Crazy people work here. A woman with long brown hair was working at the front desk. The website says you dont need a mask if your vaccinated, which i am. I showed up with no mask and ask the brunette if they can fill me in for a quick hair cut. She didnt even check to see the schedules, she just kept staring at me angrily and said No!, you need a mask!. Wow. She was very rude and she made sure I left. I wanted to show her proof of vaccination but she then shouted it doesnt matter! You need a mask!. What a joke. I was surprised by her hostility. Im gonna try to find out her name so everyone can know about this crazy snowflake. Not coming here any more.

I want to give credit to Jess, she’s an amazing stylist. I stumbled upon her when I was searching last minute to get into a hair appointment. She is extremely talented and sweet. I wish her all the success. Everyone in the salon are extremely friendly.

Great friendly staff. The salon had a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Aimee did my hair and it was quite a mess. I had gone to another salon who really messed it up! Amy blend in my hair and gave me the cutest haircut I’ve ever had! I get compliments all the time on it. It’s so great to have found a salon with somebody who you really trust. Thanks Aimee!!!!

Aimee is the best! She is so knowledgeable and an expert colorist! She corrected the color of my hair and the cut is exactly what I wanted! Definitely going back!

Went here for the first to get a much needed hair cut. Jessica cut my hair and man did she do an awesome job. She took the time to get to know my and my hair. Very nice, personable, and professional. I highly recommend this salon and Jessica.

New to Chicago and was looking for a place not only to cut hair but also to give me a different look. Went to 360 after reading through various reviews of the parlour nearby. When I reached even though it was such a busy place I was looked after instantly with no wait. Both my wash and cut got done and I was in and out within half n hour. Maryann did such a great job. I showed her one pic and the result was better than the pic. So so happy. Would really recommend her and the whole Salon in general.

This place provided exemplary service and help correct another salons mistakes. Amie, my stylist, was a perfectly wonderful woman who was incredibly professional and did such a beautiful job that I will never look for another salon. A+job!
