Took my mom for the first time and she loved it. I am always worried to take her to get a massage because of her dislocated shoulder, a broken arm that never healed and bad arthritis. Sara really took the time to figure out what the problem areas were and delivered. My mom was so relieved when she was done. She is not the easiest person to please and she couldn’t stop talking about how great she felt. Sara was so honest that she told my mom to book an appointment with another masseuse there named Chris because he is an expert with shoulders. That’s classy!!I also received a massage from Gabby and you can tell she knows what she is doing. She knew every pressure point and found knots that I didn’t even know I had. I knew right away she was someone that really studied the bodyThank you!!!

They literally want to call you back to see if you’re qualified for lymphatic drainage massage… who is she to decide who needs it or not? She’s losing business.. don’t even bother calling.. you probably won’t even qualify. I waited more than a week for a call back and nothing!

I went a few years back on the recombination of my sister in law who goes there and recently went in because of terrible pressure pain in my head. My Dr. had put me on prednisone and even had a CT scan that all showed nothing. I spoke to the owner and explained, she was able to get me in. This place is very clean and all covid safety measures where in place.We talked and she got to work, while deep tissue massage can be painful she took her time and was always asking the pressure she was applying was too much.While feeling lightheaded after which is normal later I felt so much better. I booked 3 appointments to go back. Highly recommended

I LOVE this place! And Chris is always fantastic. Ive been coming here since early 2019 and have never had a bad experience! I just had my first pregnancy massage with Chris and it was VERY needed. Sure, Ill miss the deeper massages, but I love how seriously they take the well-being of their patients. Chris and the front desk staff are always professional and never have you feeling rushed. Im so happy with the service here I could cry! (No, its not the hormones!! Or maybe it is. Who knows?)

I absolutely loved my lymphatic drainage massage.. Kate does a fantastic job with lymphatic massages. She is the best and very nice :) .. I highly recommend her!!! Her technique has help reduce swelling and pain after my whole body liposuction and BBL.. She does a great job with getting those fluids moving.. I will come back to her again..Vive! is a very clean, quite and nice place. All people who work there are nice .

The staff are very friendly and the standard of masseuse that VIVE hires is exceptional. I have been going there for at least 3 years for treatment of issues and they never fail. It’s always a blissful treatment and my issues are always dealt with my pain is lessened and gradually totally diminished. If every business was as successful with their staff involvement and high standards as they are at VIVE it would be a much better world.

I was a massage therapist for 15 years before moving to the Chicago area to go to nursing school. I’ve worked with a lot of massage therapists. My therapist Cesar was fantastic and one of the best therapists I’ve worked with. He had great technique, great pressure, and was very confident in his work. I’m so glad to have going a massage practitioner to work out all my pain and muscle aches.

Went to Vive! Therapeutic Massage for the first massage of my life. I can not recommend it enough!! The easy of getting an appointment either online or by calling in (VERY friendly, helpful, professional staff answering the phones!). The great communications, email confirmations, text the evening before to remind me. The calm, relaxing atmosphere once there. And given the current COVID situation Vive! went above and beyond. I text from the parking lot & waited a couple of minutes then went in when they text me back that my therapist was ready. Everyone was wearing masks (me included) and I was informed the rooms are COMPLETELY sanitized after EACH client is done. My therapists was Kate & she was SO kind, gentle & reassuring for this 1st timer. I felt AMAZING after!! I can not say enough good things about Vive! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It’s the best place to get a therapeutic massage. Their therapists are knowledgeable, very competent and professional. Gordon is excellent at Manual Therapy. I’m a PT myself and it’s comforting to know I can entrust my problem areas to someone who’s able to address it effectively.

Facility was nice and cozy. The massage itself was just OK. She did a lot of fascia blasting and using tools that Im not used to. The massage part itself didn’t really feel like the deep Swedish massage I wanted. Some people just have different styles, I would go back and try someone different next time.

Let me tell you,Ive had one of the best massages in such a long time, the detailed work on my muscles, and such a relaxing state of mind. Ive been a LMT for 8 years, but mainly focused on Nursing as a ANP. Usually I am just awake because of my interest of knowing what is going on with someone new, but let me tell you, I was so relax, part of me fell asleep. It was wild, personally. I have rarely gone for a massage, my last one was about 10 years ago. I was gifted a one hour massage with Geri from a caring, best friend after going through a very stressful time in my life. It was just what I needed. Everyone at Vive are very professional especially Geri who is exceptional. The atmosphere is very relaxing and clean. They are taking all the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the Covid 19 virus. I felt completely safe. The massage was invigorating and relaxing at the same time. I had a lot of tightness in my shoulders and back which were addressed leaving me feeling refreshed. Geri taught me simple stretches that I continue to do which have been helpful. Thanks to my friend I have found where to go for stress management. I highly recommend Vive, they were perfect.

I felt VIVE is addressing COVID-19 very well and safety precautions were being taken which made me feel safe. Nicole is really great as I feel she takes me seriously with my pain and tries to put a good plan in place to manage it. I havent been there for a longer massage in a while because of what is going on in the world so 90 minutes felt heavenly yesterday, honestly felt like 45 minutes even though the clock was right! I am a little sore today but I know that means she got the spots that needed attention and I always feel overall better after seeing her. Thanks for asking for feedback.

I have been having some bad pain in my neck and shoulders where I apparently carry my stress and anxiety. I booked an appointment today after receiving a client appreciation discount (thanks!) and headed over after work. I hadnt been there since they moved to the new space. It looks lovely!I met Nicole for the first time and she was very kind and welcoming. She asked me for some details on what I was feeling and catered the massage to my neck and shoulders. Im much more concerned with feeling better after the massage than feeling relaxed during it - I prefer pretty deep pressure to help fix the problem. Nicole was able to do the deep pressure massage while also making it incredibly relaxing, which I have found rare.After, she gave me some water and some tips on what to do if I feel sore in the next few days. If its any indication of the service - Ill be back next week!

She gets right to work on me after asking what sore points on my body I would like her to concentrate her. The spa itself is clean, the receptionists are friendly and helpful. I’ve been going to Vive for a year now. I typically need a deep tissue massage and always see Jess. She is amazing! She listens intently to what my current issues are and follows up on previous ones. She always manages to pinpoint my issue and alleviate it each time. She’s very knowledgeable and recommends different stretches I can use between my appointments with her. The front desk staff is always so cheerful, friendly and welcoming. I also arrive a little early so I can relax before my massage in their living room.
