This was the first location I came to see when I started looking to rent a suite and fell in love with it from the first visit. The building is newly remodeled, always kept clean, the rooms are beautiful with big windows and lots of natural light, parking. Located downtown Park Ridge, restaurants and cute boutiques around to shop or just enjoy a nice meal after work. John the landlord is very nice and helpful, I was new at everything and he patiently explained everything .

Ive rented a suite from here since 2019. It was the best decision of my life! If you want to be your own boss this is your place! Every single room as bright big windows and not to mention you have full control on how you want to design your room. The building is extremely clean and I have always felt safe. The owner of the suites is great and is happy to help us if we ever need it! Im extremely happy here.

I’ve been leasing a studio since 2019 and I love every single day of it. The landlord, John, is really great. He will accommodate to all needs. He helps out a ton. The building itself is beautiful and each salon is allowed to decorate however they’d like! The best part of the location is that it is right next to downtown Park Ridge. All my clients love the location and there is a ton of parking.

I rent a Salon Suite at A’lainn Salon Suites and I started with the landlord from the very beginning of these suites opening and I have been so pleased! Beautiful and clean salon space in a great location - right next to downtown Park Ridge. The building has been updated - you get the feel of a city salon without the hassle of driving downtown. I was thrilled when my favorite hairdresser moved into a suite here (her name is Ashley at Beutique - go check her out!). From what Ive heard from Ashley and the other stylists she works with, the owner has been accommodating and great to work with. As an aside - as a customer, its clear that the owner has taken necessary COVID precautions. There is ample hand sanitizer, the suites do not feel too crowded and I feel safe.
