill Dental for 2 months, but so far am very happy with the quality of care. It was recommended that I have 6 fillings, a root canal with a crown, and a deep cleaning. Its a lot, but I recently left my other dentists because I felt like they were not very proactive in my dental care. I had gone to another dentists a few months prior to Walnut Hill Dental, and they pretty much gave me the same assessment. At Walnut Hill Dental, they take pictures of your entire mouth to show you why the work is needed. You are then given a an estimate of the costs and then can determine if you want all or some of the work done without any pressure. Dr. Elizabeth did a great job on my fillings and Dr. Michael spent a lot of time on my root canal and patiently answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable with both.Talin the Dental Hygenist is wonderful. You can tell she is very passionate about her work. She told me she likes working in this office because she wants to do a thorough job and doesnt feel pressure from the dentists to hurry as other offices do. The rest of the staff is also great. Very helpful and professional. They do take their time on the procedures, which I like, but I work from home. If you are in a hurry or have to get back to the office, make sure you add some extra time so you are not in a rush to get back.

Friendly & professional staff. Not wait time. Seen my grandmother and addressed her needs ASAP. Cleanliness and organized. And they even accommodated my grandmother through the backdoor due to her mobile disability of being able to walk far distances.

This office was great. The Doctor was real friendly, I went in real nervous, I hate the dentist, but in this office, I felt comfortable. The dental assistants were so friendly. I think the Doctor could tell I was nervous that he would make sure I felt okay. I am so thankful to have found this dentist.

I came to the Dentist Dr Wolfe on Friday 4/12/2019 at 4pm with a huge pain in one of my right tooth (i mentioned the pain came when i touched my crown). They did a radiography and a scanned image to check it and i was diagnosed with a cavity in a tooth next to the crown informing that the crown was also a bit cracked. I just asked them to remove all my pain on the same day but they only work in the tooth next to the crown only and closed the cavity with some paste and told me that they had to go and that they will finish the work on monday 4/15/2019 at 4:30 pm. I was left all the weekend with an unveliabable pain and they prescribed me with amoxicillin and ibuprofen knowing that i will be suffering from an incompleted work charging me already the $49 for the initial analysis of the problem and $1789 for the process of reparing the tooth next to the crown and the crown. Its unacceptable from my point of view to pay that amount of money without being assisted immediately and removing the pain of a person. My right gum started to be infected during all this long wait. I was unable to sleep, work and do nothing all the weekend. When i returned back on Monday 4/15/2019 they did a more deep scan and stated that the root canal of the crown was totally broke and they told me that needed to remove it and charged me $350 in addition of what I paid while i was praying them since friday to remove my pain. So they did a bad diagnose of the problem i had on friday and on the detailed scan they finally got to know what the problem was letting my right gum to infect causing more pain to me. That is also is a risk for the health of a patient that already paid them. They also wanted me to do a bridge afterwards with a bridge that will cost almost $5000 on top of the $1789 that I already paid them. I was with a lot of pain and i paid them the other $350 to remove my crown and told them i dont have $5000 extra to do the rest and prayed them to remove my pain once more. They removed it and Im now relieved but Im really dissapointed for the bad diagnose, for charging me a lot of money for doing nothing on Friday and letting me suffer an incredible pain during the weekend. This is not fair for the money I paid and knowing all what i went through they wanted me to pay $5000 for implants when they never solved my initial problem that was my pain.I usually dont leave feedbacks and besides that Dr Wolfe is a kind person and also provided me with her cellphone to notify any urgency. I wrote her all the weekend reporting all my pain and she knows what Ive been through. I hope this doesnt happen to anybody else.Regards,Kurt

What I love about going here is how friendly and caring Dr. Tsibel and his staff are. Believe me when you are half way through a tough root canal and he places a caring hand on your shoulder and asks if you are doing ok... you know it is because he cares how you are doing and knows that there are many fun things you could have chosen to be doing at that time instead of being in his chair. And that care makes all the difference to me!!!

Really, dont go here. There was an issue every single step of the way (it took ~3hr for a simple cleaning and x-rays), and they tried to convince me I needed a lot of costly work (another dentist confirmed that I dont need it). And then they couldnt even handle insurance properly. The whole thing was very sketchy.

FILTHY OFFICE PRACTICES!! DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A DISEASE!!Update: my husband got back from this dentist and they DO NOT PRACTICE SANITARY METHODS. The person taking his xrays touched everything that WASNT covered with plastic, then put their filthy hands back into his mouth. Then she touched the mouse for the computer and PUT HER HANDS BACK INTO HIS MOUTH!! FOUL!!! Then, the faucet that the water came out of had this blue crust growing out of it. This is the little faucet that fills the cup they tell you to rinse. Again, my husband took photos, but we cant post them on here... Dont go to this place unless you want Hepatitis A, B, C, oral herpes and some disgusting flesh eating bacteria from some other patients filthy mouth. WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT GO BACK!This is based on a photo my husband took of the instrument tray. It had this rust colored crust around the tray and it looked like the plastic covering the instruments was torn and used. I wish I could post the photo here on Google, but Ill post it on fb instead. Thought with all the good reviews they could be our new dentist, but the sanitary issues are freaking disgusting. I also left a message to set up an appointment and they never called me back. I had to call back 2 days later to make the appt.
